Buffalo Wild Wings

Wings are always delicious when i dine in. Asian zing and honey bbq are always my choice. I was a little disappointed when potato wedges weren’t really «wedges», more like thick slices of potatos. Anyways, we enjoyed those with cheese and bacon added. Pretty good beer selection, which i figured. The ONLY thing stopping me from giving a 5 star is service. Service will always stop a restaurant from going up and obviously the proof is in the pudding.

Slow service, food not fresh or cooked to order. Drinks I will not even talk about. This done it for me trying BWW.

This place is really hit or miss. Nothing beats some good chicken wings — they really hit the spot. However, at Buffalo Wild Wings, I can’t always expect to have a good experience with their wings. Sometimes I feel like they are just frozen and heated up. This past Tuesday I dined with my sister for the 65 cent per wing deal and we were disappointed. We each ordered 8 wings and they were small and barely coated with sauce. They are SO stingy with the sauce. The wings were dry and not at all tender. As a wing lover this broke my heart a little bit. The sides are pretty good though for typical bar food. We ordered the cheese curds and enjoyed the spicy ranch sauce. Really nice sauce. The potato wedges are EXCELLENT. I would like the recipe. Please improve the consistency of your wing delivery though. Thank you
EDIT: We got a to-​go order tonight and they forgot to give us half our order. We also asked them to give us some ranch and they said yes and then also forgot to give it to us. One of our side orders even said it came with southwestern ranch and not even this dipping sauce was present. I did not realize half the order was missing until I drove home and then I had to drive back in the rain to pick up the rest of the order. Careless, if you ask me.

Decided to catch a Stars Game tonight here with my family. Bad decision. Chicken strips were salty pieces of cardboard flavored chicken. Chicken Ceasar Salad swimming in dressing. Inedible. $ 60 I won’t get back but good lesson. We won’t be back. Seriously-​with the crowds you have here you can’t create a tastier food experience? I get it — it’s a drinking establishment but bad food — no excuse for that. Waitress was very good.

I don’t know why I keep coming back here. At least 75% of the time part of our order is screwed up and we aren’t that picky. The service is hit or miss – sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s slow. But, hey, wings and sports so yay?

Well, I forget why I don’t come here very often. Take your business to pluckers. It’s much better quality chicken and the service is definitely better. Our waitress never checked up on us and I couldn’t find her when I wanted to order. It’s no surprise the BWW is rated so low. Oh yeah, and my «blue cheese» dip tasted so weird, I hope it wasn’t expired or anything.

My mom always said, say nothing if not something nice… I’m sorry mom. This place is horrible. Food quality or even options… Eeh! Service… Uhh. Yet, this place gets crazy business. Not mine.

I really hadn’t thought about how good or bad BWW wings were until I want to another wing place one day (sounds like cluckers). Honestly, I don’t know how they stay in business.
Wow, what a difference! BWW wins hands-​down. Unlike the other place, I get more than two or three sticks of celery, the wings aren’t overcooked, and the price is reasonable. I will never go free-​ranging again… sticking with BWW

Went for lunch the other day and needed to leave in a hurry. The service was terrible and couldn’t get out of there for 20 minutes. The wings are definitely good but my burger was nasty. Tasted like cheap meat. I will only order wings from here on out.

Good food. This particular location has terrible service. We were rarely checked up on. We waited 20 minutes for our check. It wasn’t even busy.

I am a wing freak. Love them and eat them often. I have tried them all but this Buffalo Wild Wings is the best. The only negative is they have changed the levels of heat and floors a few times and throws me off. Why let the Jammin Jap off the menu? Ok here is my two cents. If you like hot order traditional hot. It is the old blazing. Do not order blazing it is too and I mean too hot. It is the ghost now. I love the hot bbq and the mango! It is always busy so try to either sit at the bar or order out. They do not have benches that you can sit on while waiting that is not near the cold or hot of the outside. So if no room standing room only and it is by the kitchen so always buzzing trays going by. NO matter wings are the best!

