Great environment, nice employees, and my number one go to for vape. Recommended to anyone looking to get into vaping or explore upgrading.

They are always helpful and have very fair prices. Will be going here from now on. I had an issue with my ecig and th set helped me fix it quick.

Great selection of juices, knowledgeable staff and great prices. Brandon very helpful with upgrading your set up without being pushy. Five Pawns is my go to but I’m really liking the Cuttwood Boss Reserve. House menthol is one of the better ones I’ve had.

My husband and I go here all the time now since discovering it! First time we went in was for the Five Pawns juice, then we updated our vaping hardware. Both of us got the iStick 50w by Eleaf, he got the Kanger sub ohm tank and I got the Arctic. Fantastic new setup. I originally had gotten a different tank and the mouth piece was HUGE but Vapor Lab exchanged it with no problems at all and were super helpful throughout the process. Brandon (hope I spelled his name right) has helped us every time we’ve gone in so far from our actual vape devices to juice selection and has been great every time! He knows the flavors, suppliers, and specs of the devices they sell very well. Very pleased with our experiences here so far.

I recently purchased a vapor stick and hand 20 W by eleaf from here and the lady that I work with was very nice and emailed my receipt let me know if I didn’t like it I can always return. I called the vape lab back because it was too strong for me. I has to speak to the owner about possibly breaking my item back to return and the person they help me refused to give me his name which was weird, but he assured me that he will speak with the owner and get back to me so he could let me know if I can make a return. After waiting several hours I finally got a call back saying that I can’t return the item. Once I brought the item back in the original box with the receipt I was then told that I couldn’t make a return. So they basically wasted a whole day of my time. When simply all that they could have told me was that was a no return policy. Better yeah it should be a no return policy sign at the desk before customers can make their purchase we should know that there’s a no return policy. I am really upset that I was told one thing over the phone and then once I came in the store there they changed everything around. I’m not sure if this was some sort of discrimination because I don’t sound like I look if you know what I mean. Please be aware that this can and may happen to you! Be prepared to jump through hoops or go directly to manufacturer if you don’t like the product!

This place is really cool, has a really cool atmosphere and looks very nice inside. The people who work here are very helpful and know the products they are selling, I’ve been to this one and the one in frisco and purchased from both they have amazing choices on e liquids and all sorts of different flavors. I bought a vape pen from them and spent well over 70 $ the first one broke so we came back and returned it and two weeks later it broke again and they replaced it no problem they are very cool and stand behind their word and just an all around great place. Very happy with this place I’ll be coming back here again and again!
