Super Hibachi Buffet Grill

This place is great! Very clean and great selection of fresh items. So excited they have my favorite dish (pepper chicken). Highly recommended!!!

Whoever face this place 5 stars must know the owners. This was awful. Tried the buffet and the hibachi, with all good being cooked authentically by Mexicans, and all was subpar. Go to the food court in the mall and get better Asian food… or save your money and get an Asiago chicken sandwich at Wendy’s.

I am originally from Gadsden, although I currently live in Florida. I had to come to Gadsden a year and a half ago because of an ailing parent. I decided to check out this restaurant that used to be a regular buffet restaurant when I lived there. Long story short… I thought it was sub par for sure. I have eaten at MANY oriental type buffet restaurants and this was the worst I have ever eaten at. Fast forward to January 2016. I had to come back up to visit my ailing grandmother. I had 3 of my adult children with me and everyone was hungry and wanted Chinese food. I went to the place that is beside Gadsden Regional Hospital and it was closed, so we headed down rainbow drive and my kids spotted that place and I told them I had been there the previous year and wasn’t very impressed with the food, but we could take a chance and maybe it had gotten better than the last time I was there. No surprise it was just as horrible as the first time I went there. Not only myself, but all 3 of my adult children thought the same thing. The sushi was nasty the hot food was tasteless and just not good. Plain and simple. We were having to spit food out it was that bad and the cold shrimp not only smelled bad, it tasted ruined. Now if you want good Chinese food, I recommend the Golden China on Meighan Blvd. It is pretty good, not the greatest, but pretty good. If I ever have to come back to Gadsden, which I am sure I will at some point, you can bet I won’t be eating at this place. I don’t know how they are even still in business. I am surprised that anyone would’ve given this place 3 stars much less 5. Gadsden, you can do better than this.

Usually when Trisha and I are fighting I like to come here and blow off some steam. I like it because the Asians all hate me because I’m pretty overweight so they don’t bother me and I’m around my own type of people. People who have given up. The selections are numerous which helps me take my mind off the impending divorce and the hibachi is delicious. A must have for any mid 40’s, pecker-​bellied, soon-​to-​be-​bachelor like myself.

It’s tough not to give this place four stars but I just can’t do it. The selection was huge and I liked that the hibachi grill had shrimp that I could take as much as I wanted. It’s just that the food wasn’t all that great, it was just ok. I think I sampled every variety of sushi but most tasted the same and just not very tasty.
The four of us, especially the vegetarian wife who couldn’t find much from that huge bar, all left underwhelmed and wishing we would have chosen the Mexican that we had considered. We all agreed that we need to stay away from these Asian buffets.

Pretty clean. Great customer service. But the food was so-​so. I was disappointed in the sushi selection. Hot food selection was just ok. Hibachi station had a decent selection. But for only 10 bucks I guess you get your bang for your buck.

Super huge selection. Price was affordable under $ 10. Food was hot. Bar was kept full and replenished Generally sometimes buffet food doesn’t seem as fresh, but it seems they seem busy enough they keep fresh out. Hibachi was good fix what you want and they will cook in front of you.

Delicious food! Love the Hibachi grill… you get to pick exactly what you want and how much of it you want all the way down to the vegetables.

Excellent sushi, hibachi grill, and buffet! Service is great, dinner and lunch prices are great (me, wife, 2 boys = $ 30+ tip).

Great food, really clean place. Prices were amazing. I loved the fresh sushi. This was my first trip and definitely won’t be my last. :)

No better deal anywhere! Endless steak, shrimp, and sushi. All for under 10 bucks.
