Couldn’t have asked for a more professional and friendly staff. Since I wasn’t raised in the computer age they really took their time and worked with this old dog and taught me new tricks.

Avoid Microsoft. I purchased office 2013 and it did not have outlook. I just spent an hour on the phone with Microsoft trying to resolve the issue and they asked me for my credit card to buy outlook separately for a total cost $ 39 more than the original program cost when they don’t sell it to you incorrectly.
Lets be honest here. Clearly they think my time is worth nothing, have no interest in customers returning or providing anything that resembles good customer service.
Looks like I will be getting a mac next go around, plus I wont have to upgrade every couple years that way.
I might even close my Hotmail account. Sad this is the path they chose
