I highly recommend this place if you are looking to get a pair of glasses. They are true professionals and their staff members understand what «customer service» means. I purchased a pair of glasses for my daughter. They took the time to provide a few options and we never felt rushed. Glasses (2.5/Swissflex) came out very nice and again they took the time during the fitting. They have very nice selection of frames.
Fast forward to today (about a year later). We’ve moved across the country. The nose piece of the classes broke apart due to our own fault. I have been trying to find a place in our new area to get it replaced. Long story short, I ended calling this place to see if they can sell one to me.
I spoke with Veronica and after taking the time to review the info, she decided to send us a few replacement pieces for free. Yeah, it is nothing cost-​wise. But, when you take the time to help your client, that says a lot about the business.
I cannot provide any feedback on the eye exam experience, but judging from my experience. I am confident that they will take a good care of their patients too.

Exceptional customer service. I drove up from the Melbourne area to look at some Lunor frames. They pulled the frames prior to my arrival had them waiting in a tray for me when I arrived. Kim and Ian were both extremely accomodating and willing to assist. They have a very large selection of european frames not found in most optical shops like Lunor, Lindberg, Kawasaki, Swissflex, and many others.
