This is a nice looking Carl’s Jr in a nice looking area so I couldn’t pass it up. I was trying to save my stomach for something else when heading home, but hunger wins…
Here’s what liked…
* Very clean. The new style remodel looks nice.
* Easy parking.
* Safe looking clean area to pull over for some grub :-)
Here’s what I didn’t like…
* Nothing comes to mind.
Food = as expected
Seating area = very clean

We had a not so great experience at this Carl’s Jr.
First of all, this is just my order so far, I ordered a cheeseburger. After a fairly long wait, I received a hamburger. I sent it back and waited about 7 minutes, and 6 of those minutes were it sitting at the counter. I also ordered an Oreo malt, and unsurprisingly they gave me a shake without malt mix, not a big surprise as how they messed up the cheeseburger. I also waited over 10 minutes for it, and at first it didn’t have whipped cream, which is pretty stupid as almost every time other Carl’s Jr. will put that on. Don’t even get me started with the rest of the orders, they messed up almost all of them. There was 6 of us.
Overall is was a terrible experience, only go here if you’re about to starve to death.

Teller was okay. Honored coupon for my order but when I ordered a breakfast burger alone did not asks if I wanted to make it a combo. They usually always try to up sell. Would have expected them to since thatbine is on special for $ 5.00. There were two cars in the drive thru. Order came out hot. Service overall was good. Dinning area could use a little tlc.

Staff was pleasant. Food was hot. Dinning area was clean. Playing christmas music in dinning area, a little loud for conversation.

If I could leave this place with zero stars I would, the employees here are rude and disrespectful. I watched a female employee mock an elderly man today @ 1:30 9÷16÷15 as this poor man was stuttering and trying to order, the rude chick Alicia who was pushing was taking the order was laughing at him.

Last night 6÷25÷2015
I went to Carl’s Jr. to have dinner the assistant manager start walking around the store cleaning it, and picked up the carpet rolled it up and place it on the side of the soda machine. She then start wiping down the soda machine moving the stuff around putting things in their place. without washing her hands she start picking up people’s food and bringing it to their table!
At this point I asked her why she did not wash her. Hands it was like no big deal .
All she said to me was I I am sorry
They seem to be no big deal she continue doing her job throughout the store and still did not wash her hands I found it pretty gross.

4 stars for service. 0 stars for food.
Came here for lunch around 3pm (odd hour, I know, so I’m assuming the fries had been done and sitting out since their noon lunch rush). The fries were barely edible. Completely stale and cool. The chicken sandwich had a huge mound of iceberg lettuce stuck in it and the bun was squashed and soggy. When you go through a drive-​thru and spend nearly $ 9 for a meal, you at least expect it to be hot and tasty.
I’m done with this Carl’s location. Too many bad experiences with poor food quality. It’s a shame, because the ladies working here are always so sweet.

I don’t eat fast food often but have come here twice in the last six months. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. Only hot, tasty item I had was the fried zucchini.
Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns, no egg. Hash browns were cold and I ate them right away. Got home, biscuit had no sausage or egg! Super disappointed. Ate the cheese biscuit anyways, the biscuits are tasty.
Ordered a famous star and zucchini for lunch. Zucchini was fresh out of the grease, yay! Bun on the burger was dry, the meat was dry and there was minimal sauce though I even added mustard. The whole thing was pretty cold and flavorless. Very disappointed.
Not a huge fan of Carl’s to begin with, won’t be going here out of convenience any longer.

This is one of the better Carls Jr with a Green Burrito to boot! It has a great fresh décor with a lot of retro posters of Carls before my time. Very clean, good food and great staff. I particularly enjoyed the old menu showing Carls had hot dogs, tacos, and even jumbo shrimp back in the day!

Always super nice! Customer service is the best. 4 stars bc the last couple times I have come here at night for a malt they are out of malt powder, no Bueno! the SNICKERDOODLE ICE CREAM SANDWICH IS THE BOMB!!! :)

So happy there is a Green Burrito so close to my house. I could take or leave Carls Jr food but have had zero bad experiences at this location which I probably visit once every other week for years. Bean and cheese burritos are better than Taco Bell and beef tacos are so good– and I usually am not a ground beef fan. Make sure you get the beef taco and not the crispy taco which is close to Jack in the Box tacos (unless that’s what you want!)

Literally the worst carl’s jr I have ever been to. They got my friend’s order WRONG, and forgot to give him his drink so we had to go back for it. I ordered chicken taquitos and the guacamole was NON-​existent. wtf. plus when we went back for the drink, the «restaurant» portion was already closed even thought it was ten minutes before they were supposed to close. definitely never going back to this one.

Worst Carl’s Jr I have ever been to. My wife usually goes there and over 50% of the time they do not fulfill the order correctly. We either are missing a burger or it is made wrong .Also the hamburgers are put together very sloppily.
We both agree that the order taker is usually very persistent about upsizing our meal even though we will purposely say small when we order it. There have been times where I have said small and I will see on the screen that she punched medium or large anyways without permission and I will correct her and she’ll sound as if I am hassling her.
I live between this Carl’s and the one on Imperial and State College and from now on I will be no longer going to this god awful store.

Its Carls–
this location is the only fast food within a few blocks– I know that statement is ridiculous, but in this area of Fullerton– I don’t feel like there is a lot of selection. I didn’t eat here, but instead I bought my kids lunch to take to their school– thats the cool thing to get while you are a kid at school– lunch from Carls– It was hot and convenient.

This is the Carl’s right by my house, so I’m here fairly frequently. I rarely eat inside, but the one time I did, the employees were nice enough to bring the food to my table when the order was ready. I’ve never had a problem with the drive-​thru, and would like to give a shoutout to the employee that said he liked my Sex Pistols t-​shirt and then proceeded to show me his related tattoo. :) On the rare occasion that I order something off the Green Burrito menu, I like the southwest chicken soft taco. Their Santa Fe sauce is pretty tasty.
