La pizza buena la cashier nice pero cuando se terminaban las pizzas se tardaban mucho que fueran más atentos en eso estaría perfecto para ir con tu familia

Easy to find a table on a Sunday night, but there were no napkins or cheese at any of the tables. I also ordered a pizza and a sampler that I did not receive until an hour or more later. The pizza and sampler finally arrived and it was really cold. Not buying food here anymore. Long wait for cold food.

No tables to sit at and when I sat at a reserved table and confronted that I wasn’t allowed to sit there, I told them that there wasn’t anymore empty booths then they decided to have somebody clean up. We got here and ordered at 5:53pm it is now 6:53pm Still no pizza. Mind u that all we ordered was 1 medium. Needless to say I’m the manager right now and getting my money back I’m never coming here again

I have to give it up for this place. A kid can get alot of entertainment and excersize for a reasonable price. Food pass.

This is the place for all ages kids even parents too. It is cheap and affordable so my kids could spend hours to play and have some pizza which are not bad but there are unclean spaces and some games too old with noisy loud sound due to low technology or old ages. Anyway, it is alright to be here with kids and families.

If you come here it is really only about the kids and the games. Service is always understaff, never enough cashier or order takers. The line is usually not that bad, but today there is a line out the stamping area and only one person taking orders. One person at the ticket station. It’s nice to see that management and ownership sitting at home and enjoying there weekend. Horrible service and stressed out staff.

This chuck e. cheese use to be fun and took a turn for the worse. I’ve been coming to this chuck e. cheese since I was seven and now I am 26 and come here for my nephews. But the service turned horrible, either not enough employees working or employees that gossip way too much. Had to wait in line with other customers that looked annoyed for waiting for so long. I only got a beer, which as I am writing this I am waiting for the manager to come and pour it because the cashier person is not allowed too and yet it’s been over 10 min and still waiting completely horrible service.

Idk what’s going on with CEC but back in the day when I worked there (way back) there was fluffy GOOD pizza, now there is thin ass pizza, cheap ass cheese that makes u sick and chucky is freakn anorexic on a diet looks all sucked up. Please whoever decided to change the marketing on this. switch it back. nobody smiles people are so sad working there. I guess times have changed. :(wldnt eat pizza there again although I said I never would n still did today. but seriously not again. the games are the only thing they got going.

I don’t know how this place hasn’t closed down. I chose this chuck e cheese because I went here but what ever chuck e cheese you go to it’s the same.
Staff was friendly that was nice. Food took forever. Pizza was nasty and French fries had a bad taste. I could of gone some where else to eat with what I waisted there. I knew it was like this but it was my sons birthday so he’s choice. Kids just like going there to play not to see chuck e cheese he came out and no one cared.

As all Chuck E Cheese’s the games are a decent price. I’ve never had any issues with games eating my tokens or not getting tickets.

This location is one of the better Chuck E Cheese“s. We were there for a birthday party. I saw the hostess many times making sure everything was ok. The food was blah like at all CEC. You might want to pick up a sandwich at the near by Lee’s if you’re’re really hungry. There were plenty of games and rides to make the kids happy. My only complaint were that the bathroom toilets needed a good cleaning. Other than that, a good location to wear your kids out!

We just spent two hours here as we waited for a flight from LAX. This location is clean and well maintained. I was impressed by the amount of space between games. Kids had enough space to wander and be independent without me having to worry about them.
Nanette at the front counter was very courteous and seemed to enjoy helping her customers get the best value for the money. If we were in the area we would come back to this location.

There wasn’t a lot of games to play despite this being a relatively spacious place. The games they do have grew tedious. What always stands out at this place is the pizza which was absolute delicious. It has a distinguishable aroma and taste. I personally believe its the cheese that they use. The service was above average nothing wrong whatsoever. My only concern is the lack of games to play. They do have the main games but I no longer see the arcade games (such as TMNT) from my childhood. Ah wells… still a nice place because of the pizza.

