Consistently bad food. Consistently average service at best. Today I am suffering from last night’s food intake. I have had gastrointestinal distress. All I ordered was a chocolate molten… The«hot fudge» was cold and chewy… The cake was dry. The utensils looked«iffy» clean and my don’t eat here antenna was going haywire, but I didn’t listen. Such a disappointment since I had been craving a chocolate molten for a while. Then when we were more than ready to go, the wrong order was entered into our Ziosk. We had to wait for someone to come around to get it taken care of, then wait for it to actually be taken care of. I can overlook a one time Full Moon night of disservice… However this is their usual! I just haven’t Unilocaled because I love Chili’s and I have been giving that location multiple«second» chances! Why do I keep giving them a chance? Because of the LOCATION! Wow what a waste. However, no more. If I want Chili’s and I have been shopping in the Stonebriar area… I will either work through the craving and choose another place OR be inconvenienced and go to a different location. Service is always average at best. The servers are friendly enough that I don’t complain too much. Not sure why, I just know they aren’t the cooks and they are usually short staffed. But the squeaky wheel needs to be oiled now. Love affair over.

If you have lots of time to waste and keep waiting for the food to come, this is the best place you can pick up. The service is so lousy that you almost feel, the staff has almost forgotton your order(maybe you can take a mini nap ;)). I would not go there again.

5 minutes into our stay three people have complained about their food Our waitress JUST argued with a table in earshot of us. And interrupted me saying I was ready to prefer to tell her boss someone else wanted to complain Right in front of us. I asked how much a drink was and three people didn’t know and had to ask a manager. They told me to check the menu Obviously I did. Wasn’t there. All in all pretty bad service Manager did try to make us laugh though so that was a positive :)

I’ve been going to this place(wouldn’t really call it a restaurant) for over 15 years and it constantly gets worse with each visit. Mark my word, Chilis will be shuttering this location soon. Bad service, poor quality food(warmed up from a frozen box) gimmick specials, diluted drinks and outdated building all work to give this place a memorable experience. Manager after manager and it never changes. Wouldn’t go here unless you were desperate at this point. Sorry to see such a good location and great opportunity go to the dogs! The sad thing is they really think they’re doing a great job here.

Sat in the bar area Nathan their bartender was awesome. He was our server since we sat at a table. The whole experience was unusual for a chain restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive Our order was served hot and our drinks were refilled in a timely fashion. The food tasted good. The bathroom was clean as was the restaurant. Including the silverware and glasses. We didn’t even have to wait on our check we paid it at the table on a little machine. We were thanked for our business sincerely. I will go back to this location.

10 minutes to meet our waiter, another 10 before he came back with drinks. Food took 45 – 50 minutes and came out cold and one of the orders was wrong. No apology. No manager visit. No more eating at this Chili’s for us. Its unclean, understaffed, and should probably just be closed!

Always sit at the bar. Faster service and the bartenders here are great!!! If you are getting To Go, use their mobile app to order. It’s fast and easy to use, and the To Go parking is always open, so it’s quick to get in and out.

Our waiter was good but we asked a guy to carry a plate away(he had an empty serving trey) and he said no! But later he said he would come back. But he didn’t so we didn’t have any room for our food because our table was full of appetizers. So we complained to the waiter and he apologized witch was good but that other guy really ticked me off!!!

The good — service was good. Our waiter was very attentive and always filled our drinks when they were almost empty. The bad — the food and value. we had lunch for 3 with each of us ordering burgers and drinks. We also shared the queso and a dessert. The bill was over $ 50 which would have been fine but the food was just not that great. $ 10 for an okay burger is just a little too pricey in my opinion especially when I could have gotten a better burger at 1⁄3 of the price at Whataburger. Chili’s used to be my husband and my place to go to when we were dating so I’m sad to give it a bad review but it seems their prices just keep going up while their portions and quality keep going down.

Large tex-mex menu. Food pretty good with surprising seasoning. Products fresh and full of taste, and staff friendly and very attentive, even when the place was loaded with Saturday lunchtime patrons.

A chilis is a chilis. You can’t expect Three Forks quality and service nor should you expect McDonald’s. This is a perfect Chilis. The restaurant is very clean. Our waiter was more than helpful, taking his time to explain how to use each part of the Ziosk. The food was exactly what you would expect from a Chilis: tasty, quick, and a great value.

Ok… Server was excellent really helped us out… Why, because happy hour is only in the bar… Full price in the restaurant. It’s just ridiculous. Common Chilli’s corporate, stop only thinking of money and try considering your customers once in a while!!! Just sad.

First time this location and great first impression. Very busy at lunch Labor Day 2014 with many customers from the Plano TX34th Annual Invitational Soccer Tournament. See photo of table of 40. Even though crowded we were seated promptly and service provided. I expected to wait very long time due to the crowd but the order came quickly. Most impressed with menu improvements since it has been years when I last ate any Chili’s. Healthy choices, mix and match combo’s. You can get some interesting options and variety which is appreciated. New feature is the table top computer to check USA Today, play games and pay your bill. See photos of computer. We had a courteous and engaged wait staff. Worth another visit sooner than later.

