I agree with most of the comments listed below. They do a considerable amount of pre wash which I guess is ok. The hot wax is worth it and no one else has it around. However you will question if you will make it out alive if you are in a Tahoe. That machine is hitting everything on your car that comes out further than a cooper mini.
I was very disappointed in the tire shine. I didn’t see anything shining. It looked just like a tire wash. No product was added to the tires.
The vacuums continued the disappointment with very low power. The nozzle was a nice addition however.
In my opinion I think I will continue to go to Jets for my car washing.

This is truly the BEST carwash! I have a mild case of OCD and like to take my car into the carwash dirty and come out clean. Imagine that, right? No matter how clean or dirty my vehicle is, it comes out spotless with all bugs, oil, dirt, and grime removed. The wheels are actually clean and all tires actually get polished. The wash itself is always being cleaned, the workers are friendly and take excellent care of you. My husband has a lifted truck with huge tires, they make sure to adjust the wash every time to ensure he’s good to go and his truck is safe and able to be cleaned. The dryers actually work, there’s plenty of room to vacuum, and they give wash codes that are good for five days. The prices are reasonable but the quality wash job is second to none!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this place. There are others in the area that are horrible. I’ve been coming to this one for awhile and I love how clean it gets my car… PLUS I LOVE how they «pre-​wash» your car to get rid of any bugs or dirt that the machine won’t. The guys there are also very friendly. Hope more ppl give it a shot!

I’m somewhat of a drive-​thru car wash addict. I see one… I need to check it out. First off I do see there are a lot of complainers below that haven done their homework before taking their auto baby through wash. My advice to the one’s that are complaining about roller brush scratches… That’s a natural occurrence. Go to a touchless if you don’t want what you’d expect if a nylon roller going gosh knows how fast down your car paint. When I first bought my Honda I was OCD on keeping it clean. I thought out the process… I started out at a touchless car wash but got over it. Fender’s is great… I’ve been through a lot of these. They are #1 on my list. Dryers are fine too… not sure what all the fuss is about here on those. My favorite thing about this car wash is NO FENDER BUMPERS to scratch your wheels. You glide over it in neutral and the track pulls you through. HAPPY WASHING!

I spent $ 9 and this car wash does not remove the bug splatters and dirt on my windshield and hood/​door paint after 2 washes. I went back around to show the greeter Hugo, and he took half-​an-​effort to go though the motions to prewash my car by a pressure sprayer and a windshield mop. I didn’t go back through a 3rd time because I could see the machinery there does not remove dirt, and he missed the bug splatters on the passenger side. After two times, I still could wipe my hand across the windshield, hood and side of the door and remove dirt. If I had purchased the more-​expensive wash here, it would have only put down car wax on top of the dirt on the paint.

This carwash had to have been designed for little cars. I drive a 4 door Jeep wrangler and I feel like its a battle to get my jeep through the wash. I’ve found small scratches along my vehicle that weren’t there before I came here. Not to mention, the dryers here SUCK! They don’t have anyone at the end hand drying your windows to avoid water spots. You have to rely on the two little air dryers to get most of the water off or bring your own towels to dry it yourself. I don’t pay money to have to dry it myself. There’s many carwashes out there that are cheaper that will still hand dry your car at the end and I will gladly tip them cash.
It’s not worth the wash with the risk of leaving this place with damage on your vehicle.
If you drive anything bigger than a compact car don’t come here!

I took my vehicle there it left with not just scratches but damage to the vehicle and left brush indentions. I called and they told me don’t worry our manager takes care of things so please come during such and such hours. I did and the manager said, I am going to have you work with another employee. They denied it could have happen there but I am 100% sure it did and the employee said you can fill out this claims form but it won’t help you because our wash didn’t do it. I will never, ever go back. Poorly ran carwash.

I think they need dryers at the end, don’t get why they wash your car before you go thru the wash. My car is always soapy and wet after I come out. Best car wash in the area, this change would make them super popular and get tips for the dryers.

Took my new car there for a wash and their machines are probably the roughest I have ever experienced. Got some superficial abrasions that I was able to buff out, but also some deeper ones that I’ll need to have somebody with better tools work on. Also had a headlight with a deep scratch that will probably not come out. From my experience Jerry’s up the road is not nearly as abusive and isn’t as expensive either.

I’ve used Fenders since I moved here from Pittsburgh and so far I’ve been pleased with the results. It’s quick efficient and they seem to do a good job of prewashing trouble spots before entering. I also like the tire shine apply by a sponge directly to the tires.

We just took our vehicle there that was COVERED in bird crap. When we pulled up to the actual car wash, the gentleman working spent about 5 minutes pressure washing and scrubbing the exterior. Most other places I’ve been to would have just waived, hoping that our car would get clean. We will definitely be back.

So I had my Nissan Armada detailed here. It was FILTHY from 2 years of kid’s. They made it look like a brand new car again. It was also very very reasonable did everything I got! I also went back in a few days ago ringer my backseat re shampoo’do because my toddler threw up in it and they only charged me 5 bucks! These people are really nice and it’s family owned. The detail

Terribly disappointed. The wash did not get my car
wasn’t that dirty. The vacuum would not pick up a popcorn kernel. The gentlemen working at the entrance were working very hard but the equipment seems to be the problem. After spending $ 12, my car just wasn’t clean.

Best wash around, the only one that doesn’t leave areas of dirt on your car. They say they wash duallys but I take my ram 2500 mega cab there and it gets sparkling clean. The best part is how the tire shine is applied by a sponge type thing that cleans your tire at the same time instead of spraying is all over your rims and fenders like other places do.

Great car wash! I’ve never had a problem. I’ve gone to the $ 3 car washes in the past and this car wash is so much better and worth it! Not to mention while I was there the managers were actually checking the machines to make sure they were working correctly.
