LMAO! this place is a joke. DONT EVER COME HERE! funny story that happened though. went through drive thru, ordered 2 hamburgers with extra pickles. drove home already & I always check my burger to see if they added extra pickles and they did NOT! and what was ridiculous is someone took a bite out of my pattie! lmao. reallly? feed your employees yo! Waste my time, I was starving :(

Happy Mother’s Day to me! Went to get a quick bite to start the day and I bit into my egg and sausage mcmuffin and there was a chunk of an egg shell! Gross! I will not be eating at this McDonald’s again! Yuck!

This McDonald’s gets five stars for the cool retro design.
It may not be as authentic as the one it Downey, it is a worthy feel taking me back to when I was a kid and all McDonald’s I knew of had the Golden Arches with red & white tiles.
Great inside too!
Located on Brookhurst & Orangethorpe in Fullerton, it’s a great location right off the 91 freeway.

If I could zero star I would! Just spent 40 minutes in the drive through only to get home to a Big Mac that’s cold and a filet o fish that was hard. I’ve never heard so many people honk horns at a drive-​thru, and you want $ 15 an hour, slap yourself.

This place got to have main office come down and change management or do something about it. because they are having hard to order and services suck like a hell…

I don’t usually post reviews on fast food places but my experience at this place changed my mind.
I came here at night and ordered a chicken and ranch wrap. Well the chicken was spoiled and the cucumbers tasted horribly. I could taste and smell that the veggies were not fresh.
Overall, just order a drink or a mcflurry from this location.

This place has the worse service. Don’t ever go in the drive thru. The drive through takes forever and when you get to the window check your bags cause most of the time they forget something. Today their credit card machine went down.

Incompetency at it finest. At window and still doesnt get it what the fudgerino. Come on i thought it was the headset but upon pulling up to the window it was clear it was the person… she was talking about canadian ham… turkey bowls i said turkey sausage on my egg mcmuffin. Everytime id talk she would interupt with a resolution that wasnt what i wanted. I tried. i didnt even get mad… Mcdonalds smh. two stars due to the other times that were enjoyable…

It’s McDonald’s. Nothing special to report.
The order takers in the drive thru never hear the order correctly the first time. I constantly have to repeat myself. But the food is what you’d expect.
We like this one because there is an indoor playplace for young children. The restrooms are clean. The dining room is well maintained. The soft drink and iced tea dispenser are available for refills.

Dropped by this location for some coffee because it was convenient and on the way to my destination.
Here’s what liked…
* Newer uniquely designed facility.
* It’s good there’s a security guard present.
Here’s what I didn’t like…
* Feels dingy and dirty.
* A lot of homeless folks hanging around.
* Small parking lot shared with a Walgreens.
* Getting out of this parking lot during rush hour is horrible!!! It’s a highly congested intersection at peak hours. This is one location I’m sure to avoid in the future.
* It’s bad because there’s a need to have a security guard present.

I can always count on a great cup of coffee at mickey d’s. Not unlike all the donut shops throughout So. Cal. that serve coffee that is so bad! Ah, but for a dollar (B&B Donuts) more you can have an extra shot added, they tell you ($ 2.80 for a cup compared to McDonald’s $ 1.99)!
I want to commend McDonald’s for bringing back los deliciosos deep fried hot apple pies! Since 1992 I’ve had to drive south to Rosarito Bch. Mexico, (Because some health food nuts started attacking restaurants for unhealthy food, try cooking/​eating at home assholes.) just to please my cravings. Thank you McDonald’s!

Negative stars… Worst service ever, make sure to check your bags for your order. They always skip out on making sure your food is properly made.

I only come here for the smoothies, frape and ice cream sundaes. Everything else just makes me want to throw up. All that processed food. Anyways, their service at night is pretty slow.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Kyle the guy at the drive thru couldn’t be anymore rude! He is the worse! I drove up to the order menu and he says, «what do you want» OMG!!! Really??? What do I want? Isn’t it supposed to be, Hi Welcome to McDonalds how may I help you? I guess this place does not enforce that on their employees because Kyle was rude and mean. I couldn’t believe how bad we were treated. I just wanted to but my kids a meal and I got greeted like this.

I decided to stop in here with my 4 kids as we were headed to the Buena Park Mall. Was pleasantly surprised by the patience Josielynn had while i placed my order. She was very accommodating in letting us choose the toys in the happy meals.
The restaurant was clean, the play place was clean and I was happy not to see any little thugster children playing in the play place as you usually find in non-​white areas.
Our entire order was correct (no onions on anything) and it came out fast and hot. I don’t care what anyone says, I know McDonald’s food isn’t healthy but it’s a real treat to bring my kids here twice per month and God damnit I love me a mcdouble from time to time!

Exterior designed in throwback style. Inside is a bit of the wild west, but isn’t every location?
Service is rather uninspired and the atmosphere behind the counter looks somewhat chaotic, but they get it done.
If you have a ton of kids, bring them here and set them free. Large, sort-​of gross play area is the third or fourth best thing to a park. While you’re at it, stop at Walgreens for the full experience.

Worst drive thru service i’ve ever experienced. Came here around 1am to get food. When i pulled up to the window, i was not greeted at all. The guy working there seemed like he could care less about his job. When the food is finally done, he shoves me the bag of food and slams the drive thru window. Not coming here again.

Not very impressed with this place. To start with they were mopping the floor with very soapy water at a busy time of the morning. The floor probably looked better before they started. I also noticed that the woman mopping had used the same mop in the bathrooms just prior to the dining area. I ordered my food to go. I was not given my drink cup until my order was ready and there was no sweet tea at the drink station. There was unsweetened tea with no sweeteners so I just got a Coke. I get out to the truck and start eating my McGriddle and the pancake buns were not even sweetened with the syrup as they are at every McDonalds I have ever been too. Will not stop at this one again. I will pass it by and go to one down the street.

Most disgusting McDonalds ever!!! This place is always filthy. The customer service sucks. They always run out of food or condiments. The fountain area is just gross. The employees are slow and have absolutely no customer service skills. I went through the drive thru yesterday morning and the Manager just shoves the food through the drive thru window without even saying anything and just turned around. I was assuming since she didnt say anything like «here you go» or even «thank you» that there was still another bag. I had to ask her if that was all of my order and she just stared out the window and said «ya» all sarcastic. Well she didnt say anything so I was confused. I will never go here again it just looks unsanitary.

If you feel like getting stabbed and sexually assaulted in the bathroom, this is the McDonald’s to be at!
Bathrooms look like something straight out of the candyman movie.
But killer fries, and a large play area for kids to run around and step on a heroine needle :)
