The food is so yummy! The hash browns were amazing and the scrambled eggs too! The bagel was a little smaller than expected, but still very yummy! I originally wanted the veggie cream cheese, but after finding out it was $ 1.60 up charge. I didn’t find it worth it and I got regular. The service was really slow when we sat down(1 hour to get our food), but they seem to pump out to go orders pretty quick so I would recommend doing that over dining in.

I’ve been to Bagels Unlimited a couple of times and every time I have left satisfied with the food. Although service can be pretty slow because they don’t have many people working, everybody is always friendly. Then there’s the food. The food is good and the potions are huge. The hash browns are crispy and the corned beef hash is meaty and delicious. What’s even better is the fact that they have a wall full of hot sauces that you can choose from to really jazz and spice up your meal. Have some time to kill and want to enjoy a good breakfast, hit this place up!

The food is tasty, a local restaurant. I love this place, and not only because I’m a sucker for good hashbrowns. If you like the breakfast food at bagels and noodles, that place got(most of? maybe all of?) their recipes from Bagels Unlimited, but BU is significantly better in terms of quality quantity and price. The kind of standard breakfast place that you’re always in the mood for.

Quantity of food: 8.5÷10 Quality of food: 7⁄10 Service time: 2⁄10 Service attitude: 8⁄10 Overall rating: 3.5 Stars I had the meatlover omelet with onions and honey bun french toast. Was told the wait time to get a table was 10 – 15 minutes, but it actually took about a half an hour. Once we ordered our food, the waiting time was another half hour. They should definitely hire more chefs and servers. The food was delicious, however!

Simply awful service! Staff is rude and absolutely unpleasant. Should have eaten at the Metro Diner next door. Avoid at all cost.

If you like waiting and rude service… Sure, go for it. Waste of time. Monday morning, lady at the counter was really rude and dint even confront us at the counter.

Don’t let the line outside fool you. It’s not due to the great food. It’s due to the completely inefficient service. Save yourself some frustration and go to Panera or Einsteins. You’ll get a better bagel at either of those places.

Crowded with fairly slow service. When I went, the A/C was broken too. Overall, it was not a good experience. The bagels were no better than Panera or Einstein… maybe worse.

One of my favorite places for breakfast in Gainesville. Pros– an amazing variety of breakfast foods including the standard eggs & bacon with a variety of bagels and spreads. I think they have daily specials depending on the day of the week and also have some lunch items. Everything is always fresh. The bacon is one of the best and the hashbrowns are always crunchy. They also have a wall of different hot sauces for your food which is awesome. The staff is also great & friendly even if it’s packed and the phone is ringing off the hook. I also really like that they offer soy milk & earth balance for vegans/lactose free people. Oh and if you’ve never tried it the honey bun French toast its really good if you like really sugary French toast. The pancakes are as big as a large dinner plate. Cons– gets super packed on the weekends. Sometimes it’s really hot in there and it’s pretty small inside. No complaints on the food though. Prices are pretty good(less than $ 10 for an above average portion). This is your best bet for a good, hearty breakfast!

We stopped in for breakfast for the first time the other day. Disappointing is putting it mildly. Since bagels is in the title you would think this would be one of the better items to order, but not so. You are better off buying a bagged bagel in the grocery store. The toasted bagel was small, thin and hard. They should not even have grits on the menu if you serve them lumpy and tasteless. Who does that? The waitress serving us seemed to be very distracted and after one coffee refill, she never reappeared. The place is very cramped and needs a good cleaning. I can not imagine ever eating at this place again.

Amazing! Try it. Would’ve given 5 stars but they served me coffee in a dirty mug that had a piece of lettuce stuck to it on one side. I’ll let that slide since we arrived within 10 minutes of closing time. Kind of gross, but oh well! But the atmosphere, food, service– basically everything about this place was great. I’ll definitely be back.
Big portions, awesome service, a wall of hot sauces, delicious food, and great prices… what more could you ask for. This is, by far, my favorite breakfast joint in Gainesville! The«Hearty» is my go to(home made breakfast potatoes, eggs, and cheese)! Their Asiago bagel is so good and I love the veggie cream cheese too!!!
