Came in at 9 pm tonight and waited 5 minutes for the host to even come to the host stand, 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us, and 5 minutes for him to bring our drinks. Ridiculous amount of time seeing as how they were slow. Won’t be returning.

We decided to stop by after a day of shopping, and the greeter was courteous, our waiter Matthew was really friendly and attentive. The food was the issue. My chicken fried steak was lacking salt but still good, and the blackberry tea was delicious. The issue came with my wife’s order. She had the carnitas tacos and strawberry lemonade. The pork was dry and without flavor. The lemonade tasted like tap water with strawberry. I had to complain about the tacos and replaced it with ribs. Waitress Gigi took the order and treated us really well. I had Matthew taste the lemonade from the batch, and he agrees it was off and a mew one was made. When I asked for a fork from waitress Lauren, she rolled her eyes at me as she handed me the utensils. The ribs came out juicy and full of flavor, took them less than 10 mins. They dismissed the charges on the bad food and the manager came out to apologize. Sadly I probably won’t return.

This chilis was fair the first couple of times but never in my good category. This time food was terrible, even the ice tea wasn’t any good. Wife’s burger still had a piece of the piece of plastic or paper that separated frozen patties. My carnitas fajitas were disgusting. I ate them because I was hungry but feel sick. The restrooms are both not cleaned or checked. Food from other tables that ordered after us kept coming out before ours. I don’t believe I’ll be back to this location, even when the wife says she wants chilis. I’ll pout and stay in car. Mr. Carpenter the managing partner of you read this, you should be disappointed and chilis if you read this they are killing your franchise.

we were really impressed with this chili’s! very nice inside, the food was awesome! the portions were pretty big and filling which is great b/c we’ve been to other chili’s that are very skimpy and never get the orders correct but this one was great, service was great. will come again!

this is a new addition to the Chili’s family. We stopped here because the new 54th street restaurant was wayyyyy too busy. We had a good time and enjoyed our experience at this Chili’s. We’re fans and have several that we frequent, but this was our first time at this location. There are lots of options here for places to go, but we would return to this Chili’s even though we really like BJ’s, 54th Street, and Cheddars as well.

I am a person who has loved Chili’s for years. This location has something going on… and its not good. Four of us ate there and had to send back 2 entrees that were not correct. One was an allergy issue that the kitchen did not get correct. Something went wrong for me. Had chicken tenders. My guess is that many of their items must now contain MSG, because I threw up all night. Perhaps the way they were prepared did not agree with me. Very sad, as I have enjoyed other locations, like the location on 377/Denton Highway. They usually do a great job.

We always go the Denton Highway Chilis and we should have. This Chilis sucks. Service was horrible. Our server barely came by our table and when she did she just rudely placed our food down and left without a word. And all the food was cold. I assume from sitting on the counter in the back and not getting ran by anyone. We ordered a dessert and she just dropped it and left. Without spoons. So we sat for 5 minutes looking around. We got one refill from who I’m assuming was the manager. I used to be a server and it’s not rocket science.

IF you can stomach the absolutely awful customer service when you walk in, then maybe your serve can redeem the first impression. The hostess on duty, both times we’ve been, is horrible and should not be allowed to be the one greeting guests, or in her case NOT getting the guest. Once we were seated the sever was sweet and attentive and made the bad start of our of our night much better. I spoke with the manger on both occasions about the hostess. Come on Managers! Hire«people» people. They’re gonna make or break you

My wife and I have eaten at this Chili’s location several times since it opened and we keep expecting them to get their act together but I guess we will just have to drive a little farther in the future and give up on this location. Don’t get me wrong, the food is OK and the wait staff is average but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. When we arrived, there were 3 groups besides us waiting to be seated, that’s four(4) tables. I looked around and saw 3 empty clean tables and 7 dirty tables. After 5 minutes or so, they seated my wife and I between two(2) dirty tables with food all over them and food on the floor. While the wait staff did take our order and the food did arrive in a timely manner, when we left after having been there for 55 minutes, one of the tables had just been cleaned and the other one still had not been touched. The dirty tables in close proximity for our entire meal did not make for an enjoyable dinner. And these tables were not the exception since we could see other tables waiting to be bussed for 30 to 40 minutes as well. I don’t know if the busing staff just didn’t show up or what but whatever the reason, it was poor staffing and/or management. The only bussing person we saw was totally ineffective since he spent most of his time up front talking to the hostesses and walking around passing dirty tables as if they did not exist. We will not be back.

Its Chili’s. The menu is uninspiring, the wait staff doesnt care. Chili’s used to be THE spot, but now it seems like its the spot to avoid. Having gotten that out of the way, if you want a burger its decent(but there are much better in the same area) and if you are just lookin for some drinks, well then its a good spot. Salsa is as good as ever though…

Ordered lunch online and it was ready when I got there so that was great but I ordered soup, and when I asked for a spoon she said they were out… I was like seriously how am I supposed to eat it? She said sorry… Then proceeded to look for a spoon again and ended up just giving me a spoon from the kitchen… How do you not have plastic ware?

