Add-A-Jack

Sam and his crew perform a service that the cable companies have walked away from — installing home TV coax and Ethernet outlets.
While our installations in an older 2 story home, outside and inside walls, was complex and time consuming the Add A Jack guys stuck with it until completion, and at the price quoted.
They also offered suggestions concerning improving computer performance as well the best placement for hardware.
Add A Jack is not cheap, but their service and support are excellent and pricing is fair.
I will definitely call them again when I have cable installation needs.

I called for services on a Saturday and was quickly responded to Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday. Sam and Daniel were perfectly courteous, respectful, quick, and thorough when installing my cable jack. They even cleaned up when they were finished! I would definitely recommend Add-​A-​Jack to anyone in need of a new jack or even a TV mount and installation!

I had used them in the past at my bosses house … Scheduling them was a nightmare. They stood me up twice. I called both days and no answers. When they finally showed they did the work to decent satisfaction
Fast forward to this month … Called again… Guy said scheduler would have to call me back … He did that evening and set up appointment for later in week… They no showed … No call no nothin … Tried calling them twice during day with no answer … Left a message and no call back.
Hopefully for their bank accounts they are literally so busy that they can lose customers and it not affect them. Because judging by the reviews they have lots of issues keeping commitments

We used this company and found them to very professional and courteous. We had a difficult spot to get a wire to and they stuck with it until they got it. I think most companies would have given up. Great value for what we spent.

Very friendly and professional company to use. I would use them again if in need. I would tell all my friends or acquaintences to use this company!

I recently had an appointment for Add A Jack to come out and install three drops for cable TV, Monday at 11 am, when they never showed are called, I tried contacting them, it’s been almost a week and haven’t heard or seen them yet. Afterwards I seen all the reviews and wished I had seen them before calling them.
Well guess who called today, Add A Jack rep. Apologizing telling me that his understanding was the crew called and canceled. I told him I had no call and no show along with their service’s were no longer needed

I used this company years ago but when i recently tried to use them again it was a terrible experience. The guy said he could be here on a Friday at 3pm. I tried to explain to him that I’ll be at work at that time and asked if he could do 4pm instead. He said no, 3pm is the best he could do. After finally getting approval to leave early i make it home and wait for him. This guy calls me at 3:30 to say he running late but will be there soon. I waited and waited and waited. … FINALLY he calls me at 7:30pm saying he is on his way. I told him not to bother coming and hung up on him. I had already given up on him and started running the wire myself at 7pm. Took some time but i got it done. This company is a complete joke now, when u call their number all u get is a voice mail. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

This used to be a great company when Tim was running it. Show up on time, professional service, excellent workmanship. Now they are almost impossible to reach, show up when they feel like it and when they are done they leave a mess and the wiring doesn’t work correctly. Save yourself headaches and trouble and use somebody else.

After days of trying to set up an appointment I gave up. No one ever answers their phone or responds to their messages. Try another provider. Horrible customer service.
