We were looking for breakfast this morning to celebrate my birthday and the birth of our brand-new grandbaby. I Unilocaled a place and found The Well with 4+ stars. So disappointed. The parking was horrendous because of the church. We finally made it into The Well only to discover they had pastries and no real breakfast. In fact, before we said ANYTHING the girl at the register said, «If you want a good breakfast go down to Kimmies.»… Sigh… The girl did say they had breakfast sandwiches. Assuming they were prefab ~ warmed up in the microwave ~ we decided to leave. This is connected to the church and honestly didn’t feel that welcomed. We may come back and try the pastries. But definitely not on a Sunday.

Starbuck’s coffee, breakfast and lunch. The church library for EV Free is there too a great place to meet before or after church or during the week with friends or for a quiet business meeting. Close parking during the week. The parking structure is available on weekends

Overall I have to give it a 8 out of 10. The menu is reasonably priced and the food is pretty darn yummy! I have to try more dishes to give a better review. But the pizza is great!

This place is awesome!!! It has some of the best drinks around! The spotted cow is the best around. You should totally try it! Yum. Seriously it’s one of if not the best drink there. The cashiers are very nice and I’ve never had bad food, drink or service there. It’s a great place that serves great Starbucks. It’s just a great place to stop and have a coffee with friends or family. It’s great. Go there and you won’t regret it!

Hubby had amazing duck confit with eggs that he raved about. The brioche french toast was great too. We lucked out getting in without a wait as the place was full soon after.

Wonderfully peaceful place to visit with a friend. Note: older post tell of The Well serving Peets Coffee. They’ve been serving Starbucks for a few years now.

We went here after church so it was very busy, but I can’t wait to go back during the week. We are always looking for a Starbucks where we can stay and read our bibles and discuss what we are learning. This may be my new favorite! Christian library+Starbucks Chai, o my it just doesn’t get any better :)

I came here a couple of months ago. All this place is, is a Starbucks location. We arrive around 1:30 p.m. And the place was set to close at 2. The girl behind the counter was not happy to see or serve us. The food is overpriced and so is their coffee. Suffice to say I will not be going back again. This is supposed to be a Christian Church and we didn’t get Christian service. From all of the hyped up reviews, probably from congregation members, I was expecting a lot more and got very little except for an overpriced sandwich and overpriced coffee. I will never come back to this location again.

Clean, quiet, spacious, brightly-lit and friendly, it’s a refreshing break from chain coffee shops. This place is located on the premises of First Ebangelical Free Church of Fullerton, so there’s plenty of parking unless you come during church service times. My friends and I come here when we want to meet and chat without necessarily sharing a meal together. This spot would be great for studying, too.

The Well just catered our second office Open House and I could not be more pleased. The food is fresh and delicious and the price cannot be beat. We fed 100 people for about half the price that we were quoted at several other local caterers. If you have a party or need catering, give the Well a call and they will custom design a menu. We had small sandwiches, fruit and cheese platters, vegetable and hummus platters, and a delicious assortment of desserts. Last year, they made us signature salads which I missed this year! I think you will be delighted with the quality, price and service from the Well. Their catering department should not be a secret!

Great find. Free wifi. Peet’s coffee. Comfy. Great ambience. At a Christian church so Unilocalers be aware it may have music that is only christian based. However very welcoming and friendly. Open to public. Closed Mondays BUT the lounge is open on Monday’s as is the Library which The Well is part of. Pretty cool. Wonderful ambience and little known.

Atheists beware: This place is IN a church complex… not just a separate business. Their salad was good, but a bit overpriced. The were out of ALL their sandwiches the day I was there, which I thought was a bit disappointing. I do love Peet’s coffee, but can find it elsewhere. It was a nice lounge, but no wifi(I think you have to have some special bible password). Religion aside, it’s a decent place, but nothing to write home about. Certainly nothing go out of your way for.

A girlfriend and I were looking for a brunch place, and we wanted to try out The Well. This place(like other Unilocalers have mentioned) is actually in the First Evangelical Free Church. Unfortunately, we didn’t eat here, because we were expecting a more hearty type of brunch(i.e. eggs & bacon), but they have a bunch of baked goodies(bagels, muffins, scones), yogurt parfaits, fruit cups. The waitress also mentioned they could make a breakfast pizza if we wanted. They also have a good selection of coffee/tea/drinks. The service here is pretty good — very attentive and polite! Overall, the selection for breakfast here is more like Starbucks with pastries and baked goods.

I was heading over to Brea for a quick trip to the mall for the weekend and I was feeling like some coffee, but wanted something new other than Starbucks. I found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. It was a little hard to find because I was looking for an actual shop, but eventually found it at the First Evangelical Free Church. It was a little awkward to enter the building since I don’t attend this church, but I decided to go ahead since I was there already.(Hopefully that isn’t a problem. o_O’) The lady at the cash register was very kind and I ordered a Caramel frap type of drink. It was delicious and blended perfectly. I wouldn’t say it was better than Starbucks because it was definitely a different taste overall and in it’s own category. I’ve gone back a few times and each time has been just as good.

Nice café that serves Peet’s coffee along with sandwiches, soup, pastries. My kids attend the preschool at this church(EV Free of Fullerton), so I’ll sometimes work from my laptop & have lunch at the Well. Free Wi-Fi, super-friendly staff, yummy food(I’ve had the muffins, sandwiches, cookies, a breakfast sandwich, and lattes).

Cool & mellow place to grab some coffee and wifi. Excellent coffee and I can order by saying small, medium or large instead of a secret code I can’t figure out. Full closure, I attend this awesome church and my sons works at the Well.

Was impressed with the ‘server’. She was very nice, helpful, patient, and sweet. I went about 8:30am today. I had a very good cup of their ‘Costa Rica’ coffee with steamed milk… yummy! The atmosphere was cozy, clean, quiet, and just nice. I could totally see my daughter and I going their for lunch and studying there. I heard from a friend of mine. great place to hang out, read, study, and have a cup of coffee or tea. She was correct! Thanks friend! There prices were very reasonable. I paid $ 2.?? for a medium sized specialty coffee! They serve ‘Peets Coffee; which is one of the best coffee out there. :-) I will definitely return! The Well is connected to the ‘First Evangelical Free Church’. Parking was easy and there wasn’t a crowd of people there. Go and enjoy some quiet time and a cup of Peets! ;-)
