Not the most convenient location unless you are at the mall(it is kind of between 121 and 380 but not right near either one), but like the Plano location the selection and flavor are very good. Unlike the Plano location, they don’t always have an excuse for something not being available or some reason not to take one of their own coupons.

Visited the Kolache Factory for the first time on a Friday around 10AM. They still had what seemed to be plenty of kolache’s left for the day. The person working the counter wasn’t the most friendly person on the planet, but he wasn’t rude by any means. Anyway, my husband and I ordered 4 kolache’s. 2 bacon, egg, & cheese, 1 sausage & egg, and 1 jalapeño sausage. They were huge and very filling. Hubby said the jalapeño one was very spicy. All of them had a great mix of semi sweet bread and savory inside. I’d highly recommend checking this place out!

The jalapeño popper is my favorite. I also like their sausage and gravy(they were out by the time I made it in). They have seasonal/flavors of the month… this month’s is Ranchero Chicken. I noticed that the kolaches seem smaller than I last remembered them… but that could just be in my head. Kolaches range from $ 1−3…a dozen will set you back approximately $ 25. Fast, friendly service… they can heat up partial/entire orders at your request. They also offer combos, coffee, breakfast croissants, danishes, dinner rolls, catering, shipping(out-of-state), and online ordering at select locations. Give them a whirl.

The Kolache Factory was ok. Concept is very similar to a Krispy Kreme/Dunkin Donuts. You choose the types and flavors and the folks fill up your box. Individual, ½ dozen, dozen pricing. Overall, nice experience, customer friendly, and the Kolache’s were ok. Would definitely try this place again. They will warm up the box for you so that they are still warm when you get home.

Kolaches were cold. Store hours are weird. Big balls dough with mediocre filling. Not impressed.

Not half as good as the Coit Plano location. The kola he’s are cold, they didn’t mark the box to identify the kolaches. They were all mixed up in the box. Not to mention they should have been in a tray for dine in. Geez!

Love love love me a kolache! The Ham and Cheese was delicious. A ton of diced meat and the ratio to bread was perfect. They were not overly bready. We also tried the egg, sausage and cheese as well as the egg, potatoes and cheese… both were a breakfast delight. They are a little pricy but a great go to breakfast on the run in Frisco.

If you’re from Houston, you’ll probably be a lot more familiar to the various Kolache Factory locations available there. In Dallas, I usually frequent the location off of Coit(which was consistent with what I remember). Now that this location has opened up near our home in Frisco, we often come here to grab a few ham & cheese kolaches! The only downside is they taste different everytime. Sometimes a bit more cheese, other times all breading, and other times full of ham. Always good though. The employees at this location move fast! I did order a latte one time that seemed to hold the line up a bit(so sorry), but it was really good and I’d probably do it again… they also seem to have a lot more coffee choices, like frozen options. I’ll have to try these when the cold passes! If I ever remember to bring my Spot Reward card, then I’ll comment on how that is.

Had lunch here today with friends. The jalapeño popper kolache was soooo good. I also loved the cream cheese one, slightly sweet but just the right level. They have a microwave and will heat it up for you. Clean establishment and friendly employees. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth it.

Had such a great experience here. Being from California I have never even heard of a «kolache» before. Walked in to the sweetest girl even offering us to sample a flavor we wanted to try. The cream spinach was by far my favorite. Everything was great down to the customer service and prices. Next time I’m in Dallas I will be coming back for more.

The kolache were good. The coffee was great. I just mentioned to the associate how much I liked the fruit kolache and he went to get me hot fruit kolaches. Great service! !!

I come from Houston where Kolache Factory is originally from and I have to say they have improved on the model. I don’t know where people are getting the bad service experience because every time I go everyone is extremely friendly, especially Joseph. Also, they ask you if you want your kolaches heated so I don’t get that bad review either. I highly recommend you try this location. My personal favorites are the Polish hot and the croissant ham, egg and cheese. Also the cream cheese kolaches are their signature items so try those too. I come here every weekend.

Angry service from unhappy people. Restaurant doesn’t smell like a restaurant especially one that is supposed to be a bakery. Kolache Heaven around the corner is so far beyond this place!

Stop by here for the first time. Have hardly any fruit kolaches at all. Employees laughing carrying on didn’t even ask if they could help me and the place was empty. Walked out without buying a thing. Maybe the other kolaches shops would like customers.

Not bad, still say the fruit kolaches at Kolache Heaven are better, but this place gets more than a passing grade. Stopped by here after doing a 5K and got some kolaches, the ones with fruit. The other ones, filled with meat, are not technically kolaches, sorry but they’re not. Also got several with sausage and one with sausage gravy. It’s a nice, open place with friendly employees and quick service. Paid, got my coffee and I was off. Kolaches, again talking fruit here, weren’t bad. Cherry were pretty strong as were the strawberry, just a touch below the competition. Now the sausage gravy one was pretty great, a nice mix of flavors featuring two of the greatest things on the planet, sausage and gravy. Sausage rolls were also good. All in all, a favorable experience for my first trip to Kolache Factory. They do serve lunch, which makes me want to try the Pepperoni and Mushroom one next time.

I literally made the BF turn around as we were driving on Preston to get some kolaches. LOL Kolache factory isn’t authentic in any means but it’s always dependable. I love their sausage and cheese and potato egg and cheese kolaches. They feature a new flavor every month to keep things interesting. This month is sausage and peppers which was tasty but a bit greasy for my taste. Their inventory is well maintained since I noticed there wasn’t too many flavors/varieties out at around 11 am on Sunday.

Employees were yelling to the back, drink machine broken all kolaches are cold, no way to warm them up. Not any comparison to down the street. Too much dough vs inside goodies that are supposed to be there. Sorry but not my cup of tea.
