Zales Jewelers

This company is terrible. Flat out terrible. Hiding shipping costs and dates. Takes them 18 days to even ship my order and another 12 to get it to me. I ordered 5 – 7 day shipping. Terrible company. Absolutely pathetic. How are they still in business?

This jewellery store is in the mall, so expect mall quality jewellery. I bought a pair of 200 dollar earrings, nothing fancy just some hoops do my girlfriend. When i went back to have them fix, only worn once before they broke, they tried to charge me more money for a warranty plan. IT HAD ONLY BEEN WEEK!!! Come to find out after the second pair did the same thing, the earrings were hollow… I had to fight for a refund. 200 dollars might not be much to some people, but it is to me. Of you want quality jewellery go some where else.

************Update, I give Zales 4 stars and the financing 0 stars. Had my ring for little under 6 months and a small side stone fell out, took it in and a week later I have my ring back, fixed and polished up good as new! ******I feel bad reviewing so low since I love my ring and the service in the store was fine but the in store financing is AWFUL. Do your self a favor and don’t be tempted with their financing! Our first bill was fine, about $ 30 more that what the sales woman told us out payment would be, but that’s ok. 2^nd bill came and boom, went up another $ 25. I looked at it and saw that we where enrolled in all the insurance: life, property, disability, unemployment, leave of absence. All I want if my ring breaks or the diamond falls out which comes with the ring already. Call them, given a diff number to call and they cancel the insurance tell me what to pay with it adjusted and I paid. Next month bill comes with a $ 25 late fee and still all the crap insurance. I call again and they say, «you were misinformed, the $ off the insurance comes off the balance but not the payment» umm ok so why was my first month cheaper than the second month?! I know I will be calling next month, I don’t have much faith it will be fixed. We will be finding a 0% promotional credit card to transfer this balance to, just to save one more headache.

Came here to buy a present for my bf and the guy behind the counter was so helpful. My bf loved the watch I got him and I have Zales to thank for it. Thanks Guy!

My update on my ring nightmare… the sales girls were helpful this last time around and guaranteed it would be back by the end of the month or they would credit us the full price back… so we shall see. These two were very friendly and helpful.
