There are too many places to shop to waste your time here. I walked in when two other customers were browsing and heard who I was later told was the owner absolutely berating one of her young teenage employees for not folding clothes correctly and putting them on display– in front of everyone! The poor girl was embarassed, belittled, and down right mistreated. The owner has such a sense of entitlement and arrogance I refuse to give this place my business.

I meant to write this review ages ago after patronizing this store last fall (around Oct 2011). I have never been so offended as a customer. Here is the back story: I called the store to find out if they sold black dress shoes for my son who was just beginning to walk. I wanted something with a really flexible sole and this store’s website said they sold that type of shoe. The woman on the phone was extremely pleasant, checked for a size, and I rushed right over. When I arrived the woman whom I spoke to barely took notice of me and did not want to assist me. I figured she was just busy because she was the only one there at the time behind the desk. However, next comes in a very wealthy looking woman (trust me, she had very expensive clothes on), and the woman behind the desk literally stood up and asked if she needed help, then addressed her by name (this woman likely had spent a good deal of money at this store previously). It was like night and day. I felt like I was in a remake of Pretty Woman and the saleswoman did not want to assist me. I was so disgusted by her rudeness that I said «thanks but I am going to think about it» (in regards to the shoes which were way overpriced) to which she replied «well they are the last pair we have in the size you want» and I said that’s fine, and she literally scowled and went back to her computer. It was a very odd and off putting experience and I will never go back. I saw the owner when I went in too (you can see both of their pics on their website) and she wasn’t overly pleasant either. This is not the way to run a business. I am surprised they are even still in business, as obviously they are only catering to the extremely wealthy and don’t care about anyone else. I am not poor by any means. I just think they are overpriced and rude. Think twice before going there.
