Only two exits, so I had to go to the end or the front of the building to get to my room. Not a big deal unless you have a duffle bag and suitcase, as well as a backpack for your Playstation…
Most important, I enjoy my traveling for my Playstation time. This hotel does not have HDMI cables in the room and evidently not in the entire hotel. If I’m paying over $ 100 a night, then I at least expect HD TV and cleanliness. At least the sheets are washed… maybe…it’s an older hotel and I haven’t checked them out yet.
I guess it’s better than a Motel 6.

Rooms are updated and nice. Everything was clean and i had no complaints. This hotel serves free breakfast and had a nice pool if you have kids they will enjoy it.
Hotel serves breakfast from 6 to 10am and includes the usual, eggs, sausage, waffle, cereal, fruit, and oatmeal. It’s was very busy on the weekends but it isnt as busy during the week days.
Free WIFI which is nice.
Centrally located across from the Gadsden mall with easy access to anything in the area.

Probably won’t stay again.
I walk in my lady at the front desk is on the phone. No big deal got to handle business. But she didn’t really say anything to me just checked me in and said have a good day. No the gym is on the first floor elevator is here, breakfast is there. Just here is you key have a good day.
Room:
Small and the the tv is same. I turn on tv half of the channels are fuzzy and room is hot and muggy. Air was completely turned off and it was quite warm in there. Eventually it cooled up but dampness never went away probably because the air had been off for so long.

Pretty good just down the street from the hospital.

First time staying in Gadsden, AL and must say this place was really nice! I’ve been really impressed with Hampton. Rooms are always clean and the free fresh breafast is pretty good and the added bonus! Normally, they deliver a meat and egg combo, which is always pretty good! The desk staff was on point!

Stayed here lots of times for business. Staff is always friendly and efficient. This is a great hotel for the money! The breakfast is always hot and fresh. They don’t fuss when I start a little early as my day starts before the official breakfast hours or they offer a brown bag breakfast.

Front desk clerk was lacking… To say the least. The desk clerk didn’t share any info with me… (ie: elevator location, check out time, pool hours, breakfast times). I had to ask her where the elevator was located at. The pull out sofa didn’t pull out. I left my name and number with the front desk clerk in the morning and I am still waiting for the manager to call me.

Stayed there with the Red Cross. Staff accommodated our every need, and allowed us to take over both the pool and the lobby for parties. Extremely comfortable beds, convenient to the highway. Would stay again!

I have stayed here multiple times for work and never had a problem. Great service from the staff and the breakfast is always hot.
Gym leaves something to be desired.