Haven’t been in a Chuck E Cheeses in a long time.
We weren’t planing on coming here either. We were buying shoes at WSS next door and on the way to the shoe store my son saw the Chuck E Cheese’s sign on top of the building and said «I want to go to the mouse» that phrase was repeated and repeated and repeated until we told him, okay we’ll go to the mouse. Lol.
I still like how they stamp your hads with a number corresponding to your childs and they check it going out. False sense of security, yes. Like a 100 lb teenager is really going to stop someone who really has bad intensions towards a kid. So even though they have a system, ALWAYS WATCH YOUR CHILD. Put down your cell phone and stop looking at your Unilocal app, watch your kid, oh that was me lol.
I digress.
The second we got in, my son was happy. He couldn’t wait to go to each machine and play with it.
They offer a bunch of packages for food, drinks and tokens. We chose the $ 19.99. You get a pizza, two drinks and 20 tokens. For the pizza we got half Meat lovers and have vegetable pizza. Definitely go with the Meat lovers lol.
The pizza took about 10 minutes and surprisingly they were good.
They also offer a salad bar and I like that they clean and sprouse it up periodically making it look appetizing. I’m going that route next time.
The place itself was very big and it had a lot of games and rides for all ages.
20 tokens was enough for my boy and that lasted an hour. Not too bad.
Chuck E did make an appearance, but it scared my son, LOL. Maybe next time Chuck E.
Tip: toy redemption, keep in mind, If you don’t have enough tickets, just pay for the difference. It’s a penny per point. It’s probably cheaper to pay for the toy than to pay for tokens.
My son had a blast here and I’m sure we’ll be back!

This was my first experience going to this establishment and what a disappointment. If I could give it a 0, I would.
First, we waited 25 minutes for two hotdogs and fries. I couldn’t understand it as it was not very busy. I ordered a salad so my food was ready but the salad bar did not look fresh and the dressings were clearly old. Rxh blue cheese was clearly watered down and old tasting.
When I went back to the counter to where I ordered good, I noticed someone filling cotton candy bags and then throwing them on the dirty kitchen floor for someone to pick up and organize. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, but after tasting the food, I could.
I will never return to this place with my four children again. Whoever is managing it should be fired (or perhaps forced to eat the food).

What a joke… 30 minutes for cold nasty tasting french fries, And some warm bread sticks. It looks like they have not cleaned the floor in 2 days I saw I crew member wearing a black shirt Yelling at another crew member from across the arcade area to go tell a kid to get off of something that was only ten feet in front of him. I guess black shirts only give orders. I them see 2 men in dress shirts talking to each other never smiling AND NEVER EVER TALKING TO GUEST. I WALKED BY THEM TWICE ON PURPOSE. I went to the restroom to wash up before eating my cold fries only to see paper towels all over the floor and in the handicap stall soiled toilet paper stuck all over the stall walls. And once again the 2 head mgrs in dress shirts stood there ignoring EVERYTHING AND EVERONE. ILL NEVER COME BACK. this pic was taken 30 min after I told the mgr about the dirty bathroom.

I’ve come here on two occasions with my boyfriend’s family simply because his kid brother LOVES this place. In the eyes of a child — arcade games, tickets, and pizza are simply a delight!
This place isn’t too big (but probably not when you’re shorter than 4 feet). You can get deals online and I recommend the wings! I don’t normally like buffalo wings — but they are pretty delicious here. Also, for healthy eaters — there’s a salad bar too, and I’m sure you can get more servings.
The games here are decent. The ones I usually play the most are the Deal or No Deal (that thing is addicting!), Basketball hoops, DDR, and also the jungle arcade game (this is a cute game where they rate you and your partner’s compatibility as lovers).
I’ve run in to some small problems such as some of the game machines are broken. I’ve had my tickets being eaten up a couple of times. Pretty lame, but oh wells.
This place is decent but not that great. But of course — how can you resist a child’s smile when he says, «I want to see Chuck E Cheese. Pretty pretty please, with a cherry on top?» :D

DIRTY! My kids ended up getting sick!
The bathrooms were disgusting! They should have a bathroom attendant and a attendant constantly wiping down the game area with disinfectant! The manager Nanette needs to get with it and do something besides sit behind the counter !
