White Castle

I’ve only been to this location once but the drive through was fast, the employees were friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. When the crave strikes, I’ll definitely make sure I come to this location.

They need help! Waited 5 mins before someone would take my order. Then waited another 10 mins after my order receive my food. Then my order was incorrect.
The restaurant isn’t clean, the tables were dirty.
The only pro I can say is the staff was friendly.

Zero stars would be great!!! Ordered two double cheese no onions guess what??? order must have been too complicated for them to get right. Came with extra onion thanks I’ll go to another location from now on… Wasn’t enough that I waited ten minutes for my order. This location is always slow and it’s the closest location to the White Castle factory.

Restaurant seems to be going down Has all new workers it seems Would go every weds with my son before apt Seems to have new management went placed a large order 1^st they didnt want to take my coupon then didn’t add cheese to bugers Note I went threw drive threw gave my son two then notice no cheese on them little frustrated sinces wanting 20mins so I put his 2 yes he had and ate pickles off of went in told them there was no cheese before looking at my receipt or anything she said that will be $ 3.40 for cheese Note after waiting 20mins took my now cold burgers Note again that my son ate off of threw with others that they was making pulled the tops off and add it cold cheese then hand bag back to me by then I was so frustrated waiting almost 30mins now to get back cold burgers with cold cheese on them and to be honest I dont no if someone else got burgers my son ate off or if they went back in my bag I told them I would not pay extra almost $ 4 for what the messed up and and now cold food and it was nasty they took food back that it should have been thrown away and or never put back with others food as they put cheese on them I will now make a point to avoid this white castle

Sometimes you just get the taste for a White Castle burger. I prefer mine with now onions.
