Waste of money! The large is the size of a frozen pizza and won’t even feed two people! The service was also absolutely terrible first off the delivery guy didn’t even come to the door I had to go out to him. On top of that when I called back to try and return the pitifully small so called «large» I was met with a very hostile and rude employee that refused to be any help or even pretend to care. Please don’t waste your money here and if you do good luck hope you aren’t starving

If I could give negative stars I would. On a Thursday evening I placed an order for delivery. After an hour I called to inquire about where it was. The employee yelled «It’s on its way» and then hung up on me. I never received my order. Unacceptable. I will never order from this establishment again even though they are located about 3 minutes away from me.

Love their gluten free Casablanca and American. There have been a hiccup here and there where maybe they forgot something like our drinks or a additional topping, but when we called to tell them they quickly take care of it in the most kindest, professional way. They have always thanked us for our business. It’s not easy owning a business and I get that, it’s hard to make sure all employees are on their game 24/​7, so the fact they make up for it in customer service keeps us coming back.

let me say first that for a personal 10″ & a large (use that term loosely) salad i paid $ 21 & some change… gluten free pizza & a salad that comes w/​avocado– $ 9 for the salad & it had very tiny 3 slice of the avocado.
now i would have given 4, or even a 5 star review prior to my visit yesterday. yesterday was my 3^rd order in about 1 month. 1^st time i had the gluten free casablanca, and it was amazing. ordered delivery for the 2^nd time, had same pizza, but with the ‘california salad’. i asked if the ingredients for dressing were ‘clean ones’ and the phone person seemed confused, but i explained that more, and he said ‘yes’…anyways, yesterday placed same order, and asked to see the dressing. very shocked to see it has HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, AND THE DEVIL OF INGREDIENTS~ MSG!!! the irony to me was the sign by the cash register that boasts ‘NO MSG’, although in their defense it says no msg in their meat… still! how freaking hard is it to go with a theme of ‘clean ingredients’ to match their overall motto? i’d like to see all their products listed w/​ingredients now… especially considering the cost. i saw their tomato sauce on display, but the others are questionable. even when they advertise ‘natural chicken’, that word ‘natural’ in the health food world is a joke, so i’d be more curious to see where the chicken etc, is from but i don’t eat meat so oh well. guess i’ll stick to pizza there once&awhile only and make my own salads… sucks tho since i was hoping this could be my go to source for all take out… i get tired of cooking & gainesville really needs a spot with clean ingredients, from drinks to sauces. nice try tho zpizza. you still can redeem yourself tho! people don’t mind paying extra to support companies who don’t follow the herd. get rid of those evil ingredients, show some integrity please! :)

Went here on a whim. Not bad but nothing beats Tony’s NY Pizza. Very clean atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Little on the pricey side but Would go back again.

I really like all of their salads and pizza. The owner and employees are always very friendly and will always go out of their way to make you happy.

This pizza is not very good! We had a burnt pizza delivered. They replaced it but it was still not very tasty.

Listen, this is not a fine dining restaurant, but most places aren’t in the Prince William/​Manassas/​Gainesville Virginia area.
This location provides good service, and yes — with a smile. The ingredients are good quality and comprise an excellent pizza just for you. Mmm mmm scrumptious!
Oh and they have inside and outdoor seating too!

Please do not order the salad. If you would like to pay $ 10 for lettuce then that might be your forte. I ordered the bqz salad and it came with three or four bites of chicken about 10 corn and four and five pieces of roasted red pepper.
I made the unfortunate mistake of adding avocado and I got a $ 10 salad that was pretty much lettuce

Awesome Gluten Free Pizza and Cookies. We always order ½ sausage and ½ peperoni. We eat here often and suggest it to all our friends and family. The new owner is very nice and super customer oriented. Thanks!

