This place is pretty okay I guess, good service. Friendly. Nice décor. Really the only drawback is the Burgers themselves. I’ve had a few now and they’re pretty lame. The patties are especially bleh. They look and taste identical to McDonald’s patties. Very thin and don’t really taste like anything. The buns on the other hand are like super thick and huge. Its pretty much all you can taste. Lot of bread. They do throw like a couple pieces of lettuce on there and like… 5 mushrooms depending on what you order. Quality wise its a step above McDonald’s and BK but a step below In n Out and Whataburger which unfortunately doesn’t earn it the hefty 8.99 price tag.

Best burger spot in town for my money. Martinis are great too. Service is top-notch. One of our all-time favorites.

For some reason our last visit was awful. The service is prompt and friendly, but the food was almost inedible. The hotdogs was extremely salty. Ditto for the fried pickles, which were also fried poorly and kept slipping out of the breading. I know most of these reviews are glowing, so perhaps we just went on a bad night. But we couldn’t get enough water to drink that night, the food was so incredibly salted. Oh, and we really miss the ribs. They were GREAT ! We asked our server why they stopped serving ribs, but never heard a reply.

Not your average burger joint. Great selection of burgers. I love the patty melt. The black is awesome. Highly recommend

decided to give this place after being recommended to it. ordered a pulled pork sandwich while my wife ordered the tuna steak sandwich. both sandwiches were good. the pork was moist and packed with flavor. the bread was seared nicely and was crisp to the touch. it had pickles in the sandwich which gave it a nice tangy taste with crisp crunch matching well to the tender pork. If I move to Plano, this would be on my food circle.

Very good, reasonably priced, and BIG. everything you want in a burger. The El Jeffe challenge… while not done by me. looks RIDICULOUSLY hard. A $ 50 burger that you get $ 100 for finishing in under 60 min and $ 15 just for trying. Sheesh! With pulp fiction quotes all over the place this was a fun find.

Best burgers/chicken sandwiches I have ever eaten. Friendly staff and the food is 6-star worthy. Simply amazing.

Disappointing. Kenny’s Grill is consistently high quality; great food and great service. The same cannot be said of Kenny’s Burger Joint. Ordered onion rings as a starter, they were slightly soggy. I grabbed a french fry as soon as the plate hit the table. Unfortunately they were cold. Mentioned the fries to the server and she just said ‘ok’ and took them away. Second order came out slightly smashed. She obviously didn’t care so no point in mentioning. Flavor of both the fries and rings was just OK. We didn’t finish the fries. Would not order either again. The flavor of the meat in the burger was great and it was cooked nicely. Chicken parmesan sandwich was ‘meh’. Will not be back.

My boyfriend and I went to Kenny’s around 8pm on a Saturday night. Though it was busy, we were able to be seated right away. I loved the restaurant décor — pictures of other burger joints on the walls along with famous movie quotes about food and dining. I ordered a cheeseburger and he ordered the bacon cheeseburger, both medium rare along with a side of the truffle fries. The food took about 45 minutes and our waitress came around several times to ensure we were going to get served. I waited 15 minutes on a water re-fill and a side of mayo. Though the service was very slow, our burgers were amazing! Mine was perfectly cooked with delicious cheddar and pickles and my boyfriends was great as well. The fries were delicious(though they could be crispier) and the basil mayo aioli is to die for! I think it was around $ 30, so not too bad for a casual date night!

Quality Burger. Good service. The truffle parmesan fries are tasty. The tater tots are excellent and are probably the best side they offer. The onion rings are ridiculously massive but a little pricey at 7 dollars. I would go back.

Awesome burgers! I like the Bacon Cheese burger which came with cheddar, bacon, veggies and I added jalapeños. This burger was an excellent choice! The loaded cheese fries were also good! It was about $ 10 for the food alone and then of course they’ve got beer and such. Clean restaurant and our waiter was great. I would recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back :)

Juicy and tasty burgers made to order. Yummy sweet potato and regular fries. Pleasant bartenders. Fast call in and take out service during the weekday lunch rush. Overall, Kenny’s is a great place for those burger cravings. Tip-try the Juicy Lucy.

We went on a Saturday night so I expected a wait, but was pleasantly surprised that we were seated right away. I liked that they carried a lot of IPAs and they had Francolnia :) So I ordered Franconia Dunkle. I started off with chili cheese fries. They are not on the menu, but our server said she could make them. Except they came slathered in green onions. So, we had to pick those off, then we could eat them. You could tell the chili was homemade. I ordered the pepperjack guacamole burger. It was delicious, but I couldn’t finish it. It was so big. All in all it was good, but I like Square Burger better. I think the ambiance has something to do with it. Kenny’s is kind of a dive and I think that’s the vibe they are going for. We are going to try their Bar B Que place next.

Good burgers. Very good adult shakes. Service is good as well. Just seems to be like a lot of other mid tier burger joints. We will go back if we are in the area again. Oh, and order the loaded fries.

Oh, hell yeah. With all due respect to Madison’s Dottie Dumpling’s Dowry… I stumbled upon nirvana this night in Frisco. Beware… the Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeños could be a meal unto themselves(and are, by far, the best in class I have ever tasted). But… the Burger. The Blue Cheese and Bacon Burger. The most sublime combo of seasonings and meat on a non-nonsense bun I have ever experienced. If you, like most, salt your burger before the first bite… DON’T. You’ll ruin it. They have your back… and did it for you. Add to this the simply sensational pours and, all I gotta say is, yo Kenny? When y’all gonna come to Madison and throw down against Dottie’s? THAT will be a burger war.

Kenny’s burgers are very good and I really enjoyed the flame cooked taste. The menu is creative and the Steak Bomb is delicious. The gourmet burger game is very competitive, so a 3 is a high score in my book. It’s definitely worth checking out.

I tried Kenny’s for the first time a couple of months ago and was distraught by the outcome. I was so upset that I went back to work the next day and explained to some coworkers why I should give this place a piece of my mind. They 110% disagreed with me – stating that Kenny’s had some of the best burgers in DFW. I rolled my eyes and muttered«yeah freaking right.» After a very tasteless review, I decided to give Kenny’s another try. My plan was to eat a sub par burger then go back and tell my coworkers to get off the Kenny’s bandwagon. So yeah, I wasn’t able to brag about what an awful burger I had at Kenny’s. This place did a complete 180! The service was impeccable, the steak bomb I had was better than Gino’s and Phil’s Downtown combined and that Moscow Mule made me a little trippy – anddddddd NOTHINGMAKESMETRIPPY. Everything was perfect! Our waiter, Megan made sure our glasses were neither half full or half empty. Blah blah blah, so maybe I was wrong about Kenny’s Burger Joint. A+++

Best burger I have ever had. We arrived around 5:30 on a weekday and I was glad to see the place wasn’t packed yet. I immediately was impressed with the amazing grill smell and how clean, well maintained the inside was. You know burger joints, they can be pretty sketchy sometimes. This place is so clean! We started with the cheese fries– the picture says it all. They were out of this world. Completely covered in cheese, bacon and green onions(we cut the jalapeños). Delicious, warm, cheesy. I had the Bacon Cheddar burger and onion rings. The onion rings are HUGE and cooked PERFECTLY. Not greasy at all and the onions don’t pull apart from the batter. The burger was the most fresh entrée I have ever had any where! No part of it overpowered any other part, the bun was fluffy, light and fresh and the meat was well seasoned and not chewy.