Here tonight with the family, packed due to kids on Christmas break, they forgot to bring out the appetizer, but did so with the main course, the best part it was compd. So awesome, had a nice pleasant surprise with a new flavor Mayan Mole, this is a sweet cocoa infused chili flavor, really good, it’s a trial flavor so hurry in and try it, I really liked it, but as for the rest, Asian cili is great, and the Thai curry lovely. Mayan Mole don’t miss it!

Came for the McGregpr and Adlo fight. The place was packed. I arrived right before the fight was about to start. Undoubtedly, most people were here for this UFC main event of the night. I ordered just a regular drink in a hurry.
I had lots of expectations about this fight because both of the fighters are amazingly skilled. But to my big disappointment, the fight ended abruptly after 13 seconds! McGregor and Aldo both took a punch about the same time, but it was McGregor’s powerful left hand that ended the match. I knew any fight could be finished in the first few seconds. I was just hoping this wouldn’t happen to this fight.
Anyway, I didn’t care about the drink. It was good though. But I had to say the bartender was very courteous and patient, considering it was such a busy night. I always come here for fights like this or an NBA basketball game that I don’t get on my cable. They have lots of big-​screen TVs, and the wings are great!
I’ll come back for the rematch!

Have not been here for a while, but the family had a hankering for wings. BWW is our default place for wings. There are tons of places serving wings, and when i want really good ones, I make them myself. But BWW has really good boneless wings, even though for purists the very thought of a boneless wing is pure blasphemy. But sometimes, I’m in a sinful mood, and BWW has great sauces and a good crunch for the breaded boneless variety. We like the hot buffalo, parmesian garlic, and Caribbean jerk sauces.
For appetizers we had the cheese curds which are just a little bit north of awesome. The boys had the mac and cheese and it’s always pretty good, especially with the breaded boneless wing pieces.
I’ve seen comments about the service, but it ranges from good to really good for us, and the bar is cool with a great selection of beers. TVs are all over the place, there’s a nice outdoor patio, and they have game tablets for kids so I don’t have to give them my phone and drain its battery. BTW, I usually rule at trivia.

This is my first experience at B-​Dubs and I’m not satisfied with the service because it took 15 – 20 minutes for our server to come ask for our drinks… then another 20 minutes to take our order and there was less than 7 tables in here so not really busy… so I think to myself and say I sure hope our food makes up for the wait… once our food came out it was hot… very tasty and was happy the food was GREAT!
To finish I would say, if your ok with waiting the food makes up for it.

We love this place but lately, during the slow hours, the service is lacking. Our server Carley was wonderful but her back up team sucked today. They were more interested in talking to one another. Our food was cold and it took forever. Our server and one other were the only ones actually working all of the tables on the restaurant side. I saw the runner talking in a big group until he finally realized maybe he should check and run orders after a kitchen staff member came out and talked to them. The managers were all sitting at a table together probably in a meeting but still need to put customer service first. I am going to give this location one more shot before I start going out of my way to another spot.

Love the cheese curds! I tolerate everything else. Service sucks and when it’s slow they all huddle and block the walkway with their yapping. Otherwise it’s ok. Btw did I mention the cheese curds lol

I’ve never been to BWW before so I didn’t have any expectations other than some decent wings. Didn’t even get that! We went on Thursday night for a local school spirit night, which is nothing more than a lame fundraiser. Anyway, we went at about 8pm and were seated in about 10 minutes. Our server Houston, was friendly but rarely checked in us to offer refills or anything. We went on the 65 cent boneless wing night which was pretty awesome, price wise. But sadly, the wings weren’t good. I got half buffalo and half of them teriyaki. The buffalo ones were way too crispy and the teriyaki sauce is so sweet and thick. Kinda like molasses or something. Fries were the only good thing! And my husbands wings were cold. Needless to say, we won’t return.

The food has always been good here but today I received my Vodka/​cranberry drink in a shot glass. WTH

Worst wings ever! Ordered take out, wings were dry and seemed old. Got the fries and what a waste of money. May as well have gone to McDonald’s for better cheaper fries.
I will not go back here. This was my first time at over of these restaurants & my experience is now tainted. So even if this location is the problem I won’t take my chances with any others.
