Went in last night after work to cancel a line that should have been canceled a year ago. The sales rep was super nice to me and my husband! He was very helpful and although they can’t cancel a line at any store he got me on the line with customer service and we got the problem taken care of. He was so great that we actually opened another line(this one was cheaper than if we had used the previous line) with an awesome new phone! He explained everything with great detail, he is passionate about his work, and he has great customer service! Thanks a million Alex!!!

I’m pretty sure this is the store in the same lot as the furniture store. . Pulled up 30 mins before closing and saw them taking down their T-Mobile flag. Went inside, no one’s there. .well like 3+ store employees. I guess might as well start closing down slowly since there’s no customers. This was my 3rd store of the day because I was phone shopping and for some reason every store had slightly different phones on display. I mentioned this to the young sales associate and he tried to argue with me saying that they all have the same phones.. Anyways, this store was the worst because almost NONE of the phones could be turned on. He said they don’t work ?! Sucks for them they don’t have functioning equipment. worst store out of all the ones I visited today. At least he recommended to me the corporate store on Shaw and Gettysburg. Thanks for the tip. I liked that store.

I don’t like this store at all. I came in here when I first signed up with T-Mobile to get a SIM activation kit which they sold me for $ 30 bucks, but came without the activation code! Being brand new to the service I didn’t know any sort of code was required, so I didn’t find out until I got home and tried to get it to work. They also don’t have a single working phone model in the store which is a major pain. How are you supposed to know if you like a phone if you all you can see is a fake phone with a picture of the screen? Its definitely not a way to start someone out on their service, but luckily for them I stuck with them.
