Love this place! Always so yummy, even the steamed veggies! Love their chicken sandwiches, and sweet tea. Great kids meals for children with organic drinks. Friendliness of the staff at this location is hit or miss, but we are never disappointed with the food! Would eat it everyday if I could! Yummy! One of my fave places to go.

Every time I’ve gone here the food and service have been great. Love their BLT! The only two suggestions I would make are to keep more staff at the registers during lunch rush and a better eye on the dirty tables on the patio

Its ok. Feeds the family affordably. Tomato Bisque not what I was expecting kind of a metallic taste. Kids love it. Good tea and cookies

I love Mcalister’s. The service and food are always outstanding, little pricey but worth it. I also love the consistency between restaurants. Always the same no matter which one I go to. Stupid app wants a longer review, don’t really know what else to say so now I’m just writing whatever comes to mind in order to make this review long enough.

The people were very nice here. I was disappointed in my side. The owners have promised to land on the side of generous on their portion sizes as far as the fruit side. This makes me very happy because i like healthy choices they ofer here

McAlister’s Deli is a great place for high quality sandwiches, but they also offer other choices. These choices range from pasta, salads, soups, and spuds. All are delicious, my favorite is the Memphian… very good! Another thing I forgot to mention was the Iced Tea… really tasty. The atmosphere here is casual and busy… a lot people in and out. Also, the place is nicely designed. The line forms around the restaurant which is a way from the center dining area. Overall, great place as an alternative to fried food.

I had the chopped chicken salad. I was told it was chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce. It was not. There was no iceberg lettuce, and the romaine lettuce was tough and rusty. It tasted terrible. It had very little chicken, tomatoes, Gorgonzola cheese, and chopped almonds. Mostly lettuce! I was very disappointed! In the past, their salads have been good. Not sure if they have changed their menu or not, but I hope it gets better.

I ordered approximately 25 sandwiches a week prior for my office luncheon. Our lunch time is very strict therefore going over is not an option for many people. I arrived 20 minutes after I had told them that I was going to arrive. To my extreme disappointment the sandwich boxes were still not ready, they were still being packed and it took the cashier approximately 10 – 15 minutes to ring me up. I was so late back to the office, I was very apologetic to everyone that had been waiting on me. I feel that McA should have communicated to me that they were running late by phone call or email. The sandwiches were good, someone did not get a cookie in their lunch, but everyone did get the right sandwich. The food was good nothing extraordinary. I will most likely try a different restaurant for the office. I do not plan to use them for a large order again but I would go there for an individual order.

Ordered a Reuben, was a bit disappointed when i picked it up to take a bite. The sandwich had way to much thousand island dressing and the bread wasn’t toasted enough to keep the sandwich together. I went through 4 napkins on half of the sandwich. The Lunch Box has a way better Reuben. I should’ve known better when i noticed they use«Butterball turkey.» I won’t be back…

McAlister’s is a favorite lunch spot of mine but I unfortunately don’t get to come here often. The closet one is an hour away from me. Boooooo. Luckily I’m moving in a few months and I’ll be able to get all the McAlister’s deliciousness that I want. Yay! I usually get the chicken caesar wrap(I think that’s what it is anyways.) and I always get the mac & cheese and sweet tea. They’re always great! Service is always nice too. Food comes out fast and there’s always somewhere to sit no matter how incredibly busy they are.

Thank you for being open & very friendly on the icy afternoon of February 28, 2015! We came from out of town and didn’t have the option of staying in for lunch, & had tried to visit three other places to eat before finally finding this McAlister’s which was open for business. We were greeted with a smile and the sentiment, «Thank you for coming in!» Food was great as usual & service was very friendly on an otherwise miserable day! A++!

I’ve eaten here countless times over the past few years and the food is always consistent and the staff are friendly. I tend to recognize the staff each visit, so that means they must be able to retain employees well. The place is clean and anytime I have special order requests they always comply. My only complain is that during lunch they are PACKED and the line sometimes gets crazy. But it never takes that long and the to-go orders come out quickly.

I love this place for a lunch stop on a weekday. They do get a little hectic, but it’s nice to have a sandwich and a comforting bowl of soup. I love their signature club, but the French dip is really where it’s at.

I love this place. I get their half ham & cheese toastie with their garden salad. It’s delicious and paired with their famous sweet tea– I can’t get it enough. The staff is always kind and the food is always hot. I’ve ordered to go a few times, and it’s always been fast.

This is my 3 year old daughter’s absolutely favorite restaurant. I challenge anyone to find a better kids meal than the ham and cheese sandwich with Mac and cheese for 99 cents. The California Turkey Ruben is hard to beat, although I have had plenty of other sandwiches that made a great meal. The ½ and ½ nachos and broccoli cheddar soup makes for a great appetizer and a great dip for your sandwich. I love the salads, too. All sandwiches are available on gluten free bread, which makes this one of my wife’s top choices. The restaurant is clean, and we have never had rude or unpleasant service, and we come here frequently. For the price range, and the kind of food offered, this is fantastic. Do not miss the unsweetened tea with watermelon or peach on a hot summer day.

First time here. Nice environment. Quick service. Clean. Had the Half McAlister’s Club and Half Spud Olé. They were OK, but nothing special. Wife’s Muffuletta was OK. Her sister’s Pot Roast Sandwich was OK, but gravy was too peppery. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not impressed. I would much rather go to Jason’s Deli or Panera. Both very close by. My pick two combo had potato soup and a turkey ruben. The soup was watery and flavorless and the ruben was just bad. Soggy bread, cole slaw in a hard lump, dry turkey. The only good thing was the tea. That’s the claim to fame here anyway, so glad they did that right. I won’t come back.

I was really impressed with this place, and coming from a family of food service workers, I can be rough on restaurants! The place is clean and they give decent size portions. The employees are nice, even though they are not working for tips. I gave up meat for Lent, and it was easy to identify vegetarian items. The tea is really good! Give these guys a chance.

I heart this location. Clean and bright, the employees are friendly and actually listen to your order, and they bring your food out and address you by name. If you dine in, kids eat for $.99. You can’t beat that and the selections are great, cheese pita pizza, turkey and cheese, ham and cheese, pb and j, baked spud, garden salad, and a few others. I love the punch card. LOVE it! If you purchase 9 entrees, you get the next one free and it can be used for lunch or dinner. Same with the iced tea, 9 punched gets you the next one free. The baked spuds are really good. My goal is to try each one. I’ve had the angus beef one a few times, it’s huge and so filling. There’s a sweet chipotle chicken sandwich with peach sauce, that’s pretty good. I’ve heard good things about the reuben as well.
