Do NOT Support this business: No parent should let their child work here EVER! This as many others have said in reviews has very serious issues with their employee’s. They over work and under pay each and every one. The employees who show dedication and commitment might be treated the worst. They do not train them well at all before being left to «run the store» alone. They will use a minor for every minute of life outside of school available. Their schedule is posted and they would«text or call» an employee on a day they are scheduled to work and claim they were supposed to be there at an earlier time(they change the schedule without notification on the day of). My child would often get out of school @ 2:15 and have to be to work by 4pm and receive a call at 3 – 3:15 claiming he was on the schedule at 3pm. They did this CONSTANTLY. Once my child submitted a formal very professional 2 week notice on a Thursday they advised that the«2week resignation letter» had the incorrect date. The day was correct but the date was wrong. They advised my child that he/she was to work that Friday and should«have thought about that prior to submitting the letter with the incorrect date». They claimed he/she was to work that Friday PERIOD. We as parents stepped in and only allowed our child to work 1 week after submitting the resignation notice. For minimum wage! DONOT support this business and the way they BULLY minors. Please if nothing else have some compassion for all the innocent children that are being treated this way, as this is most children’s first experience in the workforce. My child is now waiting on their«last paycheck» that was due to be paid a week ago.

My latte took about 8 minutes to make and I noticed the cup was cold as I left. While siting out of the lot, I took a drink. It was ice cold. I went back and told them it was cold. They said«oh» and remade it. I don’t think I’ll come back here again.

NEGATIVEZEROSTARS. Don’t eat here.(their goods are not fresh they are shipped from some other location) .and don’t allow anyone you know to work here especially teenagers that they feel they can mistreat. Their District manager is 19 years old .“Tori” and she acts like a kid too. Their hiring and/scheduling practices are questionable & I’m in the process of reporting them to the state. Tory plays some type of childish game and changes the schedules mid week, then calls the worker, in this case my daughter, to say she was a no show. Uhm, sweety a picture had been taken of the schedule ahead of time. This is not an ‘on call/per diem’ job!!. I think they do it for people they are trying to single out. I emailed the owner, he’s no better. Mr. Abdul Haque or whatever his name is, he also owns the one in Gainesville by the Wegmans. He watches the employees FROMHOME on his camera. any questionable things he notices he calls the store. WHAT?!. Like you got an 18 year old kid opening the store with minimum training by herself then have the nerve to call and ask questions. Sir you should be SUED for your treatment of those more vulnerable. I wont EVER patronize this dirty business. I hope this review gets to him so he understands that I’m not playing and I wont shut up til they change their dirty practices.

Ordered a turkey flat bread and they forgot the egg!!! Not to mention the hash browns are completely over done. Terrible service, terrible attitudes of the employees especially the woman who was making the sandwich. Do not recommend. Do your self a favor and go to Starbucks.

Seriously, all the employees at this location need to be fired. They are idiots!!! Hope the owner sees this and makes changes. If the same employees are there when I come back this week… then adiós forever! !!!

After reading everyone else’s poor reviews I don’t know why I would think things would be different for me. Went in about an hour before closing time and they had NODONUTS! What!!! Your name is dunkin DONUTS… how do you not have any donuts? Asked if they had some in the back maybe that they had just made… the person behind the counter was very much unconcerned. How is this place still in business with all these poor reviews.

Lousy process for picking up your hot beverage or sandwich. Little to no organization and there’s zero room to wait for your order. There’s has got to be a better way to announce an order other than repeating every item in the order. Might I suggest first names or a numbering system. Also, you can move that mech stand, its just in the way.

Though I continue to go back there because it’s the only DD around. They always are out of stuff and never know how to make things correctly. How does someone make a tea instead of a coffee. Come on

I’ve never heard«we’re out of» so many times at a restaurant. No skim milk, no croissants, then they give me my $ 2.60 change in dimes and nickels. Seriously? The owner should be ashamed of they way they are setting their employees up for failure. There are better places to go for a cup of coffee and a pastry. Never again, DD.

If you are looking for a decent cup of coffee, this is the place to go. Their menu gives a large variety of options for every type of customer. However, if you are looking for breakfast about 60% of the time I am disappointed. The doughnuts are generally pretty stale which is not pleasing. If food that is named in the restaurant’s title is sub par, then you know something is wrong. Most Dunkin donuts locations are great but this one is below average. In addition to unsatisfying food, the customer service is lacking. There is always a wait which is fine if the store is actually crowded but it is usually not. Also orders are often confused only delaying the time it takes to get my order. I will say that if an order is messed up they will make sure they fix the issue. This review was made not to bad mouth the business because some days it is spot on, but generally there needs to be some improvement. Hopefully this review can inspire the manager or an employee to make some changes because there is definitely potential.

I’ve walked out of there twice without my coffee. If the employees moved any slower they would stop. I watched one struggle to make change like she had never counted money before. Like I need to get a coffee, pay and get down the road! making new friends in line at DK is not what I want to do in the morning. BTW both times were about 9am after the morning rush and there was only one person working the counter.

Went to this location3 times and every time they messed up my order. This last time, I ordered a wheat bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side, well I got the opposite. So I asked the lady to make me another one w/out cream cheese and toasted, she seemed annoyed.(this wouldn’t of happened if she would’ve made it correct the first time) We also ordered #4 which is Sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant combo. Well, we got half of the combo the other half was missing. We had 4 hash browns in the little bag, yes 4.(unfortunately, we didn’t check this order). Make sure to check your order before you leave. I will never go to this location again!

Visited this place early in their morning before the breakfast crowd came in. They receive 2 starts solely for their promptness of pouring me a cup of decaf coffee and a cup of hot chocolate. The donuts that we were given were hard and stale. Similar to what a box of donuts would be after a day of sitting out. The frosting on the stale donuts was minimal and hard/dried up. To the trash they immediately went. I can get my breakfast satisfaction elsewhere.

I visit this location from time to time, so I’m not a regular, but I am very familiar with it. It’s a pretty squared away Dunkin Donuts. They have what I need and they are usually pretty quick. The store is always clean and the staff does a good job of being friendly. I have three minor issues which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. 1st issue is training. It seems like every time I come here I deal with someone that is just learning how to use the register. I understand this and I am usually very patient. My problem is that the trainer is not there with the new or inexperienced employee. Whenever I redeem a special offer like a free drink or food item they don’t know how to handle it. Then they have to retrieve the trainer which turns my simple transaction into a whole ordeal. 2nd issue is that they sometimes don’t have ample stock of K-Cups. This has changed lately so maybe they’ve figured it out. Supply is critical and nothing frustrates me more than not being able to get what I came for. 3rd issue is the parking lot. This isn’t really their fault because they didn’t design the lot, as it is part of a shopping center. The parking lot can get crowded and sometimes you have to park far away. It’s not such a bad thing as I can probably use the extra calorie burn, especially since I’m visiting Dunkin Donuts. Altogether it’s a good store and I will continue to visit it when I need to. Hopefully they’ll keep those K-Cups stocked. *This business is gun carry friendly.

DD just opened in Gainesville, VA a couple of weeks ago. Got a breakfast sandwich with hash rounds and coffee. I wanted a sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. For some reason — they were out of sausage. So I substituted bacon. The bacon was thin and rather pathetic. Hash rounds were so-so. Coffee was very good though.
