This was a frightening experience. After reading the other reviews(seems they have been utilizing the extra greens that are legal in Colorado), I was willing to go thru with the gas station experience. When we walked in, the place was disgustingly dirty. I didn’t even want my shoes to touch the floor. I ordered the turkey sandwich and there was so much bread that I couldn’t even get my big mouth around it. The bread was hard and by the way, they didn’t have gluten free bread this day. As I watched them drag the brick of wheat thru the carnage of the days failed sandwiches I was horrified. Then I asked for lettuce which had to come off before I ate it since it was brown as the bread. The only good thing about the visit was that there was easy access to the river behind the place. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Basic, healthy good food. Went next door for a great coffee and an ice tea. The view outside is what made it really special!

We stopped here for a light lunch and was pleasantly surprise, we loved the soups for the day potato, bacon and cheddar! Defiantly worth a stop of you filling up with gas!

We stopped here for gas and I went inside and found The Healthy Tomato. It was sandwiches, etc. but they had a sign for gluten free items, so I asked what they had. They had gluten free sandwiches and pizza, so I ordered the pizza. It was handmade, ready in about 7 minutes and it was delicious! I was so excited to have decent gluten free food on a moments notice!
