Starbucks as a whole has always been great For some reason this locations drinks taste like they’re made with well water. Not a good thing I’ll continue to drink Starbucks, just not this location for a while

Starbucks is the best, but this particular location needs to work on their speed of service. Yes, it’s the Holidays, but the orders haven’t changed. It’s coffee! We waited in the drive thru over 10 minutes just to place our order. I’ll have to visit DD or KK when I’m in Fuquay until this improves.

Staff is very friendly and service is fast but I think that fast service has reflected on the way they prepare drinks, Their drinks here are not good. I gave them not 1 or just 2 try’s to get it right BUT4 asking them to please make sure my drink is stirred when they gave it to me since very time I ordered the sweeter was stuck on the bottom. They would smile and say«sure no problem» then again I would get to the half of my drink and it taste like diabetes! Always end up throwing it away. I started asking them for a little stir stick but it just gave my coffee a funny wood taste that is very unpleasant. So I just stopped going to this Starbucks. Yes friendly staff but they seem lazy!

It’s Starbucks. In case you’ve never been, they serve coffee in hundreds of variations with a minimal menu… Very commercialized. If you’re looking for more of a unique experience local to Fuquay only, try Stick Boy Bread where everything is fresh.

I love Starbucks, but this Fuquay Varina one is the absolute worst I’ve ever been to in my life. Consistently getting drinks wrong — even a simple black coffee — they gave me one with cream! When you let them know it’s not correct, they make it out as if YOU are the problem. Also twice in the same week I was overcharged through the drive-thru, taking an extra 5 – 10 minutes to get it resolved/reimbursed for their error. A recent trip to get a Frappachino resulted in one of the worst customer service experiences there yet. They made the drink incorrectly(I ordered it clearly in the drive thru, the barista quoted it back to me to make sure it was correct) but I saw through the window it wasn’t made correctly nor did it taste right. When I parked & went inside to get it corrected, the barista working the Bar was exceedingly rude, making snide comments about the drink & the customer ordering it — I think she thought it was for a person still IN the drive thru and not standing right there! I was appalled but no offer of apology was given, for the drink being made incorrectly or for the horrible attitude and comments by the lady remaking the drink. The manager was not there(I asked) and that also seems to be a problem. She’s always gone on some kind of trip. Wish she’d take the time to train her employees better! This is also where they weren’t aware of current Starbucks promotions(discounts on their Traveler) and claimed they were out of products when it was clearly behind the counter(acting surprised when I pointed it out). Not impressed at all. I have lived here for more than 5 years and it’s a constant & consistent problem. If I have the time, I now drive to Holly Springs to their Starbucks as they rarely get anything incorrect and everyone is pleasant.

«Worst starbucks drink Ive ever had,» proclaimed my husband. The service was cordial, but QUITE slow although there were four people behind the counter. I ordered a grande cappuccino for my husband and a tall java chip frapp for myself. My drink was decent.

This is your typical Starbucks. I don’t love the layout of this location and the parking is such a cluster with the drive thru. The inside always seems messy and so packed. Definitely not enough seating and I believe FV deserves better. I do like the outside seating option but again, you’re sitting next to running cars the entire time because of the drive thru being RIGHT there. Again, poor layout. The coffee is the typical Starbucks. I’m a self proclaimed craft coffee snob, so I settle on going here if someone else suggests meeting at this specific location.

Been going to this location for 3 months and have yet to have a bad experience yet. We’ve been getting java chip frappauccinos and there’s slight variation between who’s making it but Josh is the best. Whenever I have a noob question I get answered in the best polite tone.

Poor staff the have VERYVERYBADCUSTOMERSERVICESKILLS… I ORDER my drink when it was ready it wasnt what i asked for or paid for so i asked if they could fix it. the girl gave me a BIG problem. then she turned to tell who ever made it and he said«OHWELL!» seriously i spend $ 6 on ever cup you should make it rite. poor staff the managers a kid so he dont even know how to fix and problems his self i will be taking my money else where and i use to go to starbucks everyday!!!

This past Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings I performed my usual routine of stopping by Starbucks in Fuquay-Varina. Each day I was greeted at the drive thu by an arm extended out of the window, which I assumed was a gesture for payment. The employees enjoyed conversations amongst themselves rather than interacting with their customers. Each item was handed to me while the employee looked in the opposite direction. To wrap up my unpleasant experiences(with one last chance at redemption) the window was either closed in my face, or the employee resumed their conversation with the next customer, or fellow employee. Three strikes and you’re out! The personal atmosphere, and over friendly employees(who write my name on my coffee cup =) are what has kept me paying exorbitant amounts of money over the past 10+ years. Take this away and I’d rather pay $ 1 for a cup of java and a smile at any fast food restaurant. Well, I’m off to post the same on Facebook, Twitter, and email the corporate Starbucks office! I miss my old Starbucks in Cary =(

I come here just about every morning to get some time out of my office. If there was one in Holly Springs I would not drive out of my way to FV, but since a regular Holly Springs Starbucks location doesn’t exist, FV gets my business. The staff is nice and the coffee is the same as every other Starbucks in the country. The drive through is ridiculous. There are often more people in that line than inside, although I don’t mind not having a line inside.

We go here often for business meetings, our frequent Starbucks coffee addiction, or sometimes even just to get out of the office and work remotely. The baristas and cashiers are always friendly, the food and coffee is always great, and the internet works well. What more could you want from a coffee shop?
