The team at Granite & More did a fabulous job on my kitchen remodel. New floor tile, backsplash and granite all done very well. Troy & Alice really helped us find the particular slabs of granite we wanted at a great price and patiently answered all my questions throughout the process. They were even able to repurpose our old granite for a fireplace surround.

This place has a good selection of granite and quartz but customer service is horrible. We scheduled an estimate for last Saturday at 10 am… the guy never showed… we called the store and were told that they had accidently scheduled us for the next weekend. Not a big deal I understand mistakes happen. We were told that someone would call us and would come by later that day. We waited the whole day for the guy to call. No one called us. When we went to the store a few days later asking what happened the guy claimed that he tried to call us but was unable to reach us(not true we were checking our phone all day waiting for the guy to show up). The guy said he would come the following Saturday(today) at 10 am. Again the guy didn’t show. We will be taking our business to the other granite store in Frisco. If customer service is this bad before purchasing the product… it’s just not worth it.

They admitted they will never be the least expensive or competitive on price; they said they weren’t making enough money on my project so they dropped me 1 week before our install date! They hadn’t even ordered my tile yet, but they sure did cash my deposit check. They offer MINIMAL help on design, and do not go above and beyond in any way. I am a reasonable person and always one to shop around to make sure I’m being treated fairly, and I went with them, even though they were not the cheapest because I am loyal when I speak to someone and invest time in them. They ended up being an absolute waste of my time, and they will not get my business. POOR business ethic, don’t return email/calls in a timely manner, do not set customer expectations, and don’t even offer common courtesy. I am in sales and they could write the manual on how NOT to treat a customer!

I have found Granite and More to have good pricing. However, I recently purchased some fairly expensive tile and was unsure how much I would want to use. Before I purchased the tile I specifically asked the Sales person if I could return the tile. I was told I could return the tile with a 20% restocking fee. Today, I went to return the tile and was told that was not the store’s policy and even though they had assurred me that I could return the tile with the restocking fee, the owner was not willing to honor his employee’s promise although I had an e-mail noting the promise. It was very disappointing to see that an owner would not honor what their employee stated. I had hoped to use them again — however, I find this breach of trust unacceptable.
