I took my 3 year old here for a cleaning & check up. The office was very clean, the staff super friendly, and Dr. Chen was great! He took the time to talk with my son before getting started and helped him feel comfortable. We did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Chen was professional, thorough, and helpful. He even let my son hold one of his mirrors so he could see what was being done too!

Story about my second visit in Little Big Smile:
My second visit to this dentist is for my husband root canal. Dr Andrew worked on my husband tooth from 2pm to 5:30pm to make sure the operation is good and controlled the discomfort in the process. To reduce my husband’s anxiety, Dr Andrew’s office has TV installed on the roof of the boots. My husband has getting his root canal done while he was watching TV. The night after operation, he feels his tooth is not very comfortable. We contact Dr Andrew. He explains the reason and the necessary steps we need to be careful after root canal. The next day, my husband is complete recovery and doesn’t feel anything. Such a good experience with Dr Andrew for my husband first root canal

Great neighborhood dentistry, awesome experience I have ever had. I used to scare to go see dentist, Dr. Chen has absolutely changed my mind. He treats his patients very gentle with his professional knowledge. Little Big Smiles is very thoughtful for their patients, they even have TV on the ceiling for patients who have long treatment. Highly recommend!
