Pizza Hut

Their pizza was amazing here. I ordered the pizza online expecting for the delivery time to be long, but instead it was very quick. The delivery guy was nice and friendly. I’m definitely ordering from here again. Keep up the hard work!

New in town, was expecting slow delivery since we ordered online, surprised to say that they were fast. Ordered a sec time and and still happy.

This Pizza Hut screws up my order every time. Pizza is always cold and an hour later Won’t be ordering from here anymore. I’ll stick to Larrys pizza

This place gets NO STARS! Horrible service! Never go there! They charge your account And never show up! The manager is rude and talks back. The customer is never right. They purposely refused to answer the phone after they know they messed up and i asked for a manager. Never ever ever getting pizza from this place. It’s a fucken joke! When i called back to complain that we didn’t get our pizza that girl on the phone refused to answer and talked back. So pissed off at this place. They hired horrible employees.

I always order from this location but they are so useless and unhelpful. I order online and when they offer discounts and they don’t come up I called. It’s like talking to a brick, no help what so ever. We have nothing to do with online is all they could say– say what? It’s your company you don’t know your online specials? Makes me think I should us e a mom and pop place so ungrateful for the business and so rude!

Haven’t had this in awhile so we decided to buy some cheaper pizza because we had friends over. Pizza was gross and tasted like it belonged in the freezer section at Alberstons. There is a reason why it’s cheaper to go here than your local pizza parlor. Crust is obviously pre-​made and cheese and all the toppings are straight out of a bag. I seriously could have made a better pizza with a pre-​made crust from the store. Food came fast but seriously Fast service = crappy pizza. I wouldn’t mind waiting a little longer for some better quality pizza. I felt like apologizing to my friends for serving them crappy generic pizza. I don’t even think this pizza is good enough to serve at a kids birthday party but would be okay to give away to strangers or the homeless. Pizza Hut, Do everyone a favor and get some fresh ingredients and maybe take a little longer preparing it. This isn’t the 80’s. I don’t need my pizza in 30 minutes or less.

I will never order from here again. I placed my order over the online, and then waited the time. The window I was given passed, and the food had not arrived. Finally, twenty minutes later, we call Pizza Hut. Apparently the delivery man told then he came to our door, but we didn’t answer. He also said he called our phone and that we cancelled the order. None of that is true. I was less than four feet from the door the whole time, and I was even closer to my phone. There was no knock nor ring.
Order from here at your own risk as whether or not you actually get your food seems to be up to the discretion of the delivery man.

Awesome service every delivery guy I’ve had pleasure of meeting have been so nice and professional this is the only Pizza Hut I come to and order from from keep up the good work :)

Good pizza. Good customer service. They apparently had a problem with their oven and it took them 80 mins to deliver my pizza. But Adrian the manager apologized and gave me a credit. Top marks for customer service.

Probably my worst Pizza Hut experience. It was like they decided to put extra cheese on the pizza instead of sauce. Besides the poor quality of pizza, the ordering and wait time were acceptable.

This location always seems to slip my mind. I ordered online, my pizza was made quickly, it was a bit pricey ($ 13 for a pizza), but it was nonetheless very tasty. I must say that pizza hut has become my favorite spot for pizza.

Pizza was burnt to a crisp… got a thin crust pizza. Pretty much tasting like a cracker… didnt even eat half the pizza. Great job pizza man … I specifically called in twice to ask for crushed peppers and they didnt even bring a single packet… delivery guy was cool, offered to drive back for the peppers. I told him its ok but I will not be bringing my business to this specific branch.

Beware they take imprint of all your credit card numbers for delivery. If you refuse to give the numbers they take your order back. Never had this experience with any pizza delivery.

Ok, so about a month ago a gave this place a negative review due to their horrible customer service but I gave it another chance today and seems as if someone put some customer service rules into place finally! «Josh» the person who took my order over the phone was pleasantly patient and had a great attitude… Pizza Hut needs to hire more people like him.

Worst place to go pick up or order anything. My dad was so mad because how long they took. The girl giving the orders threw the order at me. Next time learn some fucking manners I work at a food place as well it’s your job to satisfy the customer stupid girl.

I haven’t been there in awhile. but we always pick up the pizza whenever we order because delivery can take forever… Even when we order in front it will take them a while to get the pizza… i guess it gets really busy during dinner time. also we only order pizza from pizza hut when we have a coupon — i think the latest one was any size, any topping for $ 10. We always get a large meat lover (which has sausage, ham, pepperoni, & other meats haha) Pretty good taste — the crust is kinda thick though… decent pizza.

They really need to get their act together.

Poor service. If you plan on getting carry out, you typically wait in front for a few minutes before someone helps you. If you call to order pizza, you sometimes have to call numerous times before someone answers the phone.
