By far, worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been to this location 3 times and each time, it was the same experience. Staff was not very friendly nor attentive when you walk in. There’s no clear indication of which register you have to walk up to. And when you do come up to one of the sales reps, they do not acknowledge that you are there. They do not even look at you when they are talking to you as they are more fixated on their computers.
Lastly, their prices are extremely over priced compared to other bookstores. Given their unreasonable service and return policy, I do not recommend anyone wasting their time and money at this establishment.
