great food and good sized portions, our waiter was super nice and friendly, the inside is much nicer than most chili’s we’ve been too.

On 2÷22÷16 the service was horrible. It took over an hour to have drinks and appetizers served. They were out of several items. Steaks were served dried out and mildly warm. I only ate ½ my steak and was still charged for it. Will never go back.

For me, this Chili’s was surprisingly average. Nothing bad, yet nothing over the top fabulous either. Your regular bacon hamburgers with a side of BBQ sauce tasted just like any other Chili’s that I’ve had across the US. For this visit, it was at the end of the lunch hour, and just prior to dinner. The draft brew and other mixed drinks were just ho-​hum, had it before. Service was fine, and meet expectations.
Plenty of parking outside, as well as within the to-​go area. While there is still ongoing construction just outside of the exit by the highway, the parking lot is remarkably clean of construction debris.
Just your average, bland, neighborhood Chili’s, with a slight yawn. At least I didn’t go home hungry.

Chilis is our go-​to spot because it’s got anything you could possibly want to eat, but this location is constantly sucking. Service is terrible even when there’s only a couple of people in the restaurant, they’re constantly messing up orders, and when the food comes out its cold and dried up. I love chili’s but don’t go to this location. It’s a waste of money.

Your average Chili’s. Nothing special about the food or service, but decent enough food to grab a quick lunch or dinner.
–1 star for this location seemingly always closing sections down early. Can be a busy night and look like there are empty tables, but they have no server in that area.
+1 star for the new electronics on each table. You can play games while you wait for your food. The best is you can pay for your meal without having to wait for your server.

Saturday night 7:30 pm. No wait — bar was empty and the restaurant was dead. That is usually a bad sign. But service was excellent, we sat in the bar area and she anticipated all of our needs — we ordered 2 for 20. Husband had bacon burger (which looked amazing) and I ordered sirloin with daily veggie of spinach, shrimp add on and loaded mashed potatoes. We got fried pickles for the app. Fried pickles were WAY salty, my steak was cooked perfectly and was very good. Like a steakhouse quality. Loaded mashed potatoes are always excellent and were loaded up with toppings. The shrimp add on was a joke. Do not order it. Puny little shrimp weirdly seasoned … And the spinach was fresh but was just a plate of spinach with big chunks of grape tomatoes and slices of garlic thrown on … Will we go back ?? Well of course !!!

Rarely go here but dropped in tonite and got chicken and pork fajitas (two meals + appetizers for 20.00) and got chips salsa and guacamole for appetizers.
They were excellent and plenty left over for lunch! Chips are thin and crispy.

One of the amazing places close to me that has an ALL DAY Sunday Happy Hour. Our waitress/​bartender was very nice and helpful. It’s happy hour so we expected to eat and drink on a budget under $ 10 and Chilis delivered! My sister loved the margarita she got. This will continue to be a staple place for our weekends out.

The food was great! We went in around 11pm so we figured the food would be pretty bad. We were very wrong! Everything was made to standard. We ordered Salmon with chicken it was yummy.
The only reason for not getting 5 stars? The fried pickles were only meh… and they make you so thirsty for the rest of the night. Not just thirsty, we are talking Sahara desert for a week thirsty.
Don’t let fried pickles ruin a good meal. The food was great. Service was good. We will be back.

We had a coupon for free chips with either queso or guacamole and we got the queso but it didn’t taste like queso at all. It was mixed with beans but my boyfriend and I both thought it tasted like chili or refried beans.

My family of 5 went in to this location on Sunday evening sept 28 2014 not lying we stood waiting for around 10 min waitresses would go by without even greeting or acknowledging us the finally someone comes a says that they were very busy. The restaurant was empty very little costumes were in there they weren’t busy @ all .will never come in to this location again rather drive the extra miles to lake worth than to be ignored. This employee don’t get the proper training in great costumer service. Always remember we the costumes make your pay check without us you wouldn’t have a job or paycheck. (FWI) I work with the public) we finally ended up a Boston’s great service and food.

Service was good, food on the other hand wasn’t three people in my party ordered chicken fried steaks. The batter to steak ratio was way off 75% batter 25% steak. The fries came out cold and the mashed potatoes were full of chunky under cooked potatoes. I think I will stick to the other locations.

This makes twice in a row we called in our take out order hours in advance and still waited 20+ mins past the designated pick up time.
Don’t bother with scheduling your take out order in advance. Just walk in and be prepared to wait, or eat there.

This location is another restaurant on our Thursday lunch rotation. Every Thursday I have a standing lunch-​date with my wife. I like this location because it is one of the smaller footprint stores. At lunch they have lots and lots of options and combos to choose from. Service is always brisk which is important at lunch. We like it that our servers normally ask us if we want a drink to go.

Every time I go to Chili’s any location I get more and more disappointed. I remember the days when it was quick to get a hot meal togo but now it’s just trashy, they never get my order right and the food quality is awful!
I find myself turning away from chains to local «Mom and Pop» places that cook their food fresh, but then you run into dirty bug invested kitchens so you have to be careful and rely on good reviews.

I don’t usually review chain restaurants, but this is an exception, hehe. My experience here started off w/​a takeout order that left out half my food, so no I wouldn’t recommend that. But once I called in to get my problem resolved, their service impressed me. Enrique was the mgr on duty and he made things right on our second trip. We ate at the restaurant and the mgr and our waitress were very good and the food was good as well, I had the fajita trio and Patricia had the chicken club sandwich w/​fries. I think I will go w/​the sandwich next visit, I am spoiled by the fajitas at El Asadero, I felt they went out of their way to correct the mistake they made before and I left happy.