Absolutely terrible customer service.
We have ordered from Zpizza Gainesville at least 4 – 5 times and every time there was a problem with the order… once they gave us the wrong size pizza, and another TWO times the pizza was completely burnt. I let these issues go at that time.
However, I placed an order today for delivery. The person on the phone confirmed my address and he asked if I was paying cash/​credit and I told him cash. 45 minutes later, no pizza. Since we had snow today, I gave it another 15 minutes, and then called to ask what the status was. The same guy I ordered from said my order had been sitting there to be picked up. I told him that it was supposed to be delivered, and then he replied back that they didn’t have a driver and that someone was supposed to tell me… obviously no one told me and he never apologized for their mistake. So, he said he would send someone to bring it to me in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, the order came. We expected that the order would be complimentary because of the mistake on their end, however the driver said that the manager said it was not complimentary. We did not take the pizza and I called the manager, Huck, myself. And told him what happened. He was not apologetic at all, and he almost hung up on me, but I told him I was not finished with what I had to say, which he still was unapologetic.
I am extremely disappointed in Zpizza and the customer service I received. I don’t mind paying over $ 30 for pizza and a small salad, and the convenience of delivery, but it is unacceptable to receive such poor service and rudeness by the manager himself. I advise that this Gainesville location make a lot of improvements very fast and do something about this manager, Huck.
I am a business owner myself, and I know how important customer service is. It is unacceptable to treat customers like Huck did with me. I cannot support any business that treats customers so poorly. I am no longer a Zpizza customer, and if this continues, Zpizza will definitely lose more. This place isn’t going to last much longer.

Best pizza I’ve had In a very long time. Everything was perfect. The business is still new but beautiful, affordable, and healthy. They have gluten free pizza and cookies– nothing is cross contaminated and it even tastes amazing. Must check out.

Super friendly staff and our pizza was real delicious. I enjoy the fact that when I eat pizza from zPizza, I don’t feel bloated and stuffed like I do from any of the competition.

I love zpizza for the fact that they offer gluten free with there all natural ingredients, the things I don’t love, is this location has started charging $ 4.00 extra for gluten free crust. This is new, and hasn’t been done in the past. When I asked about it, they said, no one else is doing it so you have to pay.
Ummm news flash, all the other pizza places, INCLUDING DOMINOES is now offering gluten free crust at NO EXTRA cost! :) So, because of this, I will no longer be going to zpizza in gainesville. Hopefully this isn’t a company wide extra cost…

Organic ingredients aside, I expect more for $ 30 than I got tonight from zpizza. They took every minute of the 45 their website quoted, and if they had only used smaller boxes, the pathetic size of their pizza and calzone may have gone less noticed. That’s right, 1 pizza and 1 calzone for $ 31, before tip for the weird delivery guy who was all too interested in the contents of our garage. They charge 1.35 for extra toppings, so maybe that’s why we racked up such a bill. But if I order and pay for extra cheese, please put extra (or at least SOME) cheese in my miniature calzone! Will never order again and will never ever recommend!

I’ve been here a handful of times due to their natural ingredients. My last two visits require a review due to the poor food. My salads were not edible due to rotten greens and my last two pizzas were also burnt black completely on the crust when I got home. I don’t mind paying $ 20 for a good pizza but for that price they should use fresh greens and not have teenagers burning pizzas.

Not the worst pizza I have ever had, but certainly not the best. We ordered The Mexican, the ZBQ and some Parmesan cheese sticks. You know the meal is disappointing when the best thing you ordered was the cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were very good and flavorful. But for how much their site and menu raved about artesian gourmet pizzas the pizzas were very bland. And I felt like it was very little food for $ 25. When I spend that much on pizza anywhere else — good pizza places –not nasty Pizza Hut or Dominos — I am not still hungry when it’s all gone. Since they are so close to home I will probably try them again, at least to enjoy more breadsticks, but I’m not getting my hopes up.

Love the fact they use organic ingredients. Their salads are excellent as well. Nice to have a healthy (or as healthy as pizza can get) alternative to Dominos, Pizza Hut and Joes.

Zpizza was previously located in the Market Square at Dominion Valley — a couple of years ago — and then they disappeared. I suspect the pizza wars in the Greater Haymarket-​Gainesville metroplex are intense as there are an awful lot of pizza joints out here!
My two faves from zpizza are their Thai pizza and the Tuscan pizza. Both are really tasty pizzas. The one thing I will ding them on is their Thai pizza is supposed to contain Serrano chilies — but I can never detect them. Serrano’s are pretty hot chilies — and I even asked for extra Serrano Chilie’s — and I still couldn’t detect any heat.
The Tuscan pizza is a meatless pizza — it includes roasted garlic sauce, mozzarella, cremini, shiitake and button mushrooms, caramelized onions, feta, truffle oil, and thyme. I love the smokiness that the truffle oil imparts to the flavors of the pizza!
They also offer sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes, and more! I picked up my pizzas — they do offer delivery.
There is also a dine in area.

This location is already better than the previous (now closed) one. They actually are able to deliver our orders without messing them up, which was a constant problem with the prior location.
Pizza and salads are good quality and tasty.
