Monica is really sweet and helpful. We didn’t know what to expect when we came in to adjust my grandpas hearing aid. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it. And she was patient as we translated for my Grandpa since he doesn’t speak English. It cost $ 55 for an adjustment. This is a really good price in my opinion since a new hearing aid would cost over $ 1000. I will definitely come back here for my families hearing aid needs.

I’ve been here 4 or 5 times over the course of two years, and I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received. Kerry, the receptionist, is cordial & efficient, and Monica, the audiologist, is both skilled and personable. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone experiencing hearing difficulties or having issues with their hearing aids.

I had put off having my hearing checked for a few years (which was driving my husband crazy!) but finally admitted I absolutely needed to have it done. I was amazed at the technology that is available today, and with Bill’s calm explanation of what was going on with my hearing and how a hearing aid would help me mediate all the issues I was having, I walked away with complete confidence that this was the right decision. After picking up my device last week, I have worn it daily and I don’t even notice it’s there (nor does anyone else!) I appreciate the friendly, professional service, the attention to detail, the patience and explanations from everyone here. I highly recommend Fullerton Hearing Center.

Brea, CA
Bill Schenk, Monica Fernandez, and Teri McDonald provide excellent service. They have state-​of-​the Art auditory equipment. The products they offer are Top Notch and Best In Class. I’m always impressed when I go in to pick up batteries or domes, they always have what I need. When I’ve had any real issues like repairs they’ve always handled them quickly.
I would recommend Fullerton Hearing Center to anyone who thinks that they might have hearing issues.
