Malden Station

Beautiful complex! Olivia was amazing with giving us a tour of 4 different models. We toured the studio, 1,2 and 3 bedroom models. I fell in love with how spacious the bedrooms and closets were. The bathrooms are also very big and they come with built in side shelves. All bathrooms have a tub. The kitchen comes with all state of the art whirlpool appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer) and beautiful white cabinets. The kitchen and living room area all come with hardwood floors but the bedrooms come with a soft white carpet. Each unit also comes with a patio area that faces the pool area or downtown Fullerton. Another plus was the units aren’t extremely close to one another so you don’t have to worry about hearing your neighbors door opening and closing or someone knocking on a neighbors door and waking you up. This facility is located right next to the railroad tracks but you wouldn’t ever know unless you look out your window due to the sound remaining outside. Another plus was that this complex has its own ⁵⁄₆ story parking structure with each level assigned for each floor so you’ll never have to worry about not finding a parking spot on your own floor. Definitely recommended taking a visit to this complex and submitting an application! The units are brand new and going fast!

Beautiful building with views across Fullerton and beyond, a great pool, full gym with the latest fitness equipment, and on top of all that, located in one of Orange County’s truly authentic downtowns. Walking distance to the Fullerton Metrolink train station, restaurants, bars and entertainment.

At first when we were interested in the apartment the staff at Malden were very responsive to our emails. The place seemed very promising as it is brand new and in a great location. After we applied online though there were no communications. It has been 11 days since we applied and 5 days before our expected move in date and still no updates, nor have we been told if we were approved. We sent multiple email inquiries and left multiple voicemails and neither the community manager nor the assistant manager has responded.
Additionally, neither of these individuals seemed to ever be on site as every time we call we are told they they are not in. I can’t imagine what it must be like once residences move in if management is this unresponsive from the beginning. I understand that this is a new community but I still expect a little more professionalism.