I’m not quite sure what happened to this location over the years, but the service and quality of product is way worse than ever. I’ve been here off and on over the last 8 years or so, but we’ve taken this particular location out of the mix permanently. We decided to take another shot at it and was once again disappointed. Service was slow, the food was slow and EVERYTIME I have to ask for the manager and EVERYTIME he says“it’s coming right out”. And EVREYTIME they say the kitchen is backed up. No… don’t think so. The whole tablet order thing is kind of a joke. I re-ordered a beer and still the waiter took forever to get it to me. Is it helping them be more efficient or is just a fun and hip way of not looking so out of touch with a younger cliental?

This is the worst chilis I’ve ever been in. I’ve eaten in plenty of Chili’s, and this one is exceedingly disappointing. We walked in and was sat after about 20 min. The wait was not so bad, as we came in just after the lunch rush, but when we say down there was food all over the seats. As we looked around, all the tables were filthy and no one was cleaning them. The floors were gross as well as all the menus. AND it was freezing inside! We ordered our food from our waitress, who was amazing, but then we sat for an hour and a half waiting on our food. There were only three tables taken during this time. When the food finally came, one dish was missing. When that salad finally came out about ten min later, the lettuce was wilted like it had been sitting under a warming light the whole time. A steak we ordered wasn’t seasoned at all. After waiting the hour and a half, the food was poor quality. The manager acted like he had no idea what was going on in his restaurant. The only person here that was any good was our waitress, who received a great tip from us. Do not go to this chilis! It’s not worth it.

It’s. prepared MEDWELL. !!!“ Seriously??? what happened to just cook it the way I WANTIT? !!! We didn’t, say. anything. let it slide. Then, before we could sip our drinks or take more than a bite of our food… two boxes were SLAMEDDOWNONOURTABLE!!! Man, sorry you have such a miserable life!!! We left… after giving the managers an earful. We went to ON The Border. had GREATSERVICE., and we tipped $ 30 on. $ 40 tab. Could have been yours if you any pride in your work! !!! I know this is Chili’s — one step up from fast food — so I don’t expect to be wowed, but the service here has gotten very, very slow. I mean 30 minutes from order to delivery for two burgers and a kid’s mac and cheese. That’s downright painful, especially with kids! I suppose that is why they added these Ziosk machines to every table. Well, call me old-fashioned, but I think they are TERRIBLE. It’s bad enough we are getting conditioned to ignore any form of human contact outside of messaging or social network posts, but let’s not make it worse by putting«automated attendants» on our tables. Basically, it means my 30 minutes of waiting involved the kids fighting with me over why they cannot play on it — «see, it says games and apps». I mean, really, if I wanted to ignore my kids and wanted them to ignore me I would have brought in their iPads! Sure, you can pay at the table with the machines — which saved us from our SLOW wait staff — but since you can also reorder drinks, etc. I think that gives wait staff further incentive to ignore the table between order and delivery.

I’ve eaten here many, many times over the years. Prices are a little high, but it’s expected. I really enjoy the Southwestern Eggrolls, very tasty. A couple of my favorite menu items are the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich, Cobb Salad, California Club Toasted Sandwich, and to end the meal a Brownie Sundae. Service is usually good. Over-all I’d give 3.5 stars, but I can’t do 4. Truth is I’m bored with the menu… I’d really like to see some new things.

The family went to this location this past week end. There is easy parking almost at the front door. There was no wait time and we were seated immediately. The waiter was excellent from start to finish. The menu at Chili’s is rather large with lots of items. Some of us ordered from the 2 for $ 20 dinner menu where you get a selection for a starter(we chose the guacamole corn dip) and chips and ordered a steak from the menu. We also received the chips and dip since two others in the party ordered from the 2 for $ 0 menu. Other had chicken strips, chicken breast and fajitas. The fajitas were cooked to perfection and the amenities that came with the fajitas were just right. Everyone agreed that the meal was excellent and the prices too were excellent.

After not going to Chili’s in a long time, because, frankly, the food at this location had not been very good the last few times, we decided to give it another shot. We figured, after all the menu changes and remodeling, maybe they take more care in preparing the food too. Fortunately, that was the case, because the food was BYFAR better this time than on any of our last visits. The salsa was exactly how we liked it, not watered down and tasteless like the last few times. The Southwestern Eggrolls were nice and crispy and flavorful, combined with the dip, not fried to dry ickines. Finally, my Bacon ranch quesadillas with chicken were nicely done, not dry, and quite a nice portion at that. And not to forget, our server Leslie, was very nice, attentive and made sure our kids’ food came out quickly! So, nice job with the overhaul and keep it up Chili’s and we will keep coming back!
