Goat roti was horrible: shell did not even resemble what a real roti should look, taste and feel like, and don’t even get me started on huge bones inside — like it is so hard to cut the bone out of a meat(and I am not talking small bone, this was about the size of a large grape tomato). the fried plantain was a joke, overripe, burnt and way to greasy. chicken was ok but nothing special

Very inconsistent food quality(ropa vieja, beef pattie, chicken fajitas = good; carne asada, jerk chicken, chicken pattie = average at best) and the service was nice but s l ooo w. I’ll swing back with a coupon for the ropa vieja but won’t roll through there with friends.

I also tried this place because of the groupon and I was disappointed. I tried the chicken roti and my husband had the goat roti and the filling was NOT curry! I know that it was meant to be curry, but I am not sure who supplies their curry powder but it was not even the right color. It was tasteless and not worth me trying the curry entrees or patties, because they too will be the same seasoning. Unfortunately, I bought 2 groupons and will probably end up spending $ 15 on french fries just to be safe! On the positive side, I will say that the cashier was friendly and the restuarant was clean!

Groupon had them as a deal a couple weeks ago. Bought it on the thought that it looked like a good lunch place with lots of vegan food as well as regular meat entrees, so the deal made it worth giving it shot! And I’m so glad I did. What a great place! A little pricey for lunch(average of $ 10 or more an entrée), but was still wonderful. I just hope more people check it out, as there was barely anyone else there. If you can get out to the totally random location, it’s totally worth the trip. You order at the counter, and the cashier was friendly and helpful with my many questions about their(many!) vegan options. I ordered the vegan chicken ham salad which was nice, although not what I expected. But fresh veggies and lots of flavor in the non-meat. My friend ordered jerk chicken(actual chicken, not vegan :-)), and said it was really really good. The fried plantains were very tasty, although overly oily. The tables have fun stained glass type designs painted on them in bright colors, which was a lot of fun. A great place in a location where I never would have noticed it. Check it out! :-)

Hidden in a rundown looking strip mall is this hidden gem. Went here for lunch today, and for $ 9, I got a hefty plate that featured very tasty fall-off-the-bone jerk chicken complimented by rice and salad. For the amount of food you get, not a bad value. I was definitely full. Looks like they also have a lunch buffet, though I haven’t tried this. I will come here again.

Really wish there were half star ratings — I would rate 3.5 stars. The server/cashier was super nice and attentive. The Caribbean music, natural sunlight, and vibrant tables all give the restaurant a nice ambiance. At 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon, the place was empty. I also did not find the food preparation slow at all — in fact, it might have been a little too fast. The chicken patties & coco bread were delicious. Yucca fries were good also, but my bf did not like the veggies or sauce with the fries(I did not try it). The jerk chicken was not bad, but it was a little dry, and could have used more sauce. The sauce also had too much vinegar in it for my liking. The rice & peas with curried potato and salad was good. I took a slice of the rum cake home — OK, but nothing I would need to get again. However, I definitely recommend trying & if in the area, would go back.

Yummy Latin and Jamaican food. Best of all, they have a vegan section on the menu. Chicken nuggets are simple but really good. Tofu dishes very well prepared. The BBQ drummies are very chicken like. Beans and rice that come on the side are delicious. And today we tried one of their many vegan desserts and it was a brownie with peanut butter frosting on it. The frosting had hard chocolate dribbled on top. Sooooo good! They have vegan buffets as well, but call to find out dates.

I sampled a good number of their dishes during a catered event and I found them all to be very tasty. I will be back for more.

This restaurant used to be Negril — Jamaican beef pattie, jerk chicken and curries etc. It’s now Antonio’s Café but they still serve Jamaican food however they have an extensive vegan menu also. During the day there is a small buffet with curry chicken, jerk chicken, plantain, two types rices, brownies and cookies plus a concocted mix of drink available to the buffet customers. I always ended up eating too much at the buffet so I opted for a vegan dish this time. It’s my coworker’s fav called«Orange Chicken». It’s pieces of soy protein made to look/taste like chicken, comes with rice, beans and salad. The faux chicken texture was great, drizzled with a sweet sauce. They have a bottle of hot habanero sauce if you wanted it spicier. I was very impressed with the vegan dish and I would certainly get that again in fact I like it better than the chicken curry. The only down side is the food is prepared very slow so after you order there’s a good 20 min wait before your food is ready, even when it’s not crowded.

This a fantastic place to dine. The owner Byrun is very friendly and the service is great. They have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options.
