I just purchased a mattress from Dan today and I am happy with my purchase! Thank you Dan for the outstanding service you provided me. He was exceptionally helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I found what I was looking for! He spent 3 hrs with me until I finally made my made my purchase. Definitely recommend this place and look for Dan!!!

The service and prices were great. If you don’t know what you need try the computer bed to find your confort level. Skipper really looked out for us. Gave me the knowledge to choose the right bed. I’m telling all my friends.

We were treated fairly. Was given a 90 day trial on a Dormeo mattress. After 90 days, took it back. After a little negotiating, we came away with an ISpring system. I’m so relaxed in the morning, it’s hard to get up.
We’ll buy another for a second bed upstairs.

HORRIBLE SCAMMERS! Delivered box springs 5 days late and damaged – scuffed, torn, and with holes. They came 2 days late to replace it with another damaged one! – all torn up. When i called the owner Sean and I was told basically to F%^k off. I paid good money for NEW products. These are disgusting people and horrible business practices! Dont be defrauded!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The pushy manager wouldn’t let the salesman do his job and kept butting in. They PROMISED they would take the old matress with them. It’s been sitting on my porch for 2 weeks now. I’ve called and called, emailed and done everything I could. They just bounced me between people always promising it’d be picked up the «next day». They don’t care. Once you sign your name, they are done with you. Should a gone next door… to a real matress store.

My fiancé and I wondered into this store before going to Mattress Firm across the street because MF salesmen are a little too pushy for my liking. Everything was going perfect up until it was time for my mattresses and pillows to be delivered. We ordered our two mattresses and 4 pillows on a Saturday (Nov. 29^th). The salesman I worked with (Adrian) gave me a pretty good deal and told me their warehouse was closed on Sundays, so my order would be processed that following Monday. He assured me my pillows would be in on Tuesday Dec. 2^nd and my mattresses would be here on Friday Dec 12^th. He also told me he would give me a call when they came in. So, Dec. 2^nd rolled around and I had not received a call and it was already 5 o’clock, so I decided to call and ask about my pillows. The guy i spoke with (James) told me their truck was delayed so that my pillows would be here tomorrow Dec. 3^rd. I said okay, and hung up. The next day came and went with no call. I finally called around 7 PM that night and the guy promised they would be here on Thursday Dec. 4^th. Once again, I said okay and hung up even though I was irritated at this point. Well, what do you know?! Thursday came and went with NO call or anything, so I let a couple of days pass before calling again. Saturday got here and I decided to call. I asked about my pillows and of course they weren’t in, so I then asked if my mattresses would even be here on the promised date since I already rented a trailer for that day and the guy assured me they would. He also told me my pillows would be delivered to the store on Tuesday Dec. 9^th and that I could pick them up. Well, here it is on Tuesday Dec. 9^th and my pillows still are not here and they cannot guarantee when they or my mattresses will be here. When I called today the guy had the nerve to tell me «I put in a note to the warehouse for them to call you when they are on the way.» I’m probably about to cancel my entire order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER buy from Mattress HQ. I would rather take a pushy salesman who delivers my items on time than a crappy place who gives me a good deal, but never delivers or communicates with me. I hope they go out of business. It’s one thing for the company to contact me and let me know about delays and give me valid reasons why my order is delayed, but no one ever called. I always had to call. I think it’s so unprofessional to not stick to a promised delivery date. Bottom line, this place is horrible and now I know why other people decided to get on here and write nasty reviews because it’s all true!

No service No call back. Here’s an update as promised… it seems only one person can authorize a refund, and obviously the sales staff when giving you the sales pitch will say yes, satisfaction guaranteed, no problem. The staff has been trained not to offer a refund if you are not satisfied or if in our case, they dont deliever the mattress when they said they would… twice!
Not a good way to do business, nor retain business guys.
Like I said… run away!

Wish there was less than 1 star. Run… fast! After getting delivery delays for two weeks, I received my mattress. It smelt so terrible. I called several times with no call back. I showed up and got the run around saying I had to keep it for 90 days before an exchange. The stench was so terrible. I was told to use dryer sheets… seriously? I learned my lesson trying to give local «family owned» companies my business. Stick to the chains.

Bought a Mattress back in January when the location first opened. Dealt with the owner Sean. He comes across as genuine and knowledgable. He told us the mattress has a one year no questions asked exchange policy. Also a ten year manufacturers warranty. After six months the entire mattress has collapsed. Contacted the store and dealt with Paschal. Got the runaround. Called the owner Sean. He gave us his personal cell number the day we bought the mattress and said if we ever have issues to call him personally. He doesn’t return calls as his mailbox is now full. I have sent texts. Crickets… Long and short, they tell you what you want to hear. No character here, even from the owner. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Really friendly staff that aren’t pushy at all. I was so happy with my experience here– I’m planning to get a second mattress from here soon.
I’ve always hated shopping for a mattress because of the pushy salesmen and how they stare you down the whole time– it’s always been uncomfortable and awkward.
I didn’t feel any of that at this Mattress HQ. We needed a mattress for our guest room and we needed it quick since we had a bunch of people coming that weekend. They worked with us, gave us a great deal on a queen bed, and we were out the same day. The salesman was never pushy and let me try out everything without breathing down my neck– it was a pleasantly refreshing experience.
They even loaded the bed onto my truck without my help– Ron was a great guy to work with and I will be back. Keep it up guys!