Whenever I go to chili’s I find out why I don’t go to chili’s. Cajun pasta chicken was too salty and the only hot part was the dead center of the plate. Bacon burger… meh Cheese fries… meh Service…meh Beer…flat.

Light years better than the one off 377 in Watauga. The wife and I just had lunch here and it was not too bad. The servers were very friendly, did their jobs well and the restaurant appeared clean. Of course it was only 30min after opening so it was to be expected. In short the food was good(I had the country fried steak) although a bit salty for my taste. I would recommend you at least try them once to see how you like them. They were night and day compared to that train wreak in Watauga.

We had dinner here this evening. We were sat quickly by a nice host would took us to a booth along the back wall of the restaurant. We sat almost directly behind a server station. Nick our server took our drink order and appetizer order very quickly and gave us ample time to review the menu. He helped me choose between a burger and salad and I am was very happy with his recommendation of the burger. Our fried pickles came out quickly and were excellent. Our meals of a pork tacos and my burger followed shortly there after. Nick kept our drink refills coming and checked on us often. He was excellent! The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is a group of servers and a female manager stood at the servers station talking loudly and didn’t seem to notice the topic the were discussing was bothering the customers around them(animal abuse). They were in the way of servers who were actually trying to work. We will return and request Nick in the future, just a different table if possible.

The fajita’s came out ten minutes after everyone got there meals at the table. They messed up the order, after bring it late. The onions and peppers weren’t even cooked. It wasn’t even hot!!! One thing I hate when the manager comes out and says ! What can we do for you? Really manager fix the problem you tell me what you will do for your mess up. Very disappointed!!!

It’s Chili’s so obviously it’s not gourmet, but it is tasty for when you don’t feel like cooking. But… I’m trying to pick up a to go order right now and I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes. When the order was called in well over an hour ago. Though it isn’t usually this slow.

I have never had a meal that I’ve enjoyed at Chili’s. It’s not bad, it’s not disgusting. It’s just not good. I can shove down my whole meal, and at 11 $ a plate, I feel like I have to. My boyfriend gets the«quesadilla explosion salad» every time, and finds it to be very good. I have tried bites, but I don’t like it much. Most recently I got the appetizer plate with buffalo wings, and the Asian egg rolls(I think that’s what they’re called). Both items left a ton to be desired. I wanted to have the spinach dip as my third item, but they recently removed it as an option. I drowned both options in ranch and honey mustard to add flavor. Megan, our server, was very nice and attentive. The ambiance of the Chili’s in Heritage is nice, their are TV’s and it’s not very loud. The beer prices are average, you could spend less elsewhere. The food portions are fair for the price, though you could get a larger portion for a cheaper price at cheddar’s just around the corner. I wouldn’t mind going back if I could find just one thing on the menu that I enjoy. Until then, I’ll continue to dread the once a year visit I am forced to attend at a Chili’s near me.

This Chili’s is right next to the movie theater so it was easy to stop in for a quick snack before a movie started. There was a sign on the door that the restaurant was out of some kind of advertised special. They were out of random items that come on normal dishes too, such as celery. Both bathrooms were filthy with paper all over the floors and counters and water everywhere. All that water caused the floors to be slippery, and there was smooshed food and paper trash all over the floors in the restaurants, including stray crayons in the walkways. Great place for an accident to happen! I’m sure Chili’s has a great insurance policy for slip and falls, though.

This has been our worst experience At any chilies! Service terrible, the manager had a horrible attitude. Food tastes terrible, we sat without drinks for a long period of time. Saw our waitress a total of 3 times. Asked about ordering dessert and she said use the ziosk very rudely will not be returning to this location.

Rarely do I ever visit a chain restaurant, but my parents really wanted Chilis for some reason. There’s nothing bad about Chilis, but the food just does not appeal to me. The service at this location was good, the server was attentive and nice. We started with the table side guacomole and chips. It seems like they make their own chips since they came out warm, which was good, but they were also oily and over salted. I had the crispy chicken tenders with fries and mash potatoes, a very heavy meal, but it was good, had to take leftovers home since I couldn’t Finnish it. My parents had the fajita trio with steak, shrimp and chicken. It was good, and it was shareable due to the huge portion. It’s a new Chilis and I’ll give the server a break for not bringing out plates for the appetizer. I think next time I would skip the appetizer or order something lighter, everything seems kind of heavy. The prices on the menu add up very quickly while the items may be reasonably priced based on the portion sizes. This an ideal place to watch sports and eat appetizers. Maybe dinner if you’re really really hungry. Ps. Also not a fan of the tablet at the table.
