Logan’s Roadhouse

The last time I came here the rib trio was available and it was amazing. That was probably about a month and a half ago. So tonight, craving the moonshine ribs, I went back. Only to find out that they had removed that from the menu. When I asked the server if they had anything other than just their roadhouse bbq sauce (which I would consider mediocre) he said no, and he himself said he wondered why they would only have something for around a month and then take it off the menu.
So, already being disappointed, I ordered the spicy brisket sandwich. While it was decent it was not very spicy which was the main reason I ordered it, and the portion of brisket was not as much as I would have preferred.
The service was good, and the peach hand shaken tea is amazing. However with how disappointing this visit was compared to my last it will be a while before I return here.

Sat at bar and service was good/​efficient. Not a great beer selection… usual Bud line and couple Sam’s. Had garlic/​parm wings… price is good, food good (the celery with it had been frozen???)
There is not a great choice on this strip, so this place fairly busy, but no problem with service at bar. happy trails

What a disappointment. The BF and I stopped in for lunch this weekend; expecting it to be a madhouse on a Saturday, we were pleasantly surprised to find it half empty. We were seated quickly, our order was taken quickly (service was great) and then we had a few moments to look around while we waited for our meals. I really wish I hadn’t. Aside from peanut shells on the floors (to be expected when you have whole peanuts provided on every table), I saw other bits of food and general dirt. My side of the booth had food in every crevice, the window sill had a lot of dust and food bits, the window blinds were sticky with something brown and the table was a bit sticky as well.
Food was just okay. BF had a burger craving (I know, it’s a steakhouse, but…) and was disappointed to see only two choices of burger on the menu. The one he chose was cooked well, though on the small side, but the slab of fried cheese on it put him off. He let me nibble on it as I’m the cheese hound of this operation, and it was crispy but flavorless. His shoestring fries were really good, though. I had a side sampler that I mostly enjoyed — the roasted corn was delicious but my mac and cheese, though tasty, was really overcooked and mushy.
Though our server was really pleasant and on point, we left feeling like we’d wasted $ 30. We’ve eaten at other Logan’s, and usually see at least one staff member cleaning things, especially when it’s a slow afternoon. We didn’t see that here and if I have to look for hand sanitizer in the car after I’ve eaten somewhere, you can guarantee I won’t be back.

They do have a gluten free menu! It was the best meal we had our entire vacation! The meal was great, the service was awesome and the price was right! We each enjoyed our meal and they served the gluten free meals perfectly. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to grab a meal!

What a great place to sit down to eat, drink, relax and watch big screen TV’s with great service and conversation!!! Always a big hello and good bye at the door and as a regular at this location, I am referred to by name and welcomed! The bar area is first come first serve, so you can sit yourself where you
has plenty of booths, witch I prefer! The bar server’s are fast and friendly and work as a team. STEPHANIE is my favorite server! She knows my order by heart. Their RIBS are delicious!!! and always tells me about the new seasonal food and drinks they have. Incase, I am in the mood to try something different. Stephanie is always working hard, helping others, checking in on every table around her and keeping me updated if my food is taking a little longer to come out. This place also has a great manager named glinda, she is funny and delightful ! All together a most GO TO restaurant!

What a spectacular failure in the service department. Every place has a bad day now and then but you make up for it with humility, honesty and good customer service. The wait for our food was way too long, then when it came out it was all too cold. The waitress kept sending the manager to us, but she was no help. She never introduced herself as the manager, never apologized just dropped our food and ran, twice! So the food sucked but not as bad as the management. Ruined my mother-in-law’s bday dinner. We won’t be back and neither will she!

Really like this Logan’s, I eat there quite a bit, always have trouble deciding what to eat, everyone who works there are always friendly, only problem I have is with the music, sometimes it’s too loud. But this is my favorite place to eat.

My girlfriend and I visited this Logan’s and quite enjoyed ourselves. The steak was excellent — well-​cooked and flavorful — and we also had a very good apple dessert. Our waitress was friendly and prompt. The restaurant was a bit messy, with the trademark peanut shells littering the floor, but the staff kept after it and generally cleaned up quickly. I might suggest that they lower the volume on the inside music, but overall, this eatery would merit a return visit.

Was there Friday night with daughter. Both ordered sirloin steak, baked potato, and salad. My steak had fish taste, and daughter ate it instead of sending back. We did tell the waitress who apologized. Both steaks were very tough and we didn’t finish them. Potatoes were over baked. We will definitely will not go back.
