This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve bought my DJ equipment twice to get repaired (cdjs one time and a mixer another) and they fixed it like new! Those guys know there stuff I would definitely bring any electronic device to them and trust them to do a great job.

I’ve been buying audio equipment from Paul & Larry since the late 1980’s. They have always given me the best value for my dollar. The real reason I keep buying from them is the service after the sale. I had a speaker driver failure once and it was a few months out of warranty. They took care of it on the spot-​I told them it was out of warranty (and didn’t have my receipt (Paul was aware of it and still took care of it! He even re-​printed my original invoice complete with serial numbers. Do you think Best Box would do that? Not likely! I refuse to buy from the box stores, they don’t care, they don’t have the product knowledge and while they may carry some of the same brands, you probably won’t get the quality found at Sound Ideas. For me, there is NO OTHER CHOICE for audio, video, and home theater purchases! They excel because they are a relationship driven business and strive to give you the best A/​V experience for your dollar.
