Pretty terrible service. Not a staff that’s equipped for the rush hour times of the day. There was a young girl working there with bad acne that kept sneezing and not covering her mouth. Not a good scene.

The 4-stars is for the staff that is generally extremely helpful and nice. And when the staff is helping you they do it with a smile, boy does that go a long way. I’ll stop by some mornings to get a quick bagel or pre-made protein box. I have never had a dry bagel or old food at this location. Kudos to the staff !!

This is the Starbucks you go to if you want to wait for a long time. It has the busiest drive thru in Fresno, and the wait inside is pretty extensive as well. They’ve never been particularly helpful when I inquire about jobs and the drinks I get here always seem to be rushed and not as good as the ones at places like herndon and willow.

I used to hang out here all the time with friends and fams when this location first opened. Not far from where I used to live before when Fresno was my home. Love this place. Convenient location. Not very close from the busy ambience of River Park. Same homy atmosphere and cool people. Good crowd. Good customer service, quick and prompt. Good parking, that fills up quickly sometimes. But you can always park on Palmdon Drive in front of Lexus dealership for a short walk.
