ALWAYS great food. Substandard service though. Called in my order at 5pm on New Year’s Eve for a 745pm pickup. I got there at 745, but it wasn’t ready till 810pm.

I am such a huge fan of wings and super picky when it comes to ordering them. We saw the Reviews and thought we would give them a try. We ordered their Cajun, Louisiana Spice, and Lemon Pepper. OMG! It was all sooo amazing!!! I think my favorite was the Lemon Pepper. Never tasted anything so fresh and addicting! Can’t wait to visit Texas so we can visit again. XOX

Used to be the only place I would go to for wings. Now, the staff is a bunch of young ‘uns who do not know what they are doing. Food is fine, but service is absolutely terrible. Phone calls go unanswered or I’m put on hold until I give up. The estimated time is almost always wrong and I have to wait there. And one time the cashier rang me out, I waited for my food, then when they called my name they insisted I hadn’t paid yet for my meal. I had to fish the receipt out of my pocket and point at the cashier who had just rang me out 5 minutes ago.

RICK ROSS’s WING STOP LYRICS BROUGHT ME HERE! Had me craving lemon pepper wings on some gangsta ish haha. First off, the place is nice looking inside and you might miss it if your driving by! The service is great, not too much of a wait when they’re running on all gears! The soda machine with all the variety of sodas in it is always a plus! It’s small as hell but so are all the other Wingstops! Fries were crispy and the dips were thick and not watery. The wings were thoroughly sauced and tossed! No complaints! Get the lemon pepper wings for ya boy! Ungh!

Love the boneless wings, especially the mango habanero. The atomics are not to be trusted.
My only gripe is that it often takes a long time to get your order — I waited almost 45 minutes the other night for something that they said would take less than 15. Even when I call in orders they’re very rarely ready on time.

It takes forever for your order unless you call ahead! Waited 45 minutes for our or orders. You definitely need to call ahead or order online. The place is small so it fills up fast during lunch the line goes out the door during busy times. The wings are delicious and several varieties the fries are excellent and I even have beers

Mmmk. My first time eating at Wingstop. Tried calling them twice, someone would answer and not say anything (I could hear them breathing). I ordered an 8 piece which was ok. Had to pay extra to get a blue cheese sauce… While the other people I was with ordered 6 piece little tiny popcorn chicken looking boneless wing things and got two sauces. Overall chicken is ok if you’re super hungry. My overall rating came down to that blue cheese I had to pay for! If it wasn’t for me bathing my chicken in it I would of had a bad lunch haha.

This place has the same menu as other Wingstops in the area. Their wings are just as good! However, it isn’t as good as the other Wingstops. First of all, the seating isn’t convenient at all. The area for customers is very narrow. Given this, there is not a lot of space for groups. There is one table in the back that can fit around 6 – 7 people, but it is still cramped because the table is next to the employee door and another table. Most tables in this place is a 2-​person or 4-​person table. Also, the wait is very long (even for ToGo customers). If you are thinking of grabbing a bite at Wingstop, don’t choose this one unless you don’t want to drive further to the next place.

Great wings, terrible service. But then again, at a place like this, service isn’t really something that pulls people in. The food (especially their fries) are amazing! I always get their 6 piece combo, bone in, with either garlic parmesan or mango habenero. It comes with fries, a dipping sauce, and a drink.
The thing that peeved me the most about this location was the fact that the lady that took our order didn’t even greet us, but just stood there waiting for our order. When our order was ready, she practically whispered our names that we had to consistently go up to check to see if our order was ready. She also never smiled…
Terrible customer service.

Time and time again poor unapologetic service. The male manager here is the worst, has absolutely no business dealing with people, the staff just follows his lead. Will not be back, EVER.

One of my favorite wing places! My plan was to eat there and I ended up getting to go. Why? Because the tables had not been cleared. This is the first time I see that at any of their locations, and the place wasn’t even crazy busy! I ordered my mango habanero boneless wings combo to go. The wings were perfect, not too dry. The fries were nice and crisp. Maybe next time I’ll eat there.

Have been getting to-​go orders from here for years. Got 10 original hot all drums and five of the new serrano glaze wings. They were all outstanding. Love the new serrano glaze flavor and hope it sticks around.
And original hot is well original hot, the best flavor on the menu. The staff here is always very friendly and they get you your food as quick as possible. Also hard to beat their fries (would love to know what is in that seasoning) and their dressings are also pretty great.
It’s really hard to go wrong at Wingstop no matter what you get.

While it’s more convenient to order for delivery, the blue cheese and ranch dressings that they serve in house are the bomb! Worth the trip in, so this is one of the first choices for the family when we go out to eat.

Every time I go here, I swear it will be the last time. I ordered online at 10:55. They tell me it will be ready at 11:15. I show up and wait until 11:47. Here’s what really gets me. People who walked in and ordered off the menu got their order before I got mine. WHATS UP WITH THAT. Could it be they don’t deserve any stars?

Wings were okay but I have had better from other wing stops. Also they were out of blue cheese dressing. My family and I dined in and the kitchen was very loud. I had to ask then to close the kitchen door. Customer service was just okay. Not sure if I will be back to this location.

I love Wingstop, but this location is awful! Just wasted 30 dollars on a bag full of severely overcooked wings. They were dry and greasy. Yuck. Never coming here again. You have to be a complete incompetent to mess up wings at a wing restaurant.

ordered online for a later pick up and still had to wait for my order! to save on boxes they put all my different orders of wings in one box which doesn’t bode well if u have picky kids who won’t eat wings that were touched by any other sauce other then the ones they specifically ordered. Good wings but service not so great!

How come I rarely come here? It’s soooo good! Some friends wanted us to meet them there, so we went for the lunch the either day. The place is small, so there aren’t many places to sit, especially if you have more than 4 people in your party. It takes a little long to get your order, but it’s worth it. Wings are delish! The fries are okay. they are kind of sweet, which was odd to me, but I ate them all. so I guess I liked them. ;-)
They have one of those coke machines with all the options. so the strawberry sprite went really well with my wings. Okay, hungry now!

Since this place is close to home, we wanted to see how they are nowadays.
We used to go there before Sauced and Pluckers were around.
The online ordering is really convenient and they got my order ready for my pick-​up right around the time they said they would.
The taste, we had mild, Hawaiian and Hickory BBQ, was pretty good as well, but not nearly as good as the two places previously mentioned. The size of the chicken strips we ordered is also quite a bit smaller, so overall while not bad, they just can’t compete.

I should preface this with the fact that I L.O.V.E. Wingstop, but this location is the WORST. They have messed up my order the past 3 times I’ve called in for pickup, and it’s happened to my friends multiple times as well. If that’s not bad enough, when I call and complain or point it out in the store (since I check my orders now before I leave), they do not offer a refund, or a credit for my next order, or even fix the order in an appropriate amount of time! I’m sorry, I called in an order for pickup, no I don’t have time to wait here another 25 – 30 minutes for you to correct my order!
With recent additions like Quaker Steak & Lube and Pluckers not too far away, I’d be willing to drive the extra few minutes if it means actually getting what I ordered — or at least some decent customer service.
