Place is trash they got my order wrong and the worker was high off his ass. Don’t come here and this place should be closed down. Food is also really bad. They spit in people’s food and try to get away with it. Save your money and go to bk

Most disgusting Taco Bell ever. Unfriendly and practically non existent staff. The tables were all filthy and they were out of hot sauce, napkins, and half the menu. It took a really long time to get our food and there was no one in there. WORST experience at Taco Bell. EVER.

Horrible customer service!!! No one offered to assist in taking your order. Surprise that this location is still open. Taco Bell Corporate should look into this store’s poor service, or maybe their standards are that low, they don’t give a damn!!!

It was a hot day and wanted to buy a cool treat for my staff. Call the local 7 – 11 to get the flavor a of their slurpies so I could take requests but was told «I don’t have time to tell you» and she hung up. Called the local too bell and was helped by a pleasant lady and headed down with my order. When I got there the same lady recognized me and was still very personable and friendly. The reason for my review is that when she saw I couldn’t possibly get my order to my car by myself, she came out with me and got all my iced organized so I they wouldn’t spill in my car. This is not what I am used to from fast food restaurants and this little bit of service was really appreciated.

This taco bell is tied in second place for my least favorite taco bell, for the reason that the drive through always seems to take way longer than is appropriate for a drive through taco bell. I’ve experienced it here more times than not. Its worth it to spend the little extra time on the road and drive to the one on Orangethorpe and Harbor Blvd.

This place sucks. Always messing up my order, shit service, they always take for ever even on the easiest orders. I drive up to the one on malvern just to avoid this shit hole. I would avoid if i were you.

Good customer service but very dirty. Hand sanitizer out, Tables dirty. I asked if I could just clean them myself. They said they would do it. Never happed. Took awhile for the food as well. Not coming back.

Fuck this place and fuck the bitch ass manager by the name of dulce. If your not Mexican comming in her they will treat u like shit. The stupid bitch is rude and while I was there she was mean to 3 other customers. Fuck this place and I will Neva support or come back here ever again.

This Taco Bell to me is HORRIBLE!!! The food doesn’t taste any good like a Taco Bell Should be. I’ve dined in and taken out and both times were not good. This Taco Bell also has a lot of street people around it and in it so I wouldn’t recommend it for young kids to go their without adult supervision. Overall this Taco Bell is not good and I ranked it with 1 star but I wanted to not put a star on this Taco Bell Location. employee wise their nice and respectful but the food does not taste good, every time I eat from this one I always get sick badly. I DO NOT eat at this location anymore, just wanted to make a review because I don’t want anyone else getting sick.

Oh dear God! Where do I start!!! First… they take loooong with your order. We waited at least almost 15 minutes for our food. It gets packed with teenagers which is pretty normal for a Taco Bell. LoL. But, there was some psycho black lady sitting in a corner with her 30 bags of trash… you know those ones that walk everywhere and just sit in businesses without actually buying anything. One of those! Well, she was sitting there reading a book. We sat two tables away from her but this other couple came and sat at the table right next to her. She slammed her hand on the table and said «My goodness, could you make anymore f*cking noise with those damn chairs? This is Fullerton, Orange County, not Torrance.» Everyone was just staring at her and the couple ended up sitting on the other side of the place. We got up and decided to move to the other side as well and we ended up sitting next to that couple and we were wondering what the hell she was talking about with the whole Torrance thing. LoL. She was definitely on crack. There was also some cracky whacky guy in there who was drinking milk and trying to offer it to the teenagers. WTF??? Crack heads!!! Definitely won’t be going back to this one!!!

we came to this taco Bell when we were early for a softball tournament. the guy understood exactly what I wanted he was fast efficient he was friendly and everything in Our order was exactly as I ordered. This is the fastest I ever got such fabulous service in my entire life this guy needs a raise I don’t even remember his name anyways it was probably the best Taco Bell Drive thru experience I’ve ever had.

With the exception of having to ask for a coin to wash your hands in the restroom, this is one of the better Taco Bells.

Apparently no one gives a rat’s ass about this Taco Bell. It appears whoever owns it has given up. Ate here today, and here is my short list with the best at the end:
1. Sketchy/​homeless people everywhere. Some eating, some going through their bags of garbage right there in the dining room.
2. Employee walked out of the bathroom and sneezed a huge sneeze into her hand. She wiped it on her pants, and continued to walk behind the counter, never slowing down. She walked back and picked up some food that was ready, bagged it, and called out a number. Disgusting.
3. Obnoxious music with a techno beat playing WAAAY too loud in the dining room. Inappropriate for retail foodservice, period.
4. It was cold and rainy outside, but the A/​C was cranking away making it much, much colder inside. I’d guess it was 65 degrees or less in there.
5. Food on the floor, window sills, trash area, everywhere. Again, disgusting.
6. I sat and ate my meal, then when I got up I noticed the wooden seat I had been sitting on wasn’t attached to the metal chair AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO ABOVE. I left it like you see in the picture and called an employee over. She looked at it then shoved the broken chair back under the table and said «Have a nice day». May God help the next person who sits down on that chair… I hope it’s a Personal Injury attorney.

Damn it! I hate it when I like a place and then get disappointed!
Last night I went to get some stuff to go, my habit is often to go inside to order. There were two tables of people inside, so I figured the dining room was still open. Apparently not, as a employee walked to the door, saw me walking across the parking lot, and then frantically locked the door in front of me, gesturing for me to use the drive through.
I understand they have some procedures, but come on! Maybe if the car just pulled up, but racing to lock someone out as they’re mere steps from the door? Think of the goodwill they could have created by simply opening the door and saying «Looks like you just made it!» Heck, even taking a moment to say «Sorry, we have to lock the dining room doors by a particular time.» would have been better.
It won’t keep me away, but damn guys, poor customer service!

Food here is alot fresher than other Taco Bells in the area. Been turned off by Taco Bell for sometime now and this location has brought it all back for me. They do have a long wait, but for fresh food i won’t complain. =) Good Job !

Friendly service and the employees go above and beyond in compensating you during the rare times your order was wrong. For a Taco Bell their service is pretty good! If someone got/​gets bad service here they must have been a pretty rude customer.

Edit: Sorry Taco Bell, you’ve consistently been giving me bad food (not the taste I’m used to) along with absurdly terrible service. You went from a 4 to a 2 star rating. Would be a 1 if you weren’t so clean on the inside…
For a Taco Bell, you get 4 stars. This is always the cleanest with the nicest staff. For a long time there was a man who worked in the drive through who asked, «hi how are you doing today?» and seemed completely genuine in wanting to know. It basically felt like you could have a therapist session with him. That nice!
They get orders correctly. Often times I go to a Taco Bell and the rice is hard from sitting around for too long or the food just doesn’t taste right. Not the case here.
If this weren’t a taco bell and any other restaurant, it would get 3 stars. But I’m rating a fast-​food-​chain-​corporate-​America-​restaurant. You get +1 for doing it well.

Just plain horrible.
They got our food wrong, but by the time we figured it out, we were already home. Didn’t feel like driving all the way back to complain.
I love the Fresco menu, but unfortunately I got the regular menu stuff. The regular menu is fine and all but everything we ordered seemed like it was already put together and sitting at the window for at least 30 minutes. The crunchy tacos were mushy and falling apart… oh and the Fruitista Mango Strawberry that we ordered wasn’t even filled to the top. What’s up with that?
Will not be going here again.
