We came in here at the start of the storm Jonas and they were still pretty busy. Most people were coming in for take our orders and the phone was ringing constantly with delivery orders. The employees were very friendly. They have a huge menu with lots of options. My hubby got the steak and cheese sandwich and I got the garlic spinach pizza which was really good. My hubby didn’t care for the tomato and lettuce on the sandwich, had he noticed it on the menu he would have asked for it without those toppings. But All very yummy, we look forward to coming back!

I was really happy with the food at this location! If you have not tired them and live in the are they have great food. We had a smattering of everything and shared with everyone in the group so I tried the pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and appetizers… all were excellent. The Pizza is definitely first rate.

My family has ordered from here several times. Never once has our order been messed up. The food is amazing. I don’t think we are in their jurisdiction, but they’ve made an exception to deliver to us. Very generous of them. Never disappointed with this place.

Good food, great service in comparison to the Paisano’s in Fair Lakes — when ordering pasta from the Fair Lakes Paisano’s, the orders would come with pasta sauce everywhere like the order was used for discus practice — but after one request with Gainesville, they pack the pasta orders in a cardboard box so the pasta sauce stays contained.

Paisano’s in Gainesville Va has you covered for outstanding casual dining. From the pineapple pizza, the Italian cold sub, the chicken Philly and cheese sub and even the French fries are fantastic. 1st time here. Did not disappoint! Delivery also. Very clean indoor and shared outdoor seating. Well staffed and friendly professional and happy to be here. If you want to try real food at reasonable prices, Paisano’s should be your next stop! Open 11a-10p 7 days a week with 11p closing Friday and Saturday. Hungry? Come on by and say hi, you might see us there too!

I do love their food and am thrilled that I can get more than just pizza delivered. Chicken gyro delicious! Also love that when you are ordering online you can really customize your order adding or taking things off. So glad they opened in Gainesville.

Boss got us all lunch from here and I was not disappointed! Ordered the Greek chicken salad and it was delicious. Came with pita bread and a side of dressing

I agree with what one of the other reviewers said… I think they’ve changed their crust. It’s now quite spongy and not what it used to be. Whatever they changed, they need to change it back.

I want to start off by saying that it kills me to write a negative review of this place. Paisano’s has been our favorite pizza place since we moved to Virginia. Paisano’s was always on the upper end of the price spectrum for pizza, but the pizza was absolutely worth it. Until tonight. We ordered two medium, 2 topping pizzas and some«garlic» knots(there was not the slightest hint of garlic), this cost us about $ 35. When the pizza came we noticed that it looked different than usual. Specifically the crust. The crust has always been perfect. Crispy and chewy with big bubbles in the crust. Very obviously hand tossed. Tonight it was flat and uniform, it looked like the premade crap that little ceasars uses. They did try to dress it up with some seasoning on the crust. By dress it up I mean they tried to cover the taste. And then we tasted it, dear god, I think it was worse than what little ceasars uses. It tasted like cardboard. There was also a significant difference in the amount of toppings on the pizza. I would never order this pizza again. I understand that companies need to make money, but they should be ashamed of themselves for charging the prices they do for this awful pizza. I guess this is the beginning of a new adventure of finding a new favorite pizza joint. If you can get a pizza for $ 5 from them, go for it. But any more would be robbery on their part. Paisano’s, if you read this, please let me know if you go back to making pizza the way you used to. I may consider coming back.

I regularly order delivery from this location, so this was my first experience with carryout. The phone order was simple and easy to execute. They did have to put me on hold for a minute, but I called during the dinner rush so I expected it. I walked in to pick up the order and was greeted with a warm smile from the folks working the registers. They had my 3 pizza order ready to go, so I didn’t have to wait. The payment process was simple, but it was so simple that I didn’t realize, until I got home, that I didn’t get a receipt. That is not 100% their fault because if I wanted one I should have remembered to ask. However I will say, I shouldn’t have to ask either. It is standard in most businesses to give your customer a receipt. The pizza we got was delicious. No I’m not from New York, which apparently means I know nothing about pizza. If you saw how fat I am I think you’d consider otherwise. Also I’ve been to many pizza joints in NY and was rarely impressed, but I digress. If you like a good pizza joint and you want a change from Pizza Hut, Dominoes etc., give this place a try. *This business is gun carry friendly.

Good pizza! Didn’t like the canned mushrooms or the wings that are more like chicken nuggets but the pizza was good.

Just had the worst experience I could ask for at a pizza place. This is my first time here and my last if I am not ‘compensated’ in any form. I placed my order for 2 pizzas(small bbq and garlic spinach), the free garlic knot coupon for orders over 25, and jalapeño poppers. First of all, I did not receive my ‘free’ garlic knots even though I specifically requested with this coupon, as well as purposefully ordering a random appetizer to just get over $ 25. I called Gainesville’s Paisano but they claimed they could do nothing about it because it was already delivered… Second, the 2 out of 6(each one is basically a dollar) ‘jalapeño’ poppers were 100% pure cheese. The outer shell has no hints of green, and after careful dissecting with my chopsticks, I see no evidence of a jalapeño. Took some bites, just pure cheese. I am clearly not satisfied with my first purchase here. I will give an updated review if I am compensated. : Edit : Manager emailed me and apologized. While I will not take advantage of her promotional offer to me, the thought is what counts. Update to two.

I just tried this restaurant for the first time today. It goes above and beyond what you expect for delivery pizza. The staff was knowledgable and the driver was more than courteous. Pizza came in record time and was hot and delicious. Paisano definitely has me as a fan.

Wanted to try another place other than our usual. We had received a menu in the mail for Paisano’s and thought we would try it. Big mistake. The service was good over the phone and the delivery guy was very nice but the food was awful. Ordered a pizza that had very sweet sauce and tasted like it was from a jar. I would have rather had a frozen pie from the supermarket. The«philly cheesesteak» tasted like a hamburger on a sub roll and should not be called a Philly cheesesteak. The one decent thing was the jalapeño poppers but the cheese tasted gritty. All in all not a good experience. I don’t like writing bad reviews but this one was necessary. Going back to our usual spot which is always good(Brooklyn Brothers). Not worth risking something this bad again.

The Paisano’s Pizza chain has very good reviews on Unilocal but I’ve never had a good experience at the Manassas location(Rude employees and sub-par taste). This location just opened so I thought I would give it a try tonight. I ordered a small thin crust pizza bbq chicken pizza requesting to substitute bbq sauce for the pizza sauce(why is it called a bbq chicken pizza if it has pizza sauce instead of bbq sauce???) When I got to the location the lady at the register said my order was in because the computers don’t actually tell them about the delay and they made my pizza earlier and just threw it away. She said she would make me another and it would be about 10 minutes. About 3 minutes later, the original lady was still putting my order in the computer, and another person brought my pizza and said here is your order. The lady at the register was confused and explained the ordering systems must have correctly delayed the order to the kitchen but the up from computer system didn’t show it as delayed. The pizza didn’t have pizza sauce but no bbq sauce either. The lady at the computer didn’t apologize but did try to correct the situation and said she would give me a large plastic tub of bbq sauce. The pizza had a generous amount of high quality chicken(tender and not fatty) and the cheese was good. It looked and tasted like only mozzarella and not mozzarella and cheddar like the menu stated. There were very few onions and the thin crust was like something you would get from a frozen pizza. The cheapness of the crust really destroyed the pizza especially with the really high quality and generous amount of chicken. Overall the employees were friendly but they are still working through the new opening kinks. I’d go back again but I wouldn’t go for the thin crust pizza.
