8 min. wait for 2 plain tacos! Inside, had to ask for help — as workers seem unorganized, a couple wondered around. Worst — she handed my(cold) food on a used tray that had food and crumbs on it! No sense of food safety, clean presentation, or hot food. Many businesses try to get away with things, or have no clue.

This is THESLOWEST Bueno in history. I could have driven to Ft. Worth and back before I got my order from this dump. They need new management in a BIG way!!!

came here this evening for a quick in-the-car dinner before dropping off a child for youth group. we ordered 4 bean burritos, 2 of them with extra sauce. they handed us our order and we drove away. my 2 burritos were wrapped in the«special» wrapper since they were supposed to have extra sauce. well, they didn’t. in fact they barely had any sauce on them at all. the other 2 had the extra sauce. Let me tell you… a messy boy in the back seat with extra sauce on his burritos… not a good idea. I don’t appreciate them getting the wrappers mixed up! it’s not like it was difficult to do. come on, fast food places! get it together! it’s not like it’s «rocket surgery!» update: we went again this week and ordered the same. messy, messy burritos. seriously, lazy employees… clean it up! Also, the drive thru line was moving extremely slow and our food wasn’t even hot. I don’t really understand that at all. poor service, although the older woman at the drive thru window was very kind and friendly.

I will NEVER go to this location again. The drive thru line was very long and they messed up my order. Id asked for 2 chicken soft tacos and they gave me the grilled chicken rollers! I was nice and told them they had made a mistake and then the guy at the window, which was at least 50 started to argue with me that I had ordered it wrong! I got very upset at this. After he had told me what he thought, I told him that I am all about people making a great pay for hard work, but he definitely would never deserved 15 dollars an hour. I told him that next time a customer is nice and said their order is messed up, that he should not fight and fix it instead. I will not come back to this location ever again. Also asked for light ice and I got a cup full of ice with light Pepsi. So sad!

They have no idea what quality control is. The quality of food is very inconsistent. Messed up my order. Complained that it’s somehow my fault. Then 30 additional minutes wait for food. Everyone standing around complaining. It’s a shame this location is so horrible.

Horrible service. Waited in the drive thru on a Tuesday night for over a half hour after ordering my food. There were 3 cars in front of me. When I got to the window to finally pay, I asked the lady if they were backed up. Her answer? They were short staffed. SHORTSTAFFED? I counted at least 7 people in there. Granted, only one person was actually doing anything. Ridiculous. Teenagers doing nothing and getting paid for it while I have to wait for almost ANHOUR to get FAST food. After I paid for my food, it took another 10 minutes to get my food. Why did it take almost an hour to make a taco salad with a side of chips? Yep. Just that. Not a 20 item order — just a taco salad and a side of chips. My food is cold, by the way, which is disgusting. I’m furious. Horrible service. Horrible attitudes. Waste of payroll. I will NEVER return to this location. I will, instead, have to drive 20 miles out of the way to go to a good location. Pity.

I love Taco Bueno — I even worked there in high school years ago — but this is the absolute worst location ever if you go at night! The staff members(all appear to be under 21) at night are horribly rude and on several occasions, they have closed more than 30 minutes before the posted closing time on their establishment. Tonight I went through the drive-thru and ordered a combo burrito and 2 taco burgers. All three food items were cold — I don’t mean lukewarm — I mean COLD, as if the ingredients had just been taken out of the refrigerator! I had to take my food home to microwave it so that I could eat it. If it were room temperature, I might have gone ahead and ate it then, but it was cold! It also took repeating the order four times to get the person working the drive-thru to understand what I was ordering. I have refrained from posting any complaints about this location until now because I had hoped that my previous experiences were simply a one-time event. Sadly, I was mistaken. Management needs to look into this«night-time crew» and make some fast changes before the reputation gets around and sales are lost! I am done taking a chance on getting edible food here!

Okay so I never write reviews. But I had to make an account just to praise this Bueno in particular. Super nice and very patient drive through order taker. The food looked and tasted fresh. I mean, it looked just as if they took promo pics for a commercial. And that saying a lot for peak lunch rush hours. Anyway, it the place ever sees these reviews just know that you guys are doing great and keep up the good work.

I am defiantly a fan of Taco Bueno. Growing up in Seattle, WA, we didn’t have any Taco Bueno’s around. The only fast food Mexican that was somewhat comparable was Taco Time, which is over priced, but the food was still good and fresh. Their menu has a great variety of burritos, tacos, nachos, platters and other items. The one thing that I love about this place is their low prices. You don’t have to break the bank for some good food. I really enjoy the burritos because they are big and packed with all sorts of goodness. The workers have always been very kind when I go through the drive-thru and they always get the food to me in timely fashion. All in all, this is a great go to fast food Mexican restaurant if your not in the mood to cook or go sit in an actual restaurant.

Grew up on Taco Bueno in Oklahoma but moved to the east coast in 2000 and haven’t been able to Bueno it up again. Until NOW! In Dallas visiting family and the first place we ate was Bueno because even 13 years later, it tastes just as good as it did way back when. Bean burrito dipped in the house salsa. Fantastico. If I could take 20 burritos on the plane home with me I would! Great fast mexican. Best in the area and heck, midwest! Perhaps you should open one in Raleigh because we need some Bueno!

I grew up on Taco Bueno. It was the mainstay of my diet back in the 80’s. I’ve since moved away — where Taco Bueno is just a funny name to most — but whenever I come back to the Dallas area it’s on my «must have» list. Over the last 10 years I’ve noticed a steady decline in the portion size and the quality of the food. I think Taco Bueno is at the all-time low now. The portions are super small. I had the regular crispy beef tacos and I can’t imagine how small the party tacos must be. Everything was over salted. Almost edible. This makes me sad. I can’t bring myself to give them one star but they’re damn close.
