I came today to get 1400 $ but got 1361 they thought 1 $ was 50 $ so I got 49 $ less. I believe today they will have 49 $ extra. And that would be mine. I hope they will give me back my money.

Love the convenience. I walked in at 5:59pm but they were still friendly (they always are, it’s great.) and I proceeded to use their self serve machines. I also appreciate their flavored water.

I COME HERE FOR WARREN SOY!!!
Warren started out as a teller or personal banker at the branch here in Orange off of Tustin, and was always extremely helpful and a delight to work with. He was probably the only person I’ve met as a client at a banking institution that inspired me to write a letter on his behalf (without asking for one) to management, explaining my positive day-​to-​day interactions with him.
Well, how surprised was I when I walked into this branch after a long day’s work in order to deposit a check, and who else is there, but Warren Soy?! Needless to say, the service, positive attitude and customer-​comes-​first attitude has NOT changed… he’s still got it and it shines! What’s more, is that it seems like it was contagious, as everyone at this branch was friendly and smiling, and that says a lot.
Thanks always for the wonderful service, Warren!

Janet and Thao are as friendly as can be. Very polite, and made sure they helped me the best way possible. Also called me personally to update me about my account. Never got that with any other bank. Also had the best tasting strawberry water hahahaha highly recommend them. Thanks Janet again!

Not a single associate here that isn’t friendly. Can’t emphasize enough how sincerely cared for and comfortable they made me feel as a customer. I even mentioned their quality service to a friend who visited this location as well and they couldn’t agree more. Even if I didn’t live upstairs, I’d probably still go to this location :) plus they have yummy detox/​fruit water and lollipops!
