Jack In The Box

If I could give this place 0 I would. I ordered #11 the sourdough bacon grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was undercooked and still pink.
Never coming back. This is something that should be brought to the attention of corporate cause that’s a health hazard if they’re serving undercooked chicken.

I came here for my lunch I ordered a Sourdough bacon ranch they gave me bread not sourdough round like the shown then the bread wasn’t even toasted so I took it back and I asked her if that was the sourdough ranch bacon she told me yes
I said it doesn’t even look like the sourdough that you have advertising in the window so the manager came up with smile and went back to the girl cook and told her just toast it the bread and gave me back the same bread just toasted wow.. and OMG they must water down the ranch dressing. and there was also another customer the went bac in Jack in the box cause they got her order rong

Wow. Jacks never disappoints, so this was a first. The lady on the intercom was either messing with me or had the volume too low. I repeated/​yelled «BARQS ROOT BEER» 5 times. I even spelled it for her. I think i was a joke for her. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a $ 6 munchie meal. The sandwich was so dry and the chicken was sad. Thin and little crunch. I remember the sandwich being better so it might just be this location. Came by around 10pm on 9÷29÷15 (Tuesday). Worse part is my munchie meal sandwich had an extremely long hair woven into the bottom of the bun. It was like digging out an ingrown hair thats nearly a foot long. This was an awful experience. The two stars are for good tacos and i did get a Barq’s root beer in the end. Heres a pict of the hair:

My experience was ok. I was hungry and this was one of the only places that I could eat quick. I got a chicken sandwich and big cheeseburger. The clientele around the Box was iffy. The guy at the front counter was super nice. The food was ok, no mustard on my burger and the bun on my chicken sandwich was toasted way too much to where I picked off the hard black part. Basically its Jack In The Box, if I have to, I’ll eat there again.

I am happy to share that I have received mostly fantastic, polite and friendly at this restaurant over the years.
The service has always been polite and friendly. I always have special orders. (Seriously, I have never ordered anything from their menu which I don’t significantly alter.) The speed is usually excellent, however, like ALL fast food restaurants, they get challenges by drive thru orders for huge orders which bog them down. I cannot fault the staff for able-​bodied customers who order 90+ tacos from the drive thru.
My review is based-​on scores of visits to this restaurant. This is one of the few fast food restaurants which has a team I feel guilty for not tipping when I depart.
I am dumbfounded at some of the other reviews I read. They make me feel as if they are reporting on a different restaurant, or, they work for a nearby competitor. Alas, we all have different opinions and experiences. I am thankful that mine have been very positive!

This place sucks always ruin my order when I go to the drive thru also there has been times where I’m missing items only to find that out when I get home managers are so rude and employees have crappy attitude and poor ass customer service

Sucks this time. Curly fries cold and my burger bun is burnt. Hamburger is dry and old.

Extremely rude and shit for brain workers dont even speak english an the Place is disgusting cuz it smells bad only cuz they let smelly homeless people sit in the dining room an loiter an the smell made me lose my appetite so i told them to cancel the order an i just left. Gonna try the location on la palma next time!

I usually go to this location in the dark, early morning hours for my Breakfast Jack. I have always loved these… ham, egg… just good and inexpensive. Sometimes I get the combo with hash browns and coffee.
I also love the onion rings and Bonus Jack.

I usually eat Jack in the box off and on but the jack in the box at this location to me sucks, every time i go in here i get bad quality food & poor service from staff. Most of the time i order what i want and when i get home its not the right food or the food taste under cooked. when i dine in the employees are rude and they get irritated when you bring a coupon with your order which makes me not want to eat in this one. I DO NOT go to this Jack In The Box anymore but i sure do recommend the one on Magnolia & La Palma, that Jack is way better and the staff is very respectful.

Seems the quality has been going downhill. On our last visit we had a coupon for a free Monster Taco with our order. I assume they are trying to promote this item but you would certainly never purchase one after seeing and trying to eat it. It was completely flat and grease soaked. I tried a couple bites and only got wet lettuce. I pried it open and there was almost nothing inside. There was a thin film of what looked liked pureed refried beans but when I tasted it with my finger it didn’t taste like beans or meat or anything else.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve always gone thru the drive-​thru. All of my orders were correct except for this one time when the girl forgot my medium curly fries. I went back, told her, and she gave me a large :) Friendly service and open 24 hours Fridays &Saturdays, until midnight Sun-​Thurs.

This place always takes a long time for your order, even if it’s just a simple plain chicken sandwich. Not to mention this location isn’t even 24 hours. It closes early.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Everytime I have gone (only go back because they are right by my office) they mess up the order, then say «Oh I undercharged you you still owe $$» drive thru today girl did the same thing to me, messed up, I said this isn’t my order, then she said I owed more $$ & I said no, just cancel the order, then brought me my correct order, or so I thought, I am back at my office now… order is STILL WRONG! girl doesnt speak english either… do not expect much from here

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! — Went to get two drinks, one car in front of me, but he ordered 46 Tacos (92 total tacos), 6 Jumbo Jacks, 8 shakes, 1 curly fry, and a few other items (I asked the Manager what the order was.).
I waited over 20 minutes… and, cars were honking, leaving the line, and at no time did anyone from JIB have the car go park elsewhere to bring the order to them, thus freeing up the line. Unbelievable amount of time to wait. I couldn’t leave as I was boxed in. When I got to the window, Asst Manager stated that JIB policy does not allow a car to be «parked» to bring food to them on a big order. And, they can not have the person go into the store from the drive-​thru.
Wow. Just terrible, terrible, service, and policy. Avoid this location, and other JIB, if you can.

7 out of 10 your order will be incorrect here! I lived 1 block from this store for 2 years and i would drive to the JACK IN THE BOX located 1.5m away before i came here. Nice people but not capable to take orders correctly.

ALL Jack In The Box are pretty much self explanatory and all the same. for the most part. Cheap food for all the drunkards after a late night of partying. THE END. Simple right?
Food is mediocre, but I guess when you’re plastered everything tastes the same. This location is seriously bipolar though. Sometimes service and food can be above and beyond A+ and other times its like «WTF am I wasting my time at $ 2 here?!»
All in all I’ll make this one easy for you guys. All Jack in the Box are the same. Cheap late night food for a guilty morning.

Somedays your service is crapola, sometimes it’s GLITTERING! Some days your order is right, some days it’s horribly horribly wrong.
Today I was there twice, due to my Sonic adventure (see below). The first time, totally wrong order and the girl at the counter was two steps short of the flooded basement. Tonight, the drive thru girl was so nice, made sure I could get a shake before she rang it up, and my order was PERFECT.
It’s so split down the middle it has to get 3 stars.
