My girlfriend and I joined a group of friends a few weeks back for an event here. A friend through church was playing guitar and singing for a few hours that night. We ordered family style and got lettuce wraps & dumplings to start. Both very good choices! For our main course we ordered the almond chicken and chicken noodles. Also very good! Unfortunately my girlfriend got sick that night and my stomach was upset as well. Not sure if it was coincidence or the food did not sit well. Overall I would recommend this place especially on Saturday nights for open mic night!

YOOOOOOO! This place is freakin lit. I got so ratcheeettttt. But then again it was 10 bucks to get in. I asked the guy in the front of I could like give him a blowjob or something to get in for free. And he said no. Too bad he missing out. JOKING! I’m totally joking. Really good spot to get down. There’s two different sides. One side was mostly EDM. The other was more up to date music and more ratchet music. That side was packed as hell. There was empty tables too and the side had cushioned benches for those friends who are lame. Unless for people to catch a breather while dancing… who knowsssss.

Good music… way too crowded in the hip hop room. Def can’t dance comfortably in there. A lot of creepy guys in there… went there last night and a bunch of guys were really weird… If you want to have a girls night to just dance. I recommend going.

Awesome place for EDM and rap music. Although the rap music floor gets really packed, the other hall has plenty of place to move around. Visit on a friday night for some good crowd after 10pm. Their drinks are quite okay and the food is decent. The best thing about this place is the 2 different platforms for 2 different kinda music. You can always move around and switch. Overall quite a nice place for some cool music and pretty warm drinks! Chk it out!

Went here for lunch as was shopping on Harbor Blvd. I didn’t know it was a night club at night. We came here at noon and it was nearly empty. Ordered on the last page menu which had lunch specials. Food was ok. But would not go back again. I suppose it is really set up for the evening. Next time I will go to a place to eat that has lunch time diners, rather than eating in an empty barroom.

Dude… went for dinner and this place was gross. Flies EVERYWHERE. The entire time we were constantly swatting flies from trying to fly into our drinks and our food. When asked how we were doing, we pointed it out as politely as possible — we know it’s not all our servers fault. He apologized, said he understood, and how his manager also noticed us swatting… but neither did anything about it. And the place was dead. If you have an empty restaurant and bar, shouldn’t you be cleaning, or attempting to address your astronomical pest problem? Food was pretty good, server was very nice and attentive, but man get rid of the nasty infestation asap we won’t be back

You guys need to learn how to train your waitstaff. I came here in December for an end of the year company lunch. The place was pretty much empty and you only had one server, a blonde lady, who not only lacked personality but also lacked any attention to detail, knowledge about the food, or customer service skills in general. She has honestly been the worst server I have ever come across and I mean that. Check out my reviews for other places I have been to. I could probably write a three page letter of everything she did wrong but some of the basic ones where: she forgot to put in some of the orders, ordered incorrect items, the only time she smiled was when she was relived we were not going to split the check, she did not know the name of the food she was passing out, just to name a few of the things she did wrong. The manager ended up voiding some of the bill BUT there was no apology for the management and a very insincere apology from her. If it was a really busy night then maybe I would be a bit more forgiving but she seriously had very few tables on the other side of the restaurant! In fact I think at one point we were the only table she had! We did not even order dessert because it would have taken forever, she seriously brought our food and drinks one by one. She could not carry more than two plates or drinks at a time. I thought about giving this place two or three stars because the food was actually really good but now I can’t even describe the food because what I remember the most is the terrible service. When it comes to terrible service like the one we experienced I blame the management more than the server. Why on earth would you let someone who has no knowledge of the menu work as a server? She had no idea how to answer any of the questions we had on the food. She wasn’t properly trained and that’s not really her fault that is the managers fault. Highly unprofessional. At one point the cook came to bring us refills and run some of the food. Honestly, I would never come back here to eat.

WATCHYOURDRINKS!!! My friend and I were here last Saturday night and we had my friend had two drinks and I had one. All of a sudden my friend started slurring her words and acting really drunk. We left shortly after being there for about a hour and a half. My friend started throwing up and blacked out. She remembers nothing and doesn’t remember getting home.

Always a good time when I come here. The bartenders are spot on. They have rap music in one room and edm in another. My friends and I are usually on the EDM side because we like the music and it’s a little easier to move around because the other side is always packed. Taco Tuesdays are fun here too. Their Asian fusion tacos are good.

Felt underwhelmed. The hip hop/edm mix felt contrived. Drinks were a bit overpriced. You could probably do better.

Most people know this place as a night club. But it is a restaurant as well. It serves lunch and dinner, and has some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever known. Their food is so good that when I take a bite, my taste buds start committing suicide because they know life will never get better than it is for them at the point I put some orange fire chicken in my mouth. Eating here is like winning the lottery, except the money is edible, and it has been cooked in perfect harmony by the gods of love, pride, and satisfaction. Eat here. Your tongue and stomach will thank you.

