Came for lunch, it was nice and quiet. Got great service from the bar staff. I had a burger and my kid had the French dip, sauce was great. Had the dip for an appetizer, the chips that came with it were amazing. Light and crisp. Haven’t been to a TGIF’s in 20 years. Glad too have one in town again.

My husband and I had dinner here Monday evening we arrived approximately at 4:30PM and we’re seated immediately. Our server took our drink order right away and returned with our drinks and took our appetizer order for a Jack Daniels Sampler. We need a few more moments to decide on our entrees, I ended up on the recommendation of our server ordering the Sicilian Stacked Burger and my husband ordered the Jack Daniels Burger, he had fries and I substituted a Caesar salad for my fries. Our appetizer came out quickly and it was okay, the shrimp was all breading and the chicken strips were a bit over cooked, my husband said the ribs were just fine. Our burgers arrived very quickly and my husband was excellent and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I was very disappointed in my burger. This is the description of the burger from the menu: «Crisp, golden mozzarella between two fresh burgers, with a pepperoni spiced marinara, spicy vegetables and Asiago & Parmesan cheeses. Topped with garlic & basil bruschetta and provolone.» What I got was 2 mozzarella sticks stuck between 2 burger patties, topped with marinara with some pepperoni thrown in to it, no spicy veggies or other cheeses were any where to be seen. It just wasn’t very good, it was a greasy mess. My Caesar salad was a tossed salad with Caesar dressing poured on it. It was pretty disappointing to say the least. I am sure we will return to Fridays in the future but I won’t be ordering the Sicilian burger or a Caesar again.

Service here is horrible. Waiter named Jackson actually delivered my plate to the wrong table and them brought the same plate over to me after another patron stuck his fork into plate. Jackson first attempted to lie about his wrongdoing but then admitted once other patron confirmed my suspicion of it being the same plate!!! Just horrible awful service!!! Would give negative 5 stars if possible!!!

Worst service ever!!! Took FOREVER to get our food. And what’s bad is that there were only at most 6 tables. Steak was NASTY and DRY! Ribs were disgusting! Lemonade bitter. My server was not engaging at all. Had to have someone find her for us to even pay to leave. Won’t EVER return here again! Ugh!

We had the all you can eat appetizers for $ 12 and a side house salad. Great deal and the house drink specials were very tasty.

Was pretty decent burger. Good stuff for kids. Service was excellent. For a chain pretty good experience. We will probably return.

My wife and I hadn’t been here in a couple years. Not because food was that bad, but because they’re just so hum-drum. I believe a restaurant needs to reinvent itself every now and then, but this place is stuck in the 80’s and I don’t see much change other than their servers don’t wear those silly suspenders anymore. Well, we went back tonight and guess what? I felt like I was at my high school reunion. The menu has changed a bit, but it’s still hugely unimaginative. Why do I picture all of their«Top Brass» wearing white sport coats over pastel T-shirts and singing Duran Duran songs? Thats the vibe this place puts out. As for the service, well it’s service. We ordered an appetizer w/our meals, and then we waited. And then our dinners came, but still no appetizer. I asked for lemons for my water and never saw those, either. Now to be fair, they did want to bring us a dessert free of charge, but after eating a mediocre meal, we didn’t care to share a mediocre dessert. Instead, they took 20% off our bill, which was nice of them, but it won’t get us back in the restaurant. Fridays, go out and reinvent yourself and then we’ll give you another try, but not until then.

Not bad for a chain restaurant! Stopped in for a quick lunch today and took advantage of the $ 6.99 lunch combo. Very impressive value! I selected the Ham & Cheddar Sliders with Garlic and Basil Bruschetta and it also came with a side of French Fries. The Dijon mustard on the sliders was a delightful surprise, and the balsamic glaze on the bruschetta REALLY made this meal feel like I was eating at an upscale restaurant. I will definitely come back!

This place is such a disappointment. The food is okay, that is not the issue. The issue is with their customer service. Their bartender/to-go guy is an absolute ass. We have ordered to-go from here multiple times and always the same rudeness. The first time we ordered, we came in with a coupon for signing up for emails. I received the worst attitude from him and he said it couldn’t be used on take out… OK that is fine my mistake that was all that needed to be said and I would have put my coupon away– I am not the type to argue. But instead he threw a fit and then went and grabbed a manager and they continued a whole conversation while shooting us dirty looks before saying they would take it. Then he threw down our food and the check-literally threw it down. I paid in cash and was waiting for my change. He continued to ignore us for a good 5 minutes till he finally opened the drawer and again literally threw down my change and walked off. WOW. We have been back twice since(for the to-go food not the terrible service) and both times he has recognized us and treated us in the same manner it is absolutely ridiculous. He should be fired, bartenders are supposed to be friendly and he is obviously not.

