I ate here for the first time last night… The food was great. My wife eats here regularly. We cant say a negative thing about the people or food and only positives. We arent a fan of the «tip question» on the point of sale device but the manager reached out to us to explain the reasons behind it and that is more than most will do.
Bread, meats and vegetables are top notch here!

Very impressed with the professionalism & welcoming nature of the young men who work here, especially Matthew. Got to eat our fresh, quickly prepared sandwiches while jamming to MJ tunes. Our 4 year old started dancing and Matthew brought him a cookie and honored his request to show off some moves. Good stuff.

I come to this Jersey Mikes often and it’s the best location! The staff is well trained and absolutely the friendless guys period. My 4 year old loves coming here and was dancing in his chair while eating his original Italian sandwich! Matthew saw him dancing and started dancing too! It really made my son happy! Matthew is the epitome of customer service!

Careless when preparing your orders. Today I ordered a Chicken Big Kahuna (#55) and ended up getting a cheap Jersey Shore. I basically paid 9 bucks for a 5 dollar sandwich
Advice to you guys… stop chit chatting and get the order right! It’s not a terribly difficult job… learn to do at least that right.

Good sub sandwiches, fresh ingredients. They do a good job of covering the bun to the edges (rather than a big bun with all the fixings in the center). Very filling, and all nutritional info is available for everything.
Kinda cramped for dine-​in. Half the tables are right next to where people are standing in line, so it feels like people are watching you eat.

This spot was a Quizno’s before, started out pretty strong but at the end it just wasn’t very good.
Great to see it’s now a Jersey Mike’s, love the fact they slice their meat right before your very eyes.
I went with the Turkey Breast and Provolone with only mustard, lettuce and tomato added to it. Sandwich was outstanding. Guys in the store were friendly, efficient and quick.
Had to get it to-​go and once I got back in my truck, dove into the sandwich and accompanying bag of chips. Both were stellar. When I am craving a sub, Jersey Mike’s will be my to-​go especially since it’s so close to home now.

Great sandwich but one loss of star because on the second sandwich I ordered I wasn’t watching and they didn’t not put the toppings on. But all in all still a great sandwich and the brownie was on point. The staff was super nice and seem to be enjoying work.

So glad a Jersey Mike’s opened closer to home. I hated driving 10 – 20 minutes to just get a sub, although Jersey Mike’s sandwiches are the best of the best its a worthy drive! I am super glad that they took over that horrible Quiznos as well.
This new location is a lot more friendly than the Dallas Tollway and Eldorado locations, they are always fast at what they do and create a delicious sandwich each time and they give off such a positive attitude that can turn your bad day around. BIG THUMPS UP to this location!!!

So glad to have a Jersey Mike’s closer to home! Was traveling to the one off the Tollway/​121. This new Frisco location is waaaay easier to get to — Love that! The staff were friendly and the time it took to make my order was perfectly swift. They were accommodating to my ‘odd’ order and that was great as well. A++ I will definitely be returning soon!

Finally… a Jersey Mike’s in the heart of Frisco! I’m always impressed by the warm and welcoming spirit of Jersey Mike’s restaurants, and this one is the best of the best. Great sandwiches, spotless restaurant, and the most cheerful, friendly staff ever! Perfect location in Frisco — don’t miss Jersey Mike’s! Try the Big Kahuna #54!
