Came here on a Thursday night to eat and drink with our classmates. Great service from Billy and pretty good food. Everyone in our party of 15 loved their dishes and drinks except for me haha. I didn’t like the curry. Way too salty and too overpowering with carrots. But this place is a cool place to come and get some drinks and good food. The onion rings we had were good. My friend loved his bacon Mac and Cheese and the Fish and Chips were good as well according to them all.

Service sucks! Came in with a group of approx. 70 people for a pub crawl. We come every year on the exact same day. The bartenders literally would not even look at us. I had to call one out, just to get them to even acknowledge our presence. He said that he was going to help everyone else first. Sucks to be you! You lost out on hundreds of dollars and lots of tips. The decent thing to do would be to acknowledge us and let us know we may need to wait. Your customer service sucks!!! If you want to be treated like crap, this is the place.

Okay we do an annual pub crawl in Fullerton. We are there for 20 minutes, sing a carol, drink and leave. Today we came to Branagan’s for our fourth stop(like every year). No no no no service from the bar. Bartender said he was busy serving the 6 people there. He and a waitress ignored us while filling up cokes and waters and talking to each other. You just missed at least $ 100 in tips, buddy. So we went to Matador’s and the 60 of us took our money there. Adiós, Branagan’s. We will probably skip you every year hence. You broke a tradition, Branagan’s. A CHRISTMAS tradition.

Sorry to give it three stars, our visit ended early when a waitress had my boyfriend kicked out after he allegedly touched her butt. Let this be a warning to all guys there! Avoid bumping into the girls there at all costs!

Great place to drink. Great place to watch sports and drink. Great place to have a bite to eat and drink. (Maybe I just like to drink…) Service can be a little slow during the day, even though there is no one there. But do not let this stop you from coming in. If you don’t like being rushed and just hanging out while you drink, this place is for you. The night life really makes this place come alive and you will always feel welcomed. See you soon

Just a heads up to all my brothers and sisters who serve. I took a date here for something to eat and have a couple drinks, we were turned away at the door because«they weren’t letting military in». I thought this was just something that happens overseas?!

I gotta say I’ve been to alot of pubs. You can never go wrong with the brew. But here! Everything from the food to the service… top notch! Prices not bad well worth it for the massive portions! This place deserves above 5 stars!!! Will be back again and again!

I’m not an American sports guy, I’d prefer a real Irish pub game, like rugby. But the food, drinks and service were fantastic.

20 minutes before close. Grabbed my drink and threw it on me. No conflict, just thought we still had 20 minutes. Called the police for their violent treatment of their customers. DONOTGO.

Our bartender Billy was really pleasantly cool. Ordered their Irish Nachos and was completely surprised how huge the serving was. It was pretty good(Red potato chips with corn beef) Also the Blue Moon Fish and Chips was great! Great selection of beers as well. Will be recommending this pub to friends.

We jumped in here after the Italian place next door misquoted our wait time. Best mistake ever — Branagans is an excellent watering hole with some great home style Irish fare.

Great atmosphere. Best selection of beer and spirits around. The food is pretty good too. Don’t forget to try the Red Breast.

This review is solely based on bar experience! Did brunch close by and wanted beers after! This place was pretty chill. It was empty at around 3 pm on a Sunday but still fun! The bartenders were attentive and nice. My friend and I both got beers and were satisfied. Also hot day outside and the AC was on full blast so that’s always a plus! I hear it gets popping if you’re bar hopping on a Saturday night so come check it out!

I came here hoping to enjoy a nice Irish pub experience. I worked at the Pembroke in Dublin for 7 years, so I know what good service and drink and food should be like. Brannigan ’ s didn’t know what adding black currant to Guinness was. They said they did, but then they added a half shot of liquor instead and charged me $ 7.00 for a full shot. On top of this the wait staff was rude, spilled beer at my feet and when I asked for«the bill», the waitress brought me more beer instead because she didn’t understand. This place looks like it’s dying. It was a Friday night and they had so few customers. But after my experience here, I can understand why. If you don’t mind a little drive, go to «Ye Olde King’s Head Pub in Santa Monica instead. Don’t go to Brannigan’s

I was really hoping for more from this place. I had a group that wanted to go somewhere fun for St. Pattys day. We found this place online and it looked great. When we got there at 6pm, we were told by the guy taking a $ 10 buck cover at the door that the kitchen was closed. That was odd since it was so early and we were hungry. There was nothing to warrant a cover either. No live music or anything to make it any different than any other day of the week. The place was crowded as expected but I was surprised that there were so few bartenders working. It took forever to get a drink. $ 8 Guinness in a tiny plastic cup? I wasn’t impressed. We ordered a round for the table and after waiting 30 minutes with nothing, we finally just left and went to Heroes where the beers were bigger, cheaper and the service was fast. We were not impressed by anything here and will not be back.

Amazingly wonderful Reuben sandwich on marbled rye. The meat is flavorful, juicy without gristle or fat. Cozy atmosphere that blends an Irish cottage and pub. My husband noticed a St Patty’s Day countdown calendar that goes all year… nice touch. Service was quick and friendly. The husband got the burger, and also said it was delish. I was sorry to see that the bread pudding contained chocolate and caramel sauce. I know they were trying to be creative here, but really, I was dying for the traditional baked goodness with a good whiskey sauce.

A whole family could share the Irish breakfast. There was a ton of food. The server guy was great, I really felt like he was authentically a good guy. My wife was shocked, having never been inside. This place could have just added $ 2000 a year in sales. This could very easily be our after church breakfast spot. My kids would really like this place too.

My friends and I came here on Thanksgiving, so we probably didn’t get the usual DTF experience. Downtown was pretty dead, but thank goodness this pub was opened! Besides encountering some weirdos(yikes!), this place was pretty awesome. — Super big and roomy. They have a bar area and lots of seating in the front and back. — Huge TV to watch sports. They also have smaller TVs around the place. — Big selection of beer. Check out that wall! — Bartender was funny, friendly, and attentive. I would probably frequent this chill bar if I lived in Fullerton!

4 gleaming stars for the food and the atmosphere. If this place was open during my work hours, I would come here relentlessly for lunch. Unfortunately, it only opens for lunch on the last day of my work week, Friday. Saturday and Sunday open morning, noons and nights. Having my work office above so many restaurants and cafés is truly a treasure. This one being one of them, referring strictly to the food and décor(since the only beverage I have ever had here is water). French dip beef brisket sandwich, wondrously good!! Swiss cheese melted over the brisket on a french roll and scorching hot au jus. I nearly swoon, from how giddy this sandwich makes me. Had this with a side salad and it worked well, even though a friend of mine said, she would have chosen fries. Planning to try more off their menu soon.