This is one of our regular haunts. Half priced appetizers after 4 in the bar and cocktail area; drink specials Sun, Tues, Wed, & Thurs. The bartenders will remember your face and help you make choices and the food is so good(especially at 50% off) The new potato skins are mind-blowing and they have the best spinach dip of any place — high-end or chain. The mixed drinks are yum and they get new beers throughout the year.

This honestly use to be my favorite place, until now. I went in this afternoon with my best girl friend and my younger sister who has a censory disorder.(she doesnt process her actions fast enough to catch some of what comes out of her mouth) Upon arriving we were seated fairly fast: it took more than 10 minutes to get out drink order taken AND about that long to receive them as well. To this I was extremely displease due to the fact that I am a server myself, it should never take that long to get a glass of ice tea and two hot chocolates. Plus we were one of 5 tables in the resturant, followed by maybe 2 or 3 in the bar area. We were finally able to order our food. my younger sister had requested that she would have no chicken in her pasta(pesketarian) and with sauté mushrooms along side. She was returned with the worst attitude I have EVER incountered in my life for a server. At this point we should have left but my sister insisted we stay. I order my salad with dressing on the side(it came on top anyways along witha side as well. Another mistake) and barbecue flat bread, which is the whole reason we came. The appetizer flat bread came out 20 minutes after ordering it, and you bet I was timing it. Our food came out fairly shortly after we finish, as if he just ordered it all at once. As we finished we had two desserts which is another reason I liked going. We ordered one dessert at a time but as we got our second one we were also handed our check with no words but«here’s your check» no formal thank you, or well wishes as expected. We paid $$ just to saved the hassle of anymore attitude. Over all a very poor experience, which out weighted all of the good. Fantastic food, Extreme lack of service. I would normally never give one star or say I would never go back to anywhere but thats what happens when the quality of survice is so poor.

I was due for another visit so gave it a shot and was glad. The lunch music was at a pleasant level. I tried the wings which were a bit hard to see on the menu. The classic buffalo sauce was perfect though the wing meat seemed a little different, maybe because it wasn’t breaded. Service was great as Dustin seemed new but helpful and kept me full of tea. Overall a redemptive experience.

Stopped going here about a year ago when they took a bunch of stuff off of the menu. Figured I would give it another try a year later. The menu is still very limited. Everything is cooked with jack Daniels or has shrimp in it. And the food we ordered was not that great. It will be another year before I go back I guess.

I will never be back. This place was dirty. My food was bland. The menu was so nasty feeling like someone poured honey all over it. The windows had ketchup on them and the table was gross. A worker was sweeping when I was eating putting all kinds of dust in the air. I can’t even remember what I ordered… but I know Luby’s would have been better! I wouldn’t go back even with a free coupon. My server was good.

This place is great! We went here as a family(my husband, daughter, and I) one night just to try something different. Our food was great, but our waitress was even better! She knew everything in the menu, answered every question with ease, had our drinks full all night and made great recommendations! Her name was Jessica. We have been back twice since and always ask for her section. I would refer anyone to eat here :-)

Had a great meal and great service. Pot stickers were amazing, my kids are picky eaters but both loved the chicken skewers. I had the chicken and shrimp and was very pleased, wife enjoyed the shrimp and risotto. All in all it was the best experience we had in awhile.

My daughter and I visited this place on a Saturday around 6pm. We ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp with 2 side salads. My daughter and I are light eaters and we told our waitress that we wanted to split the entrée and to bring an extra plate. Our wonderful waitress asked us if we would like them to split it up in the back… well…YES!!! I didn’t even know that they could do that!!! :). I heard another table talk about how good the service was… but they didn’t have my waitress!!! I had THEBESTWAITRESSINTHEWORLD!!! We never had to ask for anything because SHE suggested things. I really appreciate that! Her name was Rebecca. You should ask for her… she was awesome! The food was soooo delicious and HOT… like right from the oven hot. The shrimp was really good and I only eat boiled shrimp. This shrimp was to die for. We ordered the brownie/Carmel/chocolate/pecan/with vanilla ice cream thing…2 spoons… AAAHHHHH!!! What a way to end this visit. Food.excellent Service…excellent Mom/daughter time… excellent!!! And to Rebecca… this visit got a five star because of YOU. Without great service, great food cannot exist. I talked to your manager, very pleasant man, who seems to really appreciate you as well and knows how valuable your are! Great job to all, even the cooks and managers, at T.G.I Friday’s!

Oh TGI Friday’s your name annoys me so because I dislike those kinds of saying, and George Carlin rings thru my head every time I come here. Yet you were one of my favorite generic chains … my all time favs are no where to be found anymore. So when in this area or in Arlington, if we’re looking for eats we try to stop here. They usually have great service and the food is usually great. Of the two that are still around Arlington does a bit better job on the food but this one has the great service.
