Best Wendy’s I have been to in all Wendys. Hot n fresh!

Someone wrote a review complimenting this Wendy’s on the fastest drive-​thru. Really? I was there at 5:15 PM on a Thursday. There were 3 or 4 cars in front of me that weren’t moving! I finally was able to place my order and I was told to pull up to the first window where my total would be given to me. Pulled up to the window, no one was there. Had to wait again. Gave the guy who eventually showed up my credit card and I had to ask for my total. He said there would be a receipt with my order at the next window. The guy at the next window asked me what I ordered. Really? Repeated my order and then waited some more. A portion of my order was a salad which came out first. The guy just stood there looking at me. I said what about my drink and burger combo? He said they were in the bag. NO! He handed me a drink and then came back with a burger but no fries. This Wendy’s really needs to get their act together! Got home and there was no dressing or toppings for the salad. The fries were ice cold and too salty to eat. Oh, and no receipt. Based on tonight’s overall experience, I’m sure I was charged an incorrect amount. So disappointed!

Service was ok. Food is decent. Better than McDonald’s food. Tables and chairs need to be cleaned. Seems someone wiped them down with dry cloth but they still dirty. They need to be cleaned with some type safe liquid cleaner.

This Wendy’s always has the fastest drive-​thru. Plus, they are always courteous! I know it seems hard to rate a fast food place such as Wendy’s, but they deserve props for excellent service!

Several times in a row now the food here has been subpar. The fries are pieces and once looked barely half full and are cold. The fish sandwich I had the other day was awful. The service is still fast and the burgers taste good but that is about it. I am used to visiting a Wendy’s that is quality, fresh, hot food. This Wendy’s is the first I’ve found that doesn’t provide that. I can get better food elsewhere.

Stopped by two days ago to get a large salad. The salads at Wendy’s are fresh and mine came with nuts and the dressing of my chose plus topped with white chicken strips. Service was very good, place is clean and the lunch hour crowd filled the place before we left.

It’s a Wendy’s…decent, drive through or eat in. The burger and fries that I got were pretty good. No complaints here.