Fantastic Open Mic Night! Every Thursday. Foods I have eaten there: Dragon Noodle! — FANTASTIC(Just the right amount of spice) w/beef. MMMmmm. Ziing Rolls — 4 out of 5. and they are HUGE Pork Bowl — if you like pork then yes. Beef and Broccoli — Good Except the sauce was very runny… tasted good but the texture … meh.

Wait Ziings serves food? LOL something about that grosses me out. ANYWAY, for sure this place isn’t everyones cup of tea. That’s the thing about going out preferences, I feel like everyone’s are so different. But for me, this is my cup of tea. My at times sketch and dirty, but bumpin’ music and fun people cup of tea. If you like hip hop and find Orange County frustrating at times for it’s stand around and look pretty bars or RAGEBRO Newport Beach bars scene, Ziings might be the pace for you. Been here many times. Had lots of fun and memorable nights. Will be back.

Food was ok but service was very poor. This is a dance bar and not really setup to actually wait on diners. The waitress were fairly disorganized and food service was slow. Took 10 minutes to just have our bill processed. Don’t go on a Saturday or Friday unless you want to put up with bands tuning their sound systems. Food is «Asian fusion» but not too bad. Zings might actually make it as a dinner place with better service.

Like most bars at downtown fullerton, this place was cracking on a thursday night. I like how there were 2 rooms, one played hiphop and the other was edm. Although it got pretty crowded since the place was not that big, they had plenty of trendy spots to sit down at and chat with your friends or sip on a drink. They were also giving out those fun glowsticks. 5 stars really go to David the bartender manager. Thank you for finding my phone and returning it to me. My vibe was kind of ruined when I realized I didn’t have my phone. However, when they closed the bar and kicked everyone out, i asked one of the guards about a lost phone, and luckily enough, david shows up with it! The security crew was really helpful in making sure I got my phone back. I’m definitely going back to this bar especially after knowing that that place is run by really great people!

My group stopped by here before the whole band or pianos set up so unfortunately I missed that atmosphere but as a bar/restaurant it was still nice. There’s two entrances so easily accessible. I had the two kinds of dumplings/potstickers, pork and chicken. If you’re going to eat definitely go for the pork. The chicken ones had a really weird texture and were dry without the sauce. The drinks we were actually stopping by for were stiff though so thank god for that!

I did not even know they served food here… I’ve come here several times on a Saturday night or a Friday night for a couple drinks and some dancing. This place holds a very special place in my heart it was the first bar I had ever been too. I always have a blast! I go here with my girlfriends when I want to dance all night and meet new people. It gets really loud! It’s not really a place for conversation just a great place for drunk dancing. I will be back this is plan A for a party mood. They pass out glowing party light sticks which are awesome to dance with and look really cool. They have several sections two sides with different music one side is always a little less crowded than the other. They have two full bars on either side and a great seating area outside where it is a little quieter you can smoke take a break from all the dancing and chit-chat with people you met in the bar.

I sorta feel bad for the servers here. It’s more of a drinks and dancing place later at night than a dinner place. I went as part of a large birthday group. They had a strange, L-shaped set up for us with a mix of square and round tables. The two or three servers told us at least six times that they were going to split the tables up in terms of servers. They explained multiple times that we should order from our designated server. Ok we got it, thanks. Ok, we understand, thanks. Ok we got it, thank you. I guess they must have had some really bad experiences with that arrangement in the past or something. Of the first two dishes I attempted to order, they were out of it. So I decided to share a dish that my friend had already ordered. The server was really nice and explained that the kitchen wanted to apologize and sent over a plate of shrimp on the house, which was a nice touch. I think this place would’ve been a lot better at 1 am with most of the lights turned off. I believe Ziings is billed as Asian Fusion. It’s more like Americanized Chinese food. Drink and dance here. I wouldn’t recommend dining.

I came here for dinner on an early Tuesday evening. Basic Asian fusion atmosphere with a bar and areas for a band and nightlife. There was no one to seat me as I walked in and I had to venture close to the kitchen to retrieve a server. I ordered the Thai Spicy Beef. It didn’t take too long to come out. In terms of flavor, the sauce was unique and delicious; the spice was intense but not overwhelming(if you enjoy spicy food). The vegetables were cut in fine, thin strips which took away from the aesthetic presentation and made it a bit messy while eating. As for the meat, it was tender and juicy but the pieces varied in size to the point where some pieces needed to be cut in half. The price was satisfactory for the quality. Overall, it was decent and I wouldn’t mind coming back.
