Starbucks

I went to this starbucks location since my high school years so its been about 8years. Recently, i had my worst experience at this starbucks with the worker name, Kris. When i placed an order for frappucino, the cashier didnt ask me about the whip cream and i totally forgot too. I was standing near the pick up area, waiting for my drink, i saw kris putting whip cream on mine. So very sincerely, i asked him if he can remove the whip cream and i told him that i totally forgot to tell the cashier and i am very sorry. THEN, he was giving all these attitudes. He threw away the whip cream with this stainless spoon by making all the loud sounds as possible (like he was hitting sink with the spoon and throwing things to the trashcan). And he just placed my drink on the counter without saying anything but just looking into my eyes straight for about 5 seconds. I was humiliated and feel terrified thinking if he will hit me or something lol. my friend was standing next to me and she wanted to take video of how he does. We should have done it. Sigh. Anyways, the taste of drink was decent (that is why i am giving 2 stars instead of 1) but experience here was the worst. I know it might have been disturbing to ask to remove the whip cream but was this kind of attitude neccessary? I dont know about that.

For Starbucks fans, this is a great location. There is plenty of inside and outside seating. The baristas there are really courteous and have always made my drink perfectly. Usually other locations make iced coffee that’s too sweet or not enough half and half, but this one always makes it perfect (for my taste anyway). Unfortunately, this location doesn’t have a drive thru, but since I’m usually in the shopping center to walk around Barnes and Noble, it doesn’t really matter.

I only came in quickly to grab some coffee to-​go. The cashier girl was friendly and fast. Our exchange only took seconds. She poured my coffee and I was on my way. The coffee was hot! Just how I like it!
The store, in my few seconds there, seemed pretty clean.
Parking can be a hassle and when you are stopping in for a quick cup of coffee, it can be pretty frustrating.
Unfortunately, no drive thru.
A good solid Starbucks to get your caffeine fix.

Decent Starbucks that gets a lot of traffic on the weekends. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating space. More outdoor patio/​seating space than usual. No drive through. Drinks were solid and consistent. Watch out, you might see people riding horses.

This place is great!
My favorite starbucks so far. Every time I have stepped in before work or on my lunch, they have been very attentive, caring, helpful. and they always deliver their drinks in a timely manner.
This is def being called «My starbucks.»

The staff are so nice. Tonight, I went in and ordered a Zebra Hot Chocolate (my normal night drink lol). The cashier recommended I try it with the peppermint since I usually get the peppermint mocha in the mornings. First off, I couldn’t believe she remembered that; that’s just awesome since they see hundreds of people a day. Second, that Peppermint Zebra Hot Chocolate was so awesome!!! Definitely my new night drink. I wish I remembered the girl’s name because she was amazing. I will definitely let her know next time. Thank you Starbucks!

My Favorite Starbucks spot it’s across the movie theater and crepes place. Take advantage of mobile app for faster service.

Never left a review before but I had to leave this. This lady who was working on 11÷17÷15 around 9:30pm, was extremely rude. She was also working another day before and I remember she was rude on that day too, but today she was worse. I am also a server at a restaurant so I know how you hate working but how about trying not to express that feeling or anger to the customers? I cross my finger not to see her when I visit this place next time.

Yes sometimes the drinks are inconsistent and yes sometimes I encounter baristas who are having off days — but they’re human! Everyone there always starts my day off great. Specific shout out to Colleen and Carol, they have been greeting me and my mom by our names for easily 5 years or more. They often remember what’s been going on in our lives, remember our orders, just really go that extra mile. One time I ran into Carol at Nordstroms and she came over to say hey too. These two are just absolutely amazing as people, baristas, and friends.

Always gets my drinks tasting different. My face location is inside Amerige target. They make the best drinks imo

I love this Starbucks!!! Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve never had to wait too long for a coffee. Coleen is the sweetest person, whether it be 5 am or later in the evening. She remembers everyone’s name and their drink order. Dani is also a sweetheart. There’s nothing more comforting than feeling like your barista is your friend! :) the only thing is parking is a bummer if your in a hurry.

Overall its fine. But the service there is terrible. Id rather recommend the one in barnes and noble.

Servers are friendly. This location can be busy. Parking isn’t the best, but it’s a short walk because of the expansive lot. Ample outlets. Bring a sweater if you are going to be inside for a while.

I go here three times a week and there are fast! They explained the new iPhone app and I have got two free coffees already. Love that!

First time at this location right after Jamba Juice which is just next door. This place is located in a busy shopping center, so the parking is inconvenient.
Starbucks serves consistent quality drinks in most places. We ordered Chai ice tea. We always ask for extra Chai since the original mix is bland. It was really good and refreshing as expected.

I love Starbucks in general but this is the worst Starbucks! I went there for my drink, mind you that what I get is a little complicated. The Barista didn’t understand my drink worth crap and instead of asking as she was making it, she just did what she thought it was and I had to stop her every step as she was making it. And it took me 15 MINUTES !!! Never again!

Super packed always but quick services. Bathrooms need a little help! But good options never run out. Like heading here to relax and study!

Not a bad place to study. Lots of room, and ofcourse being next to coffee is huge. Things were a little slow here. I wrestled a little for how I’m supposed to rate a Starbucks.
Normally service for this franchise is consistent. This goes the same with flavor of the coffee. Not that I really like their expresso even, not a fan. But that’s not why we go to Starbucks is it? We go to spend time in a relatively neutral environment. A place that’s makes u feel like u went out for the day, while kind of feels like home, not that our homes would ever look nearly as hip. Does that sound about right for u? Or am I alone in this?
4 stars, why? Because this place didn’t mess this up. Nothing spectacular nothing terrible, but always there

This Starbucks is so so in my opinion. The customer service is always a hit or miss. Sometimes the Baristas are very unaccommodating and other times they are helpful. They usually get the drinks right but sometimes they give you a hard time for their mistakes they clearly make when making your drink wrong. Some of them get very defensive when being corrected.
Too many spoiled rich Sunny Hills Korean HS kids come in here with their noisy selves and wanna be thugs with their pants to their ankles that smoke in the back. Korean kids who’s parents prob have no clue what their kids are doing.
But other than that it’s a decent Starbucks to come and work and study if it’s not between the hours of 3 and 8 when the kids all come in here.

Okay, so this is a korean sbux. Koreans assembke here like they about to board a cruise ship with free kim chi. Its an aiite location. I like to meet people at this one because of the layout
